Anduril is seeking a Sr. Program Manager to be one of the first on the ground for the Maneuver Dominance team in Abu Dhabi, UAE. Omen is Anduril’s hover-to-cruise autonomous air vehicle (AAV) that packs the endurance, payload, and mission flexibility of much larger airplanes into a novel runway-independent Group 3 platform. Omen can operate from ship decks, beaches, or remote island clearings, providing true runway independence and freedom of maneuver across defense and civilian domains. Omen is the first tail-sitter aircraft with a mass-production contract, with an order of 50 systems representing a decisive investment that anchors production and accelerates the development of future systems.
As the UAE Sr. Program Manager you will play a critical role in balancing innovation and practical execution across the Omen program. In this position, you will be deeply intertwined in a highly complex global program, driving strategic decision making, evaluating program milestones, and managing appropriate resourcing in country. You will be required to learn technical concepts and employ them quickly. You will be expected to use your technical knowledge in conjunction with your program management skills to lead cross-functional efforts and drive major program impact.
Deploying our Maneuver Dominance capabilities requires thorough understanding of mission requirements, thoughtful orchestration between Anduril teams and external stakeholders, and meticulous planning in the face of ambiguity. You thrive in the unknown and create order out of the chaos. You will be supporting and collaborating with the Omen lead Program Manager based in Costa Mesa, HQ across Air Vehicle, Mission Systems, Support Systems, and Production Systems.
The salary range for this role is an estimate based on a wide range of compensation factors, inclusive of base salary only. Anduril’s Middle East team delivers platforms, systems, and integrated effects from across Anduril’s portfolio to regional customers. The Middle East team delivers Anduril’s core products, adapting and applying the products to serve a variety of defense and commercial customers in Middle East market. As this team rapidly expands, this role requires an applicant willing to take on diverse responsibilities.
ABOUT THE JOB
We are looking for someone to lead and establish Middle East regionally-based deployments across multiple disciplines of Anduril’s portfolio. The first 9-12 month scope of this role is to support end-to-end operations and reporting of a multi-site program and sustained regional presence. This role will be integral to executing on existing programs in country and setting the foundation for future growth and operational independence.
Note: Position is located in the UAE with 50-75% travel in region.

As the In-Market Product Manager for META (Middle East, Turkey, and Africa), you will lead the definition and execution of Axon’s product strategy across the region — spanning our Digital Evidence Management (DEMs) and Devices portfolios.
You will be responsible for translating the realities of diverse public safety ecosystems across META into clear, actionable direction for our global product teams. You’ll partner closely with regional Sales and Customer Success teams to identify opportunities, shape tenders, and drive adoption, while ensuring Product and Engineering remain aligned to what’s feasible and high-impact.
