We are seeking an experienced sourcing manager to join our Packaging Strategic Procurement team!

In this role, you will be responsible for developing and executing sourcing strategies to improve our cost structure, the quality of our products, the reliability of our supply chain, and will play a leading role in supporting innovation through new product development. You will have key responsibilities over SKU ideation and onboarding, vendor selection and relationships, price negotiations and contract management, budgetary planning and continuously improving our end-to-end sourcing process.

• Take full ownership of assigned categories to develop and optimize our supply network. 
• Refine and implement a sourcing and supply chain strategy for a selection of categories that optimizes process, reduces risk, and improves our cost structure
• Build and maintain a strong supplier base that align with our company values; own relationships with our strategic suppliers, including performance management and innovation activities
• Manage cost savings initiatives through our strategic sourcing process to ensure that we hit our targeted budget
• Leverage large internal datasets and industry benchmarks (including market, supplier, and SKU analysis) to drive continuous improvement, identify opportunities for cost reduction, and identify/implement best practices
• Develop a culture of continuous improvement, both internally and externally through data-driven reporting and effective project management to identify and drive opportunities for quality improvement and implement best practices
• Onboard new vendors and new SKUs to drive cost savings and improve customer experience 
• Proactively manage quality specifications and potential issues that might impact ingredient standards
• Work with the Procurement Operations Team to set  execution plans and develop best practices for tracking contract compliance by our vendors

Reporting to the Head of Finance, the Senior Tax Manager's core RESPONSIBILITIES will include:

Income Tax Compliance

• Oversee US income tax returns including Federal and State income tax as well as routine submissions such as 1042 and FBAR
• Oversee tax compliance, reporting and related filings (including SR&ED, NR4, T5 etc.) across Canada and Puerto Rico utilizing external advisors as needed
• Oversee tax installments to ensure appropriate compliance with legislative requirements
• Act as the point of contact and support for tax compliance matters across North America

Tax Audits

• Oversee audit management of income tax, sales tax and duties audits in a proactive and strategic manner

Sales Tax

• Oversee sales/sales and use tax compliance in the United States, Canada and Puerto Rico
• Develop and maintain a current and appropriate tax operating model 
• Ensure timely and accurate filing of all US, Canadian and Puerto Rican GST and Sales and Use tax returns

Transfer Pricing

• Review existing policies and assist the business to adjust transfer pricing strategies and structures as needed that reflect any changing business operations
• Effectively utilize outside support if needed
• Manage the preparation of any necessary transfer pricing documentation

Tax Accounting

• Oversee book tax calculations, estimates and accruals
• Oversee monthly management reporting and budgeting
• Oversee current and deferred tax provisions 
• Oversee the North America tax reporting to the parent company in the UK

Other Duties

• Lead a tax team with two direct reports and provide support and mentorship, coaching and developing them through fearless leadership
• Stay up to date with changes in tax rulings and relevant trends and make recommendations as needed
• Partner with the business operations teams to develop and implement strategies for optimizing Trade Agreements and duty drawbacks.  
• Establish appropriate systems or processes to identify and manage tax compliance risk
• Partner with the business operations teams to deliver efficient and effective tax support to strategic business initiatives and provide practical solutions
• Prepare and develop tax structures, policies and processes
• Manage external tax consultants as required

You bring the following QUALIFICATIONS:

Required:

• Qualified CPA, US CPA or equivalent
• 7+ years of hands on tax experience in public accounting firm or large corporate environment 
• Strong analytical and technical skills to understand financial information necessary to prepare corporate tax filings and the ability to identify and research tax issues;
• 2 – 4 years specific US tax return preparation and filing experience
• Proven knowledge and experience of international tax regulations and procedures
• Outstanding interpersonal, communication and presentation skills

• Oversee audit management of income tax, sales tax and duties audits in a proactive and strategic manner

Sales Tax

• Oversee sales/sales and use tax compliance in the United States, Canada and Puerto Rico
• Develop and maintain a current and appropriate tax operating model

Transfer Pricing

• Review existing policies and assist the business to adjust transfer pricing strategies and structures as needed that reflect any changing business operations

• Manage the preparation of any necessary transfer pricing documentation

Tax Accounting

• Oversee book tax calculations, estimates and accruals
• Oversee monthly management reporting and budgeting

• Oversee the North America tax reporting to the parent company in the UK

Other Duties

• Lead a tax team with two direct reports and provide support and mentorship, coaching and developing them through fearless leadership
• Stay up to date with changes in tax rulings and relevant trends and make recommendations as needed
• Partner with the business operations teams to develop and implement strategies for optimizing Trade Agreements and duty drawbacks.  
• Establish appropriate systems or processes to identify and manage tax compliance risk
• Partner with the business operations teams to deliver efficient and effective tax support to strategic business initiatives and provide practical solutions
• Prepare and develop tax structures, policies and processes
• Manage external tax consultants as required

You bring the following QUALIFICATIONS:

Required:

• Qualified CPA, US CPA or equivalent
• 7+ years of hands on tax experience in public accounting firm or large corporate environment 
• Strong analytical and technical skills to understand financial information necessary to prepare corporate tax filings and the ability to identify and research tax issues;
• 2 – 4 years specific US tax return preparation and filing experience
• Proven knowledge and experience of international tax regulations and procedures

About The Role

As a Partner Account Executive for GustoPro, you will play a critical role in expanding Gusto's footprint within the accounting market by recruiting new accounting firm partners, enabling them to succeed on the platform, and driving them to a healthy, self-sufficient state before transitioning them to an Account Manager.

Working directly with our Head of Sales and Head of GustoPro Sales, you will shape our new partner sales motion while owning the full arc of partner activation — from first conversation to a successful handoff. The benchmark that tells us activation is working: 10 net new clients added and the firm's 30-day enablement plan complete.

You'll engage with C-level executives and senior payroll specialists at accounting firms, with a focus on large regional and national players. Here's what you'll do day-to-day

• Evangelize the GustoPro solution to prospective accounting firms to grow our market share and meet and exceed monthly/quarterly sales targets.
• Collaborate closely with Sales Leaders to build out and refine our new partner sales process, with a focus on accelerating sales cycles (target 60–90 days) and maximizing close rates.
• Conduct compelling and persuasive product demos that showcase the value of GustoPro using data and insights, tailored to resonate with accounting firm executives.
• Negotiate and execute the Partner Onboarding Agreement, aligning on a 30-day enablement plan and client pipeline targets from day one.
• Serve as the primary Gusto contact during the 30-day enablement period — keeping the Champion certification track, Practice Member Academy completion, and Practice Lead go-to-market readiness all on schedule.
• Hold the firm's Strategic Lead accountable to Champion designation and kickoff commitments in Week 1; track certification milestones and coordinate with the partner success team to unlock incentives on time.
• Support Practice Leads in running positioning and discovery workshops and building a migration candidate pipeline across their book of business.
• Drive the partner to 10 net new client adds within 90 days of signing — the activation benchmark — by leading regular status calls, removing blockers, and coordinating migration scheduling across practice areas.
• Coordinate co-marketing activation (co-branded materials, joint email campaigns) once the 10-client milestone unlocks co-op marketing funds, and ensure cross-sell products (HI, 401k, WC, R&D TC) are introduced as adoption deepens.
• Prepare a structured handoff brief for the receiving Account Manager — including certified contacts, migration status, QBR baseline, revenue and usage snapshot, and flagged growth opportunities — and facilitate a warm introduction.
• Navigate and update internal and external stakeholders, including C-suite executives at Gusto, partners, and cross-functional teams throughout the activation window.
• Leverage AI tools and technologies to enhance sales workflows, streamline partner communications, and derive actionable insights from data to drive more effective prospecting, pipeline management, and partner engagement.
• Travel as needed to partner offices for onsite meetings, as well as to industry events and conferences to represent Gusto and strengthen partner relationships.

Here's what we're looking for

• 6+ years total work experience in sales, account management, or customer success, with a strong focus on enterprise clients.
• 3+ years of experience selling B2B SaaS products or managing partner relationships, ideally to accounting firms or related businesses.
• A consistent track record of exceeding sales quotas and building long-term client relationships, including negotiating complex six-figure contracts.
• Experience and comfort working quick sales cycles (60–90 days average).

Compensation

Our target on-target earnings (OTE) compensation for this role is $125,000/yr to $150,000/yr in Denver, Las Vegas, Chicago, Atlanta & most remote locations, $155,000/yr to $182,000/yr for San Francisco & New York and $120,000 to $180,000 CAD for Toronto. This OTE is structured with a target 70% base pay and 30% commission pay with an uncapped commission structure. We are hiring an experienced Security Software Engineer (Staff or Senior) for our Infrastructure Security team to design and build scalable security controls and services within MongoDB Atlas multi-cloud infrastructure.

The team sits within the Site Reliability Engineering organization and works with other engineering teams to ensure that our infrastructure adheres to the highest security standards.

This role can be based out of our Dublin office, or work fully remotely in Ireland.

Responsibilities:

• Design and build core security primitives and services that protect MongoDB Atlas compute, networking, and identity across AWS, Azure, and GCP
• Build secure-by-default infrastructure using Linux security mechanisms (AppArmor, SELinux, seccomp, cgroups), Kubernetes, and eBPF to enforce runtime policies and gain deep visibility into systems behaviour
• Develop APIs, automation, and tooling that manage security posture at scale (CSPM, vulnerability management, workload identity) and provide monitoring, logging, and alerting pipelines that integrate with our tooling (Grafana, Splunk, Victoria Metrics.)
• Integrate security into our CI/CD and infrastructure-as-code workflows (Terraform) so that security controls are versioned, reviewed, and deployed just like any other code
• Lead complex projects end‑to‑end, from problem discovery and design docs to implementation, rollout, and long‑term ownership
• Collaborate with SRE, platform and product engineering teams to define secure architectures for new infrastructure and services

Qualifications:

You might be a great fit if you match some of the following:

• 5+ years of experience in Software Engineering, Site Reliability Engineering, or similar roles, preferably with relevant security work
• Proficiency with at least one programming language (Java, Golang, Rust, Python, or C/C++) and experience with infrastructure-as-code tools (Terraform) to automate security configurations and processes
• A deep understanding of Linux and networking concepts, including low-level fundamentals, and how they work together in complex systems
• Experience building security-related features or platforms such as runtime monitoring, CSPM, or vulnerability management
• Experience with a cloud provider (AWS, GCP, or Azure) and their security best practices and building blocks

Who We Are

The Search Systems team at MongoDB builds the core infrastructure behind MongoDB Search and Vector Search. Our mission is to make advanced search capabilities feel native to the database, so developers can build powerful, scalable applications without standing up separate systems or compromising transactional performance.

We are the team behind mongot, the indexing and query execution engine that powers Search and Vector Search across MongoDB Atlas and self-managed deployments. Our work sits at the intersection of distributed systems, databases, and search infrastructure. We integrate Apache Lucene with MongoDB using native query operators like $search and $vectorSearch, build asynchronous change-stream-driven indexing pipelines that scale independently from transactional workloads, and support deployments across cloud, on-prem, and hybrid environments. Engineers on this team own meaningful subsystems, influence architectural decisions, and work on core database technology used by developers globally.

This role can be based out of our Toronto office or remotely in Canada.

What You'll Do

This is a rare opportunity to set the technical direction for one of MongoDB's most strategic investments. You will define the architecture of a self-contained search system that spans Community, Enterprise, and Atlas, while guiding how we integrate AI-native capabilities from Voyage AI. This is not a chance to influence a feature. It is a chance to shape the foundation of how developers everywhere build applications with MongoDB.

In this role, you will:

• Own the cross-system data infrastructure layer for MongoDB's next-generation Search and Vector Search capabilities, carrying outcomes that span 6-18 months
• Define the technical roadmap for Atlas Search, identifying gaps, proposing solutions, and driving alignment across engineering teams globally
• Lead the architecture and evolution of the core mongot and Mongo Management Service infrastructure, making durability, consistency, and scale decisions with conviction
• Drive complex, multi-team initiatives by building technical consensus, navigating ambiguity, and setting direction when there is no clean playbook
• Serve as a trusted technical partner to leadership on roadmap, architecture, and engineering process, advising rather than just informing
• Raise the technical ceiling of the team through mentoring, rigorous code review, and knowledge-sharing that creates leverage beyond your own output
• Standardize how engineering teams across the globe contract with one another, reducing coordination costs and increasing execution velocity at scale

What We're Looking For

Required:

• 10+ years of experience in data management systems or related distributed infrastructure
• Deep proficiency in modern programming languages and techniques, with Java fluency preferred
• Demonstrable experience designing and operating distributed systems, cloud services, or SaaS products at scale
• The ability to reason about systems at the physical layer: data consistency, durability guarantees, concurrency, and failure modes in distributed environments
• A track record of operating at Staff or Principal scope: defining technical direction, resolving cross-team ambiguity, and personally championing initiatives from conception to delivery

Preferred (not required):

• Experience designing or maintaining search platforms or distributed databases
• Experience debugging and profiling multithreaded JVM applications and distributed systems

In 3 months: You have developed deep familiarity with the core mongot and Mongo Management Service repos and shipped your first meaningful contribution.

In 6 months: You are driving features that build out new infrastructure for Atlas Search and have identified at least one systemic risk or architectural gap the team had not fully articulated.

In 12 months: You are building POCs, setting technical direction on complex cross-team projects, and actively shaping what the next generation of MongoDB Search looks like.
