Role Purpose:
Payroll Service Design, Governance & Continuous Improvement is responsible for designing, maintaining, and enhancing the global payroll operational framework. This role ensures payroll operations are robust, efficient, and scalable by establishing strong SLAs, KPIs, governance controls, and a disciplined culture of continuous improvement.
A key element of this responsibility is to lead and embed these standards into all payroll projects, including system implementations, vendor transitions, and global expansions. We also ensure that our systems are self-healing, responding gracefully to extreme loads or unexpected input. Get to Know Our Team
The Data department oversees Agoda’s data-related platform and infrastructure capabilities, enabling the company to make better decisions and operate reliably at scale. Our goal is to empower teams across Agoda through resilient, secure, and high-performing systems that support development, deployment, and operations across a complex technology landscape.
Within the department, the platform engineering team is responsible for building and operating critical infrastructure that powers Agoda’s private cloud environment. This includes large-scale Kubernetes platforms across multiple data centers, continuous delivery capabilities, service-to-service connectivity, observability, secrets management, and foundational security controls. We work closely with engineering, security, and infrastructure partners to ensure our platforms are secure, scalable, and easy to use.
As Agoda continues to evolve its platform capabilities, we are also expanding our focus to Platform Identity Access Management (PIAM) — a strategic initiative that will strengthen authentication and authorization across Kubernetes, virtual machines, bare metal servers, laptops, and mobile devices. The Opportunity
As a Senior Lead Engineer, you will drive the architecture, implementation, and operational excellence of Agoda’s private cloud platform while leading strategic initiatives that improve scalability, reliability, security, and delivery velocity across the Data department.
This role is ideal for a highly experienced and deeply hands-on platform engineering leader who thrives on solving complex distributed systems challenges at scale. You will provide technical leadership across large multi-cluster Kubernetes environments, improve deployment and observability capabilities, strengthen secrets and key management practices, and lead Agoda’s Platform Identity Access Management (PIAM) initiative from early architecture through implementation.
This is a senior individual contributor role with significant technical ownership. The Global Service Delivery (GSD) team is responsible for Agoda's office infrastructure and staff connectivity. The Opportunity
We are looking for candidates with a passion for corporate technology and experience in Identity and Access Management (IAM) to join our team in Bangkok. This role offers excellent growth opportunities in a multicultural environment.
Responsibilities:
- Support business access requirements on multiple systems.
- Resolve day-to-day issues assigned to the GSD Operations team.
- Design, implement, and manage user access controls and permissions.
- Oversee the user provisioning lifecycle in the company
- Automate identity and roles provisioning and de-provisioning processes.
- Maintain role-based access control (RBAC) and attribute-based access control (ABAC) models.
- Provide support and troubleshooting for requests received via ServiceDesk, ensuring all requests are completed within the agreed SLA.
- Take on long-term projects in addition to daily tasks, allowing for growth and development.
- Make quick decisions, implement standards, and best practices to improve support processes.
Requirements:
- Fluent in English.

- Minimum 4 years of experience in IT Helpdesk, IT Operations support, or as an IAM Analyst.
- Background in “no code” automations and working with APIs.

- Good knowledge of Active Directory management tools, Exchange, and SharePoint.

In this Role, you’ll get to:
Builds and owns the long-term relationship (through proactive and reactive engagement) between Agoda and their strategic and/or key accounts (comprised of top producing hotel partners).
Be responsible for the maintenance and improvement of the performance of their accounts, typically from a portfolio of the top producing properties for the country
Proactively engages Agoda's supply partners, utilizing exemplary Strategic Account Management (SAM) approaches and practices to drive mutual growth and maximize value.
Actively manages supply partners, providing consultative services and tailor-made solutions to hotel partners to improve mutual revenue growth.
Demonstrates a data driven and consultative approach to prioritizing tasks and delivering pitches that lead to high conversion for each hotel partner.
Maintains meaningful & high-frequency engagement with supply partners, including a minimum of one face-to-face interaction a quarter.
Responds to the needs and requests of hotel partners in a timely and effective manner.
Is capable of handling both input and output KPIs and achieves their individual KPIs with minimal supervision from an Area Manager.

As Area Manager, your main objectives will be to develop and execute an area-level or segment-level strategy, based on data and market knowledge, and to drive significant business growth. Get to Know our Team
In Agoda’s Back End Engineering department, we build the scalable, fault-tolerant systems and APIs that host our core business logic. Our systems cover all major areas of our business: inventory and pricing, product information, customer data, communications, partner data, booking systems, payments, and more. These mission-critical systems change frequently with dozens of releases per day, so we must employ state-of-the-art CI/CD and testing techniques in order to make sure everything works without any downtime. We also ensure that our systems are self-healing, responding gracefully to extreme loads or unexpected input. In order to accomplish this, we use state-of-the-art languages like Scala and Go, data technologies like Kafka and Aerospike, and agile development practices. Most importantly though, we hire great people from all around the world and empower them to be successful. In this Role, you'll get to:
Be the key decision maker for certain legal decisions in conjunction with business stakeholders and escalates other key decisions. You will ensure collaborative engagement with teams across the Agoda Legal Team and manage escalations to senior management (including GC and CEO).
Draft and negotiate international, commercial agreements with a focus on strategic partnerships, B2B, supply distribution, new initiatives, marketing, and public relations.
Own and lead the legal support with a critical business partner that covers 100% of all supply relationships for Agoda. With a small team you will help develop junior team members coaching and mentoring.

The Opportunity
Agoda is rapidly accelerating its AI transformation. Our ambition is to make ML and LLM application development fast, scalable, reliable, and increasingly autonomous.
We are looking for a Technical Product Manager to own and evolve Agoda’s ML & LLM Ops platforms. This role will shape how teams across Agoda build, iterate, deploy, monitor, and scale machine learning and large language model applications.

As aCommerce SaaS Product Manager Onboarding & Client Growth, you work closely with our product management team and our commercial teams to take our SaaS product EcommerceIQ to market. We built the most sophisticated ecommerce platform in Southeast Asia, helping some of the largest brands grow their ecommerce faster than on any other platform, due to our powerful promotion tools and extreme volume handling. We want you to accelerate our Go-To-Market, design all aspects of the off-screen customer experience, challenging and evolving every aspect of the products, services and experience we provide to our clients. We want you to always be on top of ecommerce and SaaS client growth trends globally, ensuring that we create a benchmark for enterprise SaaS clients in the region. We want you to listen closely to prospective and existing clients to help us make our products and experience even stronger, and to anticipate market opportunities. Responsibilities: |
Create our SaaS clients onboarding and client growth function, in terms of structure, processes and resources, building up a team in line with the growth of our business, for both EIQ SaaS and EIQ Market Insights. Specifically, this role will be doing: ● Plan all aspects of our SaaS client onboarding and client growth strategy in conjunction with all stakeholders. Set a clear mission and deploy strategies focused towards that mission ● Take ownership of customers issues and follow problems through to resolution. Develop service procedures, policies and standards ● Keep accurate records and document customer service actions and discussions. ● Able to Analyze statistics and compile accurate reports ● Improve customer service experience, create engaged customers and facilitate organic growth ● Determine priorities to create structure and call out gaps based on client expectations and business impact ● Define every aspect of the client experience and work with all stakeholders to ensure that the clients’ and user experience is nothing less than perfect ● Work with each of the IQ Product Managers to identify opportunities to improve the SaaS experience of our products ● Work with the Product Marketing Manager, our training manager and each of the IQ Product Managers to build out the training material, user support material, onboarding and offboarding SOPs, etc. ● Work with the commercial teams to optimize our GTM strategy ● Define how we help our clients grow their ecommerce business across multiple channels faster on aCommerce than on any other platform, taking full advantage of our suite of products ● Work with the marketing teams to optimize our message and to acquire new, high-value clients. ● Work closely with the Client and Application Support teams ensure a flawless client and user experience ● Identify possible risks and take measures to prevent these and escalate if needed ● Keep ahead of industry’s developments and apply best practices to areas of improvement ● Control resources and utilize assets to achieve qualitative and quantitative targets ● Recruit, mentor and develop customer service agents and nurture an environment where they can excel through encouragement and empowerment |
