This is not a customer‑facing Product role. This position sits within Agoda’s Tax team under the broader Finance organization, focusing on internal finance and tax platforms that enable compliance, automation, and scalable operations.
As a Finance Systems Product Manager / Senior Specialist (Tax Technology), you will play a critical role in the design, implementation, and ongoing operation of Agoda’s tax technology stack, with a strong focus on indirect tax engines and compliance enablement.

Instead, you will act as a hands‑on tax systems and solutions partner, working closely with Finance, Accounting, Product, Engineering, Legal, and senior stakeholders, as well as sister brands and our US parent company.
This is a systems‑first, highly practical role at the intersection of tax, data, and technology. You will translate complex tax requirements into scalable system logic, contributing directly to Agoda’s compliance, automation, and risk‑mitigation agenda in a fast‑growing, platform‑driven environment.
As Agoda continues to evolve, the scope of this role may expand. You will be expected to adapt, grow, and take on new responsibilities as the organization and regulatory landscape change.
