Role Overview
The Leadership Excellence & Acceleration Pathway (LEAP) Associate is a selective, high-impact role designed to accelerate the development of the next generation of commercial leaders at Legend Biotech.
LEAP Associates participate in a structured, end-to-end commercial development experience spanning key commercial functions, paired with real accountability, senior leader exposure, and hands-on ownership of meaningful business work. The program is intentionally designed for high-potential professionals who have demonstrated strong execution, leadership maturity, and a desire to grow into broader commercial leadership roles within biotech.

Sales Specialist: $115,000.00-requires 1-2 of sales experience with at least 1 year in pharmaceutical, and/or other related healthcare sales, with an emphasis on neuroscience preferred.
Sr. Sales Specialist: $135,000.00- requires a minimum of 5 years of healthcare sales with at least 2 years of experience in complex or account-based selling environments is required.
Executive Sales Specialist: $155,000.00- requires a minimum of 12 years of healthcare sales with at least 3 years of experience in complex or account-based selling environments is required.
Physical Requirements:
This role involves regular standing, walking, sitting, and the use of hands for handling or operating equipment. The employee may also need to reach, climb, balance, stoop, kneel, crouch, and maintain visual, verbal, and auditory communication both in a standard office environment and while working independently from remote locations. Employee must occasionally lift and/or move up to 20 pounds. This position requires the ability to travel independently overnight and/or work after hours as required by travel schedule or business needs.
Must reside within the territory (or within 30 miles of its border) and, depending on territory needs, within reasonable proximity to a major airport. Requires eligibility to drive a company vehicle and ability to travel independently by air. Travel may be up to 80% of the time, including occasional after-hours work based on business needs.

Position Overview
We are seeking a highly experienced Electrical Estimator specializing in mission-critical and data center facilities to support large-scale, fast-paced hyperscale and colocation projects. This role is responsible for developing accurate, competitive, and risk-aware electrical estimates across all project phases, from conceptual budgeting through GMP and negotiated work.
Given the complexity of data center electrical systems—including high-voltage distribution, redundant power architectures, and specialized equipment—this position is critical to protecting margin, improving bid accuracy, and enabling scalable growth in our data center portfolio.
Candidates must have relevant estimator experience to support design–build electrical power distribution systems for hyperscale data centers. Candidates need a very specific blend of technical electrical experience, estimating expertise, and project delivery exposure. It’s not an entry-level role—this person must deeply understand how these systems are actually designed and built. Qualified candidates will have experience producing full takeoffs, labor models, and bid packages.

The Head of Data Center Selection and Strategy is a passionate and entrepreneurial leader responsible for seeking data center solution sales and guiding infrastructure selection for our clients. This role requires expertise in data center facilities and high-level technology with a proven ability to identify, pursue, and secure enterprise client opportunities. This role will leverage their strong market knowledge and subject matter expertise to build relationships with data center real estate brokers, data center colocation providers and prospective clients.
