We are seeking a Quality Superintendent to support some of the most innovative, complex, and large-scale data center and mission-critical construction projects in the country.
As a Quality Assurance Superintendent, you will be responsible for implementing and overseeing the company's quality management system for various construction projects. Your primary goal will be to ensure that our construction processes and deliverables meet or exceed industry standards and customer expectations. You will play a vital role in driving a culture of quality excellence throughout the organization.
Responsibilities
- Rigorously follow the established quality management system that aligns with industry standards and best practices, and adherence to corporate standards.
- Enforce quality control processes and procedures for all construction projects, ensuring compliance with applicable codes, regulations, and contractual requirements.
- Conduct regular audits and inspections to assess project quality performance and identify areas for improvement.
- Collaborate with project teams to define quality objectives, establish quality metrics, and monitor progress towards achieving them.
- Provide guidance and support to superintendents, field superintendents and engineers to ensure adherence to quality standards and timely resolution of quality-related issues.
- Lead continuous improvement initiatives to drive efficiency, effectiveness, and innovation in construction processes and methodologies.
- Review contractual documents; including contracts, plans and specifications for quality requirements. Ensure the proper development of hold points, etc. in the project quality control plans.
- Manage a team of inspectors and junior inspectors at the project level.
Qualifications
- Minimum Journeyman electrician with 7 years of experience
- Minimum of 3 years of experience as a supervisor.
- Proven experience in quality management within the construction industry, preferably in large-scale projects.
- In-depth knowledge of construction quality standards, codes, regulations, and best practices.
- Demonstrated experience in developing and implementing quality management systems.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify root causes and implement effective corrective actions.
- Strong leadership abilities and the capacity to influence and collaborate with cross-functional teams.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively interact with stakeholders at all levels.
- Proficiency in using quality management software and tools.
- Relevant certifications (e.g., Certified Quality Superintendent, Certified Quality Engineer) are highly desirable.
- Ability to travel to various job sites as needed.
- Ability to lift up to fifty pounds, unassisted, as required.
- Ability to work from various heights via ladders, scaffolds, aerial lifts, catwalks and other safe work platforms and area when necessary.
- Able to work a 40-hour work week, with overtime and off-hour shifts as required.
- Able to work in extreme weather conditions and elements, indoor or outdoor, including heat, cold, rain, mud, dust, and snow depending on the job location.
Education/Certifications
- High school diploma or equivalent.

Summary
We are seeking a qualified Electrician to support plant operations by installing, maintaining, and repairing electrical systems and equipment. This role is essential to ensuring the safe and efficient operation of production infrastructure. The Electrician will work closely with the maintenance and production teams to minimize downtime and uphold safety and compliance standards.
Responsibilities
- Install, troubleshoot, and repair electrical systems, including motors, control panels, lighting, and power distribution.
- Perform preventive maintenance on electrical equipment to ensure reliability and compliance with safety standards.
- Read and interpret blueprints, wiring diagrams, and technical manuals.
- Diagnose electrical faults using appropriate testing equipment and resolve issues efficiently.
- Support the installation and commissioning of new electrical systems and upgrades.
- Maintain accurate records of inspections, repairs, and maintenance activities.
- Ensure compliance with OSHA regulations and internal safety protocols.
- Collaborate with production and facilities teams to support operational goals.
- Respond to emergency calls and participate in on-call rotations as needed.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Valid electrician license or journeyman certification.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in industrial or commercial electrical work.
- Proficiency in troubleshooting and repairing electrical systems and controls.
- Familiarity with NEC codes and electrical safety standards.
- Ability to work from ladders, scaffolds, and in confined spaces.
- Basic computer skills for maintenance logging and reporting.
Preferred Qualifications
- Associate degree or technical certification in electrical technology.
- Experience with PLCs, VFDs, and building automation systems.
- Familiarity with CMMS or other maintenance management software.
- Experience in a manufacturing or production plant environment.
Work Environment
- Work is performed in a production plant environment with exposure to electrical hazards, noise, and varying temperatures.
- May require lifting heavy equipment and working at heights or in confined spaces.

What You'll Be Doing
Level I
- Assists higher level Technicians in performing maintenance.
- Performs other technical and administrative duties associated with operating and maintaining a power facility.

Fitness for Duty Requirements
Technicians should be physically and mentally prepared to:
- Stand, walk (including covering 2+ miles in a day), climb, bend, and kneel for extended periods in varying weather conditions
- Lift and carry tools or equipment weighing up to 80 pounds
- Maintain clear visual acuity (with or without corrective lenses) for reading schematics and working with tools and meters
- Handle precise tasks that require fine motor skills and strong hand-eye coordination
- May be required to work outside of normal business hours as necessary. Maintain on-call rotation schedule.
- Follow company policies on drug-free and alcohol-free workplace compliance, ensuring safety and readiness on the job

Hourly Rate: $25 - $45/hour
Location: Penwell, TX
Travel: Regional travel may occasionally be required to support various site demands
We currently have sites in Texas, Tennessee, New Mexico, Florida, Mississippi, Alabama, Illinois and Missouri and Indiana.
