Our Design department is a multi-disciplinary team of Product Design, Content Design, Brand Design, Marketing Design and User Research.  Together, we work to create cohesive, thoughtful experiences that support both our customers and our business.

About the role:

As a Senior/Staff Marketing Designer at HoneyBook, you’ll operate at a highly strategic level, shaping not just individual campaigns, but the systems, narratives, and creative standards that guide how HoneyBook shows up across marketing.

This role is ideal for a senior IC who combines exceptional craft with big-picture thinking, strong cross-functional influence, and comfort using AI-powered tools to accelerate ideation, execution, and iteration. You’ll be deeply involved in setting direction, partnering with leadership, and elevating the quality and impact of marketing design across the organization.

In this role, you will:

• Lead the creative direction for major marketing initiatives, campaigns, and launches across channels
• Define and evolve scalable design systems, templates, and frameworks that enable speed and consistency across marketing
• Partner closely with marketing and product to translate business strategy into compelling creative vision
• Design and oversee high-impact experiences such as landing pages, paid campaigns, lifecycle moments, and brand storytelling surfaces
• Use AI tools to enhance creative exploration, concepting, production efficiency, and iteration—setting best practices for the team
• Review and elevate work across the marketing design team, providing thoughtful feedback and mentorship
• Balance brand expression with performance outcomes, using insights, testing, and experimentation to inform decisions
• Identify opportunities to improve workflows, tooling, and processes to scale marketing design impact
• Act as a trusted creative partner and thought leader across the organization
  
  

What we’re looking for:

• 6+ years of professional experience in marketing, brand, and digital design, with demonstrated senior-level impact
• A strong portfolio showcasing strategic thinking, visual excellence, and systems-level design across digital marketing channels
• Expert proficiency in tools such as Figma, Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, and emerging AI-powered creative tools
• Proven ability to influence cross-functional partners and contribute to high-level creative and business decisions
• Experience designing for performance-driven marketing while maintaining strong brand storytelling
• A proactive, self-directed designer who thrives in ambiguity and takes ownership of outcomes
• Strong communication skills, with the ability to articulate creative rationale to diverse stakeholders
• Highly organized, detail-oriented, and comfortable managing complex, multi-threaded initiative
• Strong written and spoken English

Nice to haves:  

• Experience helping teams adopt or scale AI-assisted design workflows
• Experience mentoring senior designers or acting as a creative lead.

We’re looking for a crazy talented Marketing Designer with a strong love for UX/UI, brand, and emerging technologies to join the creative force behind the Yotpo brand.

Yotpo Studio is a team of skilled, passionate creatives, currently in a stage of rapid growth. We’re looking for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, pushes creative boundaries, experiments with new tools (including AI), and takes ownership from concept to execution.

What you’ll do:

• Take projects end-to-end  from concept, research, and ideation to polished execution
• Deliver a high level of craft across UX and brand: UX flows, wireframes, high-fidelity mockups, interactive prototypes, design systems, and final assets
• Use modern design processes, including research, exploration, iteration, and stakeholder feedback
• Collaborate closely with marketing, product, content, and other teams across the company
• Understand the business and marketing strategy behind each project and translate it into strong design solutions
• Own your work  managing timelines, assets, reviews, and approvals
• Explore and integrate AI-powered tools to improve creativity, speed, workflows, and experimentation

Requirements:

• 3+ years of experience in digital design A strong portfolio showcasing a wide spectrum of work, including branding and UX/UI projects
• Excellent understanding of typography, layout, color theory, responsive and scalable design
• High proficiency in design tools such as:
• Figma, Illustrator, Photoshop, After Effects (Principle or similar tools are a plus)
• Experience or strong curiosity around AI design tools (e.g. generative design, image/video generation, prototyping or workflow automation tools)
• Ability to work independently, make thoughtful design decisions, and own projects without heavy guidance

Nice to have:

• Familiarity with AI design tools and emerging creative technologies, and a passion for experimenting with new ways to enhance design, UX, and brand storytelling.
