We’re looking for an experienced and hands-on HR Manager to lead People operations across Europe and Asia-Pacific. This role flexible to be based in either Hoofddorp, Netherlands or Frankfurt, Germany or Stockholm, Sweden. This role supports employees across the Netherlands, Sweden, the United Kingdom, France, Germany, Malaysia, and other growing regions.
As Airspace continues to expand internationally, this role will play a critical part in scaling our People function and enhancing the employee experience across regions. You’ll serve as a strategic advisor to the Chief of Staff and collaborate closely with our HR Director to ensure global alignment on policies, programs, systems, and best practices.

What You’ll Do:
Our Data Centre Operations team is at the physical core of our business, responsible for building, maintaining, and operating the cutting-edge infrastructure that powers the cloud. This team ensures the stability, security, and scalability of our physical assets, working hands-on in a fast-paced, hyper-growth environment. You will join a collaborative and curious group that is essential to delivering a best-in-class experience for our clients.
About the role: As the Data centre Manager, you will be the on-site leader responsible for the operational excellence of our facility. This is a 100% onsite role. Your day-to-day will involve guiding a team of technicians through hardware diagnostics, physical repairs, and new equipment installations while developing and implementing best practices to maximize uptime. You will serve as the key point of contact for all on-site activities, responding to technical emergencies and coordinating with cross-functional teams. This role requires a hands-on approach to leadership, ensuring the reliability and performance of our critical infrastructure.

The Opportunity
As a Sales Development Representative for DoiT Cloud Intelligence (DCI), you will be responsible for outbound lead generation, including email, calling, and using LinkedIn to book demos with qualified prospects in your region. You’ll be on the front line of the sales team, collaborating closely with the regional Field Sales teams and progress the qualified pipeline with Account Executives (AE) by focusing on the primary metrics of qualified meetings booked and pipeline generated. We are looking for an agile, "startup-minded" individual who is ready to learn quickly and evolve as we scale.
