In this role, you will:
- Serve as the primary technical point of contact for customers, establishing strong technical relationships and ensuring their success with CoreWeave's cloud infrastructure offerings, focusing on storage technologies within high-performance compute (HPC) environments
- Collaborate closely with customers to understand their unique business needs and create, prototype, and deploy tailored solutions that align with their requirements.
- Lead proof of concept initiatives to showcase the value and viability of CoreWeave's solutions within specific environments.
- Drive technical leadership and direction during customer meetings, presentations, and workshops, addressing any technical queries or concerns that arise.
- Act as a virtual member of CoreWeave's Storage product and engineering teams, identifying opportunities for product enhancement and collaborating with engineers to implement your suggestions.
- Offer valuable insights on product features, functionality, and performance, contributing regularly to discussions about product strategy and architecture.
- Conduct periodic technical reviews and assessments of customer workloads, pinpointing opportunities for workload optimization and suggesting suitable solutions.
- Stay informed of the latest developments and trends in Kubernetes, cloud computing and infrastructure, sharing your thought leadership with customers and internal stakeholders.
- Lead the prototyping and initiation of research and development efforts for emerging products and solutions, delivering prototypes and key insights for internal consumption.
- Represent CoreWeave at conferences and industry events, with occasional travel as required.
Who You Are:
- B.S. in Computer Science or a related technical discipline, or equivalent experience
- 7+ years of proven experience as a Solutions Architect, engineer, researcher or technical account manager in cloud infrastructure focusing on building distributed systems or HPC/cloud services, with an expertise focused on storage solutions
- Fluency in cloud computing concepts, architecture, and technologies with hands-on experience in designing and implementing cloud solutions
- Proven track record with building customer relationships, communicating clearly and the ability to break down complex technical concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences
- Familiar with NVIDIA GPUs typically used in AI/ML applications and associated technologies including networking
- Deep understanding of storage/file system protocols and how to integrate them into infrastructure systems
- Proven experience describing storage concepts clearly, along with best practices and an understanding of the storage provider landscape
Preferred:
- Code contributions to open-source inference frameworks
- Experience with scripting and automation related to storage technologies
- Experience with building solutions across multi-cloud environments
- Client or customer-facing publications/talks on latency, optimization, or advanced model-server architectures

The base salary range for this role is £98,000 - £130,000. The starting salary will be determined based on job-related knowledge, skills, experience, and market location. We strive for both market alignment and internal equity when determining compensation. In addition to base salary, our total rewards package includes a discretionary bonus, equity awards, and a comprehensive benefits program (all based on eligibility).

About the Role
CoreWeave is seeking an accomplished and strategic Vice President of Data Center Operations for EMEA to lead the operational performance, expansion, and long-term strategy of our rapidly growing data center footprint across Europe. This executive will oversee day-to-day operations, organizational scalability, reliability engineering, vendor performance, site readiness, and workforce management across multiple countries.
As a key regional leader, you will partner closely with Global Operations, Engineering, Capacity, Physical Security, Facilities, and Network teams to ensure our EMEA data centers operate with world-class safety, reliability, cost efficiency, and service excellence. You will build and lead high-performing teams, establish operational standards, and execute on our ambitious growth roadmap.
This is a highly visible, high-impact leadership role shaping CoreWeave’s global infrastructure strategy.
What You’ll Do
Regional Operational Leadership
- Provide executive oversight of all operational activities across EMEA data centers, ensuring consistent performance, reliability, and adherence to global standards.
- Build and scale regional operations organizations, including site leadership, technicians, facilities, and support functions.
- Establish and maintain KPIs for uptime, service levels, maintenance, incident response, safety, and compliance.
Strategic & Organizational Growth
- Develop and execute the multi-year strategy for EMEA operational expansion, including new site launches, staffing plans, and operational readiness.
- Partner with Global Capacity Planning and Real Estate teams on site selection, commissioning, and handover to operations.
- Create scalable processes, playbooks, and governance frameworks for all EMEA sites.
Operational Excellence & Reliability
- Drive a culture of continuous improvement, implementing global best practices, automation initiatives, and efficiency programs.
- Oversee major incident management, root cause analysis, and corrective action programs.
- Ensure rigorous adherence to safety, security, environmental, and regulatory requirements across all sites.
People Leadership
- Build, develop, and mentor a high-performing, multi-country leadership bench.

Partner & Vendor Management
- Manage relationships with colocation providers, facility operators, contractors, and external vendors to ensure SLA compliance and predictable performance.

Cross-Functional Collaboration
- Partner closely with Engineering, Network, Physical Security, HR, Talent Acquisition, and Program Management to align on growth, staffing, and operational needs.
- Serve as the EMEA Operations executive voice in global forums, planning cycles, and strategic reviews.
Who You Are
- 12+ years of experience in data center operations, critical infrastructure, or large-scale technical operations, with at least 7 years in senior leadership roles.
- Proven success leading operations across multiple international sites or regions.
- Deep expertise in availability management, critical environment maintenance, incident management, and operational governance.
- Demonstrated ability to build high-performing teams and lead leaders.
- Strong business acumen with experience owning budgets and driving cost efficiency.
- Experience scaling operations in high-growth or hyper-scale environments.
- Excellent communication skills and ability to influence at the executive level.
- Ability to travel across EMEA as needed.
Preferred
- Experience operating in colocation, hyperscale, cloud, or enterprise data center environments.
- Background in engineering, facilities management, electrical/mechanical systems, or reliability programs.
- Track record launching new sites or scaling new regions.
- Experience with safety and regulatory frameworks across multiple European countries.
- Prior experience supporting mission-critical 24x7 operations.

What You’ll Do:
The Monolith Data Science team is building a layered reliability platform that shifts CoreWeave from reactive troubleshooting to proactive reliability engineering. The platform spans telemetry ingestion, feature engineering, anomaly detection, failure prediction, distributed straggler detection, and agentic root cause analysis. As a forward deployed function, we partner closely with Fleet, Infrastructure, and AI Platform teams to embed data science directly into production environments—improving cluster reliability, increasing effective utilization (MFU), reducing MTTR, and protecting uptime and revenue.
About the role:
As a Forward Deployed Data Scientist, you will work at the intersection of data science and production systems, deploying advanced statistical models and machine learning methodologies directly within operational environments. You will collaborate closely with engineering and infrastructure teams to optimize GPU utilization, workload scheduling, and system efficiency in real time. You will design experiments, analyze large-scale system telemetry data, and build predictive and optimization solutions that are tightly integrated into production workflows. This role blends hands-on deployment with analytical rigor, turning complex infrastructure data into measurable improvements in performance and cost. You will translate research and modeling insights into scalable, production-ready systems.
Who You Are:
- MS or PhD in Computer Science, Statistics, Applied Mathematics, Machine Learning, or related quantitative field
- 8+ years (or equivalent experience) applying statistical modeling or machine learning to large-scale datasets
- Strong proficiency in Python and scientific computing libraries (NumPy, pandas, SciPy, scikit-learn, PyTorch or TensorFlow)
- Demonstrated experience designing and analyzing controlled experiments (A/B testing, causal inference, hypothesis testing)
- Experience working with distributed data systems (Spark, Ray, Dask, or similar)
- Proficiency in SQL and working with large-scale structured datasets
- Experience building, deploying, and maintaining predictive models in production environments
- Strong understanding of optimization techniques (linear programming, convex optimization, stochastic optimization, or reinforcement learning)
- Experience working with time-series data and performance telemetry
- Ability to translate analytical insights into production-ready systems and workflows
- Strong collaboration skills and ability to work cross-functionally in fast-paced environments
Preferred:
- PhD with published research in systems optimization, distributed computing, ML systems, or performance modeling
- Experience with GPU workloads, distributed training, or AI infrastructure

Our Data Centre Operations team is at the physical core of our business, responsible for building, maintaining, and operating the cutting-edge infrastructure that powers the cloud. This team ensures the stability, security, and scalability of our physical assets, working hands-on in a fast-paced, hyper-growth environment. You will join a collaborative and curious group that is essential to delivering a best-in-class experience for our clients.
About the role: As the Data centre Manager, you will be the on-site leader responsible for the operational excellence of our facility. This is a 100% onsite role. Your day-to-day will involve guiding a team of technicians through hardware diagnostics, physical repairs, and new equipment installations while developing and implementing best practices to maximize uptime. You will serve as the key point of contact for all on-site activities, responding to technical emergencies and coordinating with cross-functional teams. This role requires a hands-on approach to leadership, ensuring the reliability and performance of our critical infrastructure.
What You’ll Do:
- Lead a team of data centre technicians in daily operations, including server maintenance, equipment installation, and troubleshooting.
- Develop and implement best practices for data centre operations to ensure maximum efficiency and uptime.
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams to support client projects and ensure seamless service delivery.
- Perform regular inspections and audits of data centre equipment to maintain optimal performance and reliability.
- Respond to and resolve technical issues and emergencies in a timely manner, ensuring minimal downtime and disruption.
- Train and mentor junior technicians to enhance their skills and knowledge of data centre operations.
- Collaborate with management to develop and execute strategic initiatives to improve data centre performance and scalability.
Who You Are:
- 5+ years of experience in data centre operations, with at least 2+ years in a leadership or supervisory role.
- In-depth knowledge of data centre infrastructure, including servers, networking equipment, and cooling systems.
- Strong troubleshooting skills and the ability to quickly diagnose and resolve technical issues.
- Experience with data centre management tools and software
- Excellent time management, organization, communication, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to lead a team
- Proficiency with the Linux Operating System.
- Capable of meeting all physical requirements with reasonable accommodations.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and work in elevated locations.
- Flexibility to work in a 24/7 operational environment, participating in on-call rotations, and providing after-hours support.
- Quick decision-making ability and adeptness at task prioritization.
Education/Experience:
Hands-on OR educational-based experience with any of the following areas:
- Computer Hardware, including troubleshooting and repair skills experience
- 5+ years of data centre experience
- Computer Networking experience
- Python, Bash or other scripting languages experience
- Experience with Cisco IOS and/or Juniper JunOS
- Bachelor's degree in information technology, computer science, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
- Certifications such as CompTIA Server+, Network+, or equivalent are a plus.

The starting salary will be determined by job-related knowledge, skills, experience, and the market location. We strive for both market alignment and internal equity when determining compensation.
