The Senior Manager, Global Supply Chain – Capital Equipment is a critical leadership role responsible for the end-to-end procurement, logistics, and supplier management of capital equipment supporting Redwood Materials' rapidly expanding manufacturing operations. Service Engineer, Energy Storage
Position Summary:
Redwood Materials is currently searching for a Service Engineer to join as an early member of a new engineering team working on our Battery Energy Storage System product line. You will be responsible for resolving complex technical issues across deployed Battery Energy Storage Systems (BESS). This role supports an Operations and Maintenance (O&M) organization that performs routine monitoring, preventive maintenance, and first-line troubleshooting. Service Engineering serves as the technical escalation path for O&M, owning deep diagnostics, system-level failure analysis, and engineering-driven corrective actions.
The Service Engineer ensures safe, reliable, and high-performing asset operation by bridging field operations and engineering, translating operational issues into engineering solutions, and feeding field learnings back into product and system design. About the role:
We are hiring a Sr. Systems Engineer with a focus on supporting company’s ERP, NetSuite. This role will be focused on developing customizations (Suitelets, Suitescript, Workflows, etc) within NetSuite in support of our critical business processes. These processes range from Record to Report & Order to Cash processes we run on NetSuite. The individual must be competent to work with NetSuite and related modules/third-party applications and possess a well-rounded background in both business and ERP.

Quality Technician, Energy Storage
Redwood is looking for a highly motivated Quality Technician with broad experience across incoming quality, process quality, and customer-facing quality activities. The Quality Technician will be responsible for identifying quality issues across the manufacturing environment, supporting investigations and root cause analysis, collecting relevant process and product data, and managing non-conforming material. This person will work closely with production and engineering teams to maintain rapid response and drive continuous improvements to the production process.

Position Summary:
Redwood Materials is currently searching for a Project Engineer to join as an early member of a new engineering team working on our Battery Energy Storage System product line. You will own the full project lifecycle - from commercial scoping and BD handoff through engineering, procurement, construction, commissioning, and structured handoff to Operations and Maintenance - for a growing portfolio of utility-scale and behind-the-meter storage projects.
You are the connective tissue between Business Development, Product Engineering, EPC partners, and customers. You drive schedule, manage risk, and ensure every project is delivered on time, on budget, and to spec.

Abuse Test Engineer, Energy Storage
Essential Duties:
As an early member of a new engineering team, you will be responsible for designing, executing, and analyzing tests that simulate extreme conditions and misuse scenarios to ensure the safety of our new product.
Collaborating with design and manufacturing engineering, you will identify potential failure modes and then intentionally abuse complex electromechanical and electrochemical systems (via short circuit, overvoltage, overheat, overcharge, and forced thermal propagation) in a controlled, well-instrumented, well-documented environment in order to stress those failure modes and ensure our products are robust to real world abuse.

Redwood Materials is currently searching for a Field Quality Engineer to join as an early member of a new engineering team working on our Battery Energy Storage System product line. You will be responsible for ensuring the quality, reliability, and safety of deployed Battery Energy Storage System (BESS) assets by identifying, investigating, and preventing field issues. This role works closely with Operations & Maintenance (O&M) teams that perform routine monitoring and maintenance, and with Service Engineering, which owns advanced technical escalation.
The Field Quality Engineer serves as the frontline quality owner in the field, focusing on identifying systemic quality issues, conducting structured investigations, and driving corrective and preventive actions. This role plays a critical part in reducing repeat failures, improving fleet reliability, and feeding real world learnings back into engineering, suppliers, and operational processes. You’re a doer, excited about getting your hands dirty and working in a dynamic, fast-paced setting, and want to shape a new department at Redwood.

Senior Construction Manager, Self Perform Electrical
The Sr. Construction Manager Self Perform manages the electrical self-perform teams. This responsibility is in tandem with working closely with members of the project management, infrastructure engineering, project controls, procurement, maintenance, and operations departments from preconstruction through completion and start of production. The Sr. Construction Manager oversees all self-perform work in Nevada for electrical teams. This oversight and management includes scheduling of self-perform teams, material and equipment procurement, utility, structure, and vendor tool installations, resolving day to day construction issues, performing day to day inspections to ensure compliance with plans and specifications while tracking project schedule and budget. The Sr. Construction Manager is also responsible for coordinating permanent equipment/materials, construction equipment, and other construction activities to meet or exceed construction schedule deadlines. The role also entails management of existing plant modifications and scope additions under a shutdown schedule environment. This role manages a team of Superintendents, mechanical, and electrical tradesmen. Experience with managing multiple field crews for both electrical and process piping scopes is imperative. Extensive experience with industrial and commercial MEP (Mechanical, Electrical, Plumbing) systems is also required.
