SERVICE TECHNICIAN - COMMERCIAL & INDUSTRIAL
Our Culligan dealership is looking for commercial & industrial service technicians to service our existing commercial and industrial customers. Our service department is essential to support our customers after the sale as well as a valuable sales tool when selling new business.
As a Commercial & Industrial Service Technician you will possess a strong mechanical aptitude and ability to troubleshoot, repair, maintain, and install commercial and industrial water softeners, reverse osmosis machines, filtration equipment and other water treatment equipment systems. PLUMBING experience is a plus but not required. You will be physically moving all day. Expected to be able to sit, stand, lift, and maneuver within commercial buildings, industrial facilities, manufacturing plants and production areas. You will use problem-solving skills to troubleshoot technical issues that arise throughout your day. Previous water treatment experience is preferred.
Our Commercial & Industrial Service Technicians are a fundamental part of our dealership’s success providing face-to-face customer service to our existing and prospective customer base, as well as the face of the Culligan brand to the community. They also communicate vital information in regard to customers to other dealership departments.

Position Summary:
The Field Engineer will serve as engineering support for our sales team assisting with construction management and after-sales field support. This role will require frequent travel to job sites throughout a specific territory but will be based at our sales office in St. Louis. The position will include both field and office work.
Position will involve extensive formalized training plus work under a mentor, developing skills and gaining an understanding of CaptiveAire products, troubleshooting, and application engineering processes etc.

You will be an integral part of our multi-disciplinary team, collaborating closely with owners, project managers, engineers, and contractors to Successfully deliver high-quality building systems commissioning, from planning through turnover, with an emphasis on mechanical and HVAC systems, controls, and operational readiness. This role includes hands-on field work (site walks, start-up support, functional performance testing) as well as strong documentation and client-facing communication.
Under the guidance of senior commissioning professionals, you will contribute to projects that span new construction and renovation across sectors such as education, healthcare, commercial, and science and technology. This role involves hands-on involvement in system testing, troubleshooting, and documentation to deliver operational readiness and compliance with quality and safety standards, and reports to the Lead Commissioning Engineer

We are looking for individuals who have detailed functional knowledge and understanding of home inspections, and experience leading residential construction rehab projects to join us as a Project Manager in our Construction. You will have expertise in identifying and executing repairs necessary to bring the home to meet company standards, and creating a safe and enjoyable habitat for prospective tenants. Your remit is to ensure the completion of property inspections, preparation of repair bids to Company standards using approved pricing, and lead all aspects of the rehab process including selection and oversight of approved vendors/contractors, timeline management of the repair project, and quality assurance.
This position operates in the field at our properties in the St. Louis, Missouri metro area.
