 The Opportunity:

We’re looking for a Senior Manager or Principal, HR Business Partner (HRBP) to lead the People agenda for our North Asia Region (Japan and South Korea) as the sole on-site HR leader. In this high-impact role, you’ll be a trusted advisor to Agoda’s Commercial teams, helping drive revenue growth by building high-performing, customer-focused teams and strengthening key B2B partnerships.

You’ll spend about 40% of your time on strategic partnering and talent management, with the remainder focused on performance management, employee relations, people operations, and learning & development. You’ll work hands-on with leaders and employees, balancing big-picture thinking with practical day-to-day support.

 What you’ll Need to Succeed:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources or a related field is required.
• 8-10 years of progressive HR experience, with at least 3–5 years in a senior HRBP or HR leadership role, ideally in a fast-paced, multinational, or matrixed environment.
• Demonstrated experience embedding People and culture into business leadership, ideally at scale and in a fast-paced, global environment.
• Ability to flex between company-wide strategy and tailored solutions for specific region, with a strong business partnership mindset.

As a key member of our Global Supplier Development team, this role supports the organization's objective to strengthen supplier capability, elevate design and manufacturing performance, and ensure long-term supply resilience across our global network. The mission of the team is to proactively build supplier maturity, drive continuous improvement, and align supplier capability growth with mid- and long-term category strategies to support product quality, operational excellence, and New Product Introduction (NPI) readiness.

What you will be working on

• Assess supplier quality and technology gaps, and execute plans to address them.
• Review and influence Design Engineering early in design phase to achieve target costs and DFx. Identify areas for cost down during design phase plus manufacturing methods and eliminate waste.

We are looking an experienced Leader for the Site Reliability Engineering (SRE) team at CoupangPay. The Site Reliability Engineering team at IMC Trading is focused on the scalability and reliability of our trading systems.

We are responsible for the operations of real-time systems, providing fast and effective incident response to keep IMC trading in the market. We work closely with traders and software developers to define short and long term improvements that make our trading systems easier to operate and more scalable.
