We are looking for a Senior Platform Infrastructure Engineer to work as a part of the Infrastructure/CICD team. In this role, you will be responsible for some of the items below:

• Participate in building the modern cloud-native scalable, flexible and extensible Internal Platform solution based on Temporal and other tools with focus on optimized cost, availability, stability, security and compliance, DevEx, performance, minimal on-boarding time.

• Maintain and enhance current solutions for the Workato Internal Platform with focus on health, stability, performance & DevEx

• On-board Workato components & applications to Internal Platform.

• Implement pipelines to automate security, reliability, and availability best practices during all stages of software lifecycle.

• Implement complex deployment scenarios, including dynamic environments, progressive rollouts such as canary deployments, chaos engineering, etc.

• Work with engineering teams to better address needs and enable more effective and efficient developer throughput and improve services through rigorous testing and release.

• Gather and analyze metrics from CICD pipelines and infrastructure to assist in performance tuning and stability improvements.

• Participate in system design consulting, platform management, and architecture reviews.

• Document development processes and best practices.

• Support continuous improvement by investigating alternatives and technologies and presenting these for architectural review.

• Identify and drive opportunities to improve automation for code integration, quality testing, security scanning and deployment.

Requirements

Qualifications / Experience / Technical Skills

• Proficiency in one or more programming languages such as Go, Python, Java, JavaScript, Python, with preference to Go

• Experience with creating internal platform tooling, e.g. CLI tools, etc

• Experience creating scalable development and integration pipelines with tools such as ArgoCD, Argo Workflows, GitHub Actions, or similar solutions.

• Experience creating application deployments of Kubernetes-based services using tools like Kustomize, Helm, ArgoCD or similar ones using release engineering practices such as GitOps.

Responsibilities

We are looking for a Senior Python Engineer to play a key role in building the core of our AI platform. In this position, you will design and develop production-grade systems that power intelligent automation, agentic workflows, and large-scale retrieval services. This is a highly technical, hands-on role that involves close collaboration with product and platform teams to transform advanced AI concepts into reliable, scalable, and secure solutions used across our enterprise ecosystem. Key Responsibilities:

Our DevOps team plays a pivotal role in ensuring our cloud infrastructure is scalable, reliable, and secure. As a DevOps Team Lead, you will guide a high-performing, international team, optimize cloud infrastructure, and influence cross-functional projects that directly impact our customers and all R&D teams.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead a high-performing, international DevOps team, fostering a culture of continuous improvement.
• Maintain, design, and optimize Yotpo’s cloud infrastructure to improve product quality, boost development velocity, and reduce operational costs.
• Make data-driven decisions by collecting and analyzing metrics to prioritize the most impactful initiatives.
• Lead and contribute to technical initiatives that require collaboration across multiple R&D teams.

Requirеments:

• 2+ years of experience leading Cloud/DevOps teams.
• 4+ years of experience as a DevOps engineer.
• Hands-on experience with AWS (EKS, EC2, RDS, IAM, VPC).
• Expert-level knowledge in containers and container orchestration (Kubernetes).
• Scripting (Bash, Python) and infrastructure-as-code (Terraform, CloudFormation) expertise.
• Experience with observability platforms (Grafana, Prometheus, ELK stack, OpenTelemetry).
• Strong experience authoring and tuning CI/CD pipelines (e.g., GitHub Actions).
• Proven experience in incident response, troubleshooting distributed systems, and implementing corrective actions.
• Experience working in large-scale production environments.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Telecommunications, or a relevant field.

Preferred Qualifications (Nice to Have):

• AWS Certifications (Solutions Architect, SysOps/CloudOps, Developer, DevOps).
• Kubernetes Certifications (CKA, CKAD).
• Master’s degree in Computer Science, Telecommunications, or relevant.
• Experience designing and building Internal Developer Platforms (IDPs) that enable self-service capabilities for software engineering teams.
• Knowledge of security best practices and compliance frameworks (ISO 27001, SOC 2).
