The Core Markets team is responsible for scaling Fundraise Up from $50M toward $200M+ ARR. We are looking for a senior Product Manager to own a strategic direction within Core Markets — one that requires thinking in years, not quarters.
This is an individual contributor (IC) role with no dedicated dev team of your own. You will work closely with GTM, and other Product Managers to identify the biggest opportunities, build conviction from evidence, and shape the long-term product strategy for your domain. The person who comes in will define what this area looks like — that’s both the challenge and the opportunity.
You are not here to execute a roadmap that already exists. You are here to figure out what the roadmap should be, make the case, and drive it forward.

● 1–2 years experience in a regulated online gambling environment.
● Experience in a Technical Compliance, Compliance, or Product-focused role.

● Ability to work with technical teams and translate regulatory requirements into clear requirements.

Regulatory Delivery
● Support the delivery of regulatory requirements across assigned markets.
● Work with Product and Engineering teams to help ensure compliance requirements are implemented as specified.
● Assist in tracking, documenting and validating regulatory changes and deliverables.
● Support internal and external regulatory audits by preparing evidence and documentation.
Market & Regulatory Support
● Build a strong understanding of regulations for specific markets.
● Support new market entry activities, including certifications, testing and launch readiness.
● Assist with horizon scanning and reviewing regulatory updates and sanctions in existing markets.
● Support potential market decisions by reviewing the regulatory landscape and providing supporting documentation.
Cross-functional Collaboration
● Work closely with Legal, Compliance, Product and Engineering teams to clarify regulatory requirements.
● Communicate regulatory needs clearly and effectively to technical stakeholders.
● Escalate risks, blockers or uncertainties to the Technical Compliance Manager.
Quality & Customer Focus
● Support UAT activities alongside QA to ensure regulatory requirements are delivered correctly.
● Balance compliance needs with customer experience, highlighting potential impacts and improvements where relevant.

Develop, test, and release slot and table games through the full development cycle.
Collaborate daily with in-house QA and server teams to ensure smooth integration and delivery.
Implement graphics, animations, and sounds in Cocos Creator, focusing on coding gameplay features.
Work under the guidance of the Team Lead, providing progress updates and seeking support when needed.
Develop new game features while continuously improving existing projects.
Ensure architectural compliance, functional accuracy, and adherence to industry standards.
Assist team members by providing technical guidance and validating implementation quality.
Track and report the status and progress of assigned tasks using Jira.
At least 3 years of experience in game development.
Strong knowledge of JavaScript/TypeScript.
Experience with Canvas/WebGL.
Familiarity with Design Patterns.
Proficiency in applying OOP and MVC principles.
Experience with Cocos Creator (preferably) or other frameworks such as Pixi.js, Phaser, PlayCanvas, Three.js.
Experience with Spine would be a big plus.

Digital manager
Position: Digital manager within a client digital delivery team, working on a regional hub client team of WPP Media in the office in Belgrade.
Your goal is to ensure the quality and profitability of the service on the assigned account(s) through managing day to day media planning activities and client relationships and to contribute to growth of the business on the account.
