The Product

Why Enterprise Security Engineer

We're building AI that handles real customer conversations at scale. That means identity systems, SaaS stacks, and endpoints that have to work, and stay secure, without getting in the way of the people building and shipping every day.

The threat landscape isn't standing still, and neither are we. This role exists because we need someone who thinks about security the way our engineers think about product: automate what's repetitive, build what's missing, and make the secure path the easy path.

The Role

You'll own enterprise security across endpoints, identity, cloud services, and SaaS applications for a globally distributed team. You'll work directly with IT and Engineering, and you'll use AI-powered tooling to move faster than any traditional security team. This role is for someone who scripts before they click, builds before they buy, and sees automation as a force multiplier, not a nice-to-have.

You might be this person if:

• You automate repetitive security tasks before they become recurring headaches, and you reach for Python or Bash as naturally as you reach for a runbook.
• You treat SaaS sprawl as an engineering problem, not an audit problem, and you build controls that scale without constant manual oversight.
• You think about attacker techniques (MITRE ATT&CK is a starting point, not a ceiling) and design detections that actually catch things.
• You've built or used AI-assisted workflows to speed up threat detection, alert triage, or security reporting, and you're always looking for more places to apply them.
• You hold the "secure by default" bar without being the team that slows everyone else down.
• You can explain risk trade-offs clearly to engineers and business stakeholders, not just security people.
• You're never satisfied with "we have a tool for that" if the tool isn't actually being used well.

You need to have:

• 4+ years of hands-on enterprise security experience, with real depth in endpoint security across a MacOS-heavy fleet (EDR, NGAV, MDM).
• Operational experience with VPN and ZTNA platforms, and working knowledge of modern email security (SPF, DKIM, DMARC).
• Proven ability to secure SaaS platforms with preventive and detective controls, including DLP and logging pipelines.
• Scripting proficiency in Python (strong preference), Bash, or a comparable language, used for automation, not just one-off fixes.

What you'll actually do:

• Harden a global MacOS fleet using EDR, NGAV, and MDM, enforcing patching cadences and security baselines at scale.
• Build and enforce IAM policies (SSO, MFA, SCIM, least-privilege), with automated provisioning and de-provisioning wherever possible.
• Secure Google Workspace and the broader SaaS stack, implementing DLP controls and logging pipelines that surface real data exposure risk.
• Administer and improve VPN and zero-trust remote access infrastructure for a distributed workforce.
• Develop AI-assisted detection and response workflows, automating alert triage, incident timelines, and routine reporting.
• Embed security into how Engineering and IT build and ship, not just how the company audits afterward.
• Monitor the threat landscape, translate attacker techniques into actionable detections, and stay ahead of what's actually being used against companies like ours.
• Build internal security tooling and dashboards where off-the-shelf falls short, using automation pipelines to close the gaps.

Flexible Work Policy

Pay Transparency

For cash compensation, we set standard ranges for all roles based on function, level, and geographic location. To determine our ranges, we utilize a variety of compensation data benchmarked against similar-stage growth companies. A reasonable estimate of the current salary range for this role is $190,000.00 – $230,000.00. We consider several factors when making final compensation decisions including, but not limited to, skill sets, experience and training, licensure and certifications, and other business and organizational needs which may cause your specific offer to vary from the amount listed above.

How You'll Make an Impact at MarqVision

As MarqVision’s global expansion continues to accelerate, the importance of a strong and efficient accounting function has never been greater. The Accounting Manager of APAC is a key member of MarqVision’s Finance organization and will be responsible for overseeing critical areas of revenue and general accounting operations across the APAC region. This includes revenue recognition for the Korea entity, Korean government contract programs such as KOIPA, MarqFolio Korea bookings, general accounting matters for APAC entities, including Korea and China, and participation in our ERP implementation with NetSuite.

This role will help drive financial efficiency through accurate accounting, strong operational execution, and seamless collaboration with both internal and external stakeholders. We are looking for someone who is excited about making a meaningful impact in scaling MarqVision’s accounting operations to support our continued global growth, while also gaining significant personal and professional development along the way.

What You'll Achieve

• Manage accounting for APAC entities, including Korea entity revenue recognition and general ledger activities.
• Prepare bank reconciliations, support Korean tax filings, manage local statutory audits, calculate and record transfer pricing entries, and perform other responsibilities assigned by the Corporate Controller.
• Participate in and support ERP implementation efforts, including NetSuite, as well as various accounting systems administration initiatives in collaboration with cross-functional stakeholders and the corporate accounting team.
• Oversee the China entity accountant.
• Maintain oversight of the Korea and China entity ledgers and report monthly results to corporate accounting for consolidation.
• Prepare balance sheet account reconciliations and flux analyses for APAC entities.
• Support ad hoc projects and other tasks as assigned by the Corporate Controller.

Skills You Bring

• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field (e.g., Business, Accounting) or equivalent qualification.
• 5+ years of experience in accounting and accounting systems
• Proficient and experienced in ERP implementation (a plus if have NetSuite implementation experience) and accounting systems
• Highly detail-oriented, responsible, and equipped with logical and analytical thinking skills.
• Self-motivated professional with a proactive attitude and a strong desire to grow a successful accounting career.

About the Role

We are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Accountant to join our Finance team supporting Korea, Japan, and Singapore. The ideal candidate will have at least 5 years of accounting experience and a strong understanding of Korean accounting standards (K-GAAP), IFRS, and regional tax compliance. This role will play a key part in managing multi-country accounting operations and supporting our fast-growing AI services business with accurate and timely financial data.

Key Responsibilities

General Accounting

• Prepare and maintain accurate general ledger (GL) entries and reconciliations across Korea, Japan, and Singapore entities
• Ensure proper month-end, quarter-end, and year-end closing in compliance with company policies and local GAAP/IFRS
• Manage accounts payable (AP) and accounts receivable (AR) processes across multiple countries
• Review and reconcile bank statements and monitor cash flow across entities

Financial Reporting

• Prepare monthly and quarterly financial statements for multiple entities and stakeholders
• Support the preparation of consolidated financials for headquarters
• Assist in management reporting and variance analysis across regions

Tax & Compliance

• Prepare and file tax returns including VAT (Korea), Consumption Tax (Japan), and GST (Singapore)
• Ensure compliance with local statutory and regulatory requirements across Korea, Japan, and Singapore
• Liaise with external auditors, tax advisors, and government agencies as required

Process Improvement & Tools

• Support ERP/financial systems (e.g., NetSuite, SAP, QuickBooks) across regions
• Assist in implementing automation tools to improve efficiency in finance operations
• Collaborate with global finance teams to align accounting policies and internal controls

Business Support

• Partner with operational and project teams to provide financial insights for AI service projects
• Assist in budgeting, forecasting, and cash flow planning across multiple entities
• Provide finance-related support for payroll, expense reimbursement, and operational finance

Basic Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
• Minimum 3 years of relevant accounting experience, preferably in technology or service companies

The Role

We are looking for a Staff Accountant to be responsible for the accounts payable and accounts receivables process. You need to have:

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related experiences 
• 3-4 years in accounting of multi-national companies, start-up experience is a plus 
• Written and verbal conversation skill in English & Korean 
• Strong knowledge of Excel, Accounting software systems (Duzone iCube, NetSuite, Concur etc.) 
• Good knowledge of taxes including VAT, WH and corporate tax 
• Understanding of US GAAP and K-GAAP regulations and financial operation process

What you'll actually do:

• Prepare AP journal entries and assist in managing month-end closing and financial report
• Own Accounts Payable system and support quarterly VAT (Tax invoices) filing process 
• Review employee expense claim report
• Manage company credit card and reconciliation
• Coordinate with accounting management in reviewing expenses against budget
• Collaborate and communicate with foreign subsidiary accountant on ad hoc projects
• Perform team projects and ad-hoc tasks in accounting/finance as requested

About The Role:

• Manage Fever’s biggest partners and their events/projects across all verticals (such as large exhibitions, music festivals,  immersive experiences, permanent/renowned attractions, and sports) ensuring strong, long-term relationships and consistent performance growth.

About You:

• 6+ years in project management or management consulting.

Purpose of Position:

Reporting to the Sr. Finance Manager, this role will focus on core accounting activities including retail settlement, inventory accounting, and tax compliance, ensuring accuracy and timeliness in a fast-paced environment.

Job Description: 

Financial Accounting & Month-end Closing

• Support month-end and year-end closing processes to ensure timely and accurate financial reporting to HQ
• Handle daily accounting operations, including AR/AP processing and bank reconciliations
• Prepare payment vouchers and supporting documents in compliance with internal policies
• Maintain fixed asset records, including depreciation schedules and asset tracking

Treasury

• Monitor daily banking transactions and prepare weekly bank balance summaries with clear categorization of transaction types
• Prepare treasury-related journal entries and support their accurate reflection during month-end closing
• Review payment lists against supporting documents and submit for manager approval
• Review employee expense reports on a monthly basis to ensure compliance with internal policies and reconcile supporting receipts

Tax & Compliance

• Support preparation of VAT, CIT, and withholding tax filings in coordination with external tax advisors
• Ensure accounting records are maintained in compliance with Korean tax regulations and IFRS
• Assist in external audits by preparing schedules and supporting documents

Requirement:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Finance, or Business Administration preferred
• 3–5 years of relevant experience in accounting or finance, preferably in a multinational or retail environment
• Basic experience or exposure to VAT and corporate tax filings
• Native Korean speaker with good command of English
• Proficiency in MS Office (especially Excel)
• Detail-oriented, proactive, and able to work in a fast-paced environment with a strong team player mindset
