How You'll Make an Impact at MarqVision

As a Customer Onboarding Specialist at MarqVision, you will play a critical role in shaping the first experience new clients have with our brand protection platform. In the process of a new customer signing their contract, you’ll be the one who assesses their needs, sets up their account, configures our tools to match their enforcement goals, and ensures everything is running smoothly before handing off to our operations team. Working closely with Sales, Customer Success, and Operations, you’ll coordinate across teams and regions to deliver a seamless onboarding experience. No two customers are the same, and you’ll adapt your approach to each one.

What you’ll Achieve

• Coordinate and deliver pre-sales assessments to AEs and clients.
• Assess new customer needs during and after contract signing to define the scope of brand protection services, success metrics, and the right product configuration for their specific enforcement challenges.
• Recommend the appropriate service package based on abuse types, customer IPR, and relevant enforcement volume.
• Closely communicate with customers and internal teams to walk customers through the onboarding process, gather requirements, and communicate next steps clearly.
• Align customer expectations with our service scope, ensuring customers understand what to expect before their account transitions to our operations team.
• Build and improve internal process documentation and standard operating procedures, as well as help train team members on updated workflows.
• Manage a pipeline of onboarding requests from sales teams across multiple global regions, prioritizing time-sensitive deliverables and meeting deadlines.
• Coordinate with external partners and internal teams (including Product and Engineering) to ensure smooth execution and escalate issues as needed.
• Maintain detailed onboarding records and reports, contribute to ongoing process improvements that make the team more efficient and scalable.

Skills You Bring

• 3+ years of experience in customer onboarding, implementation, project management, or customer success–ideally in a SaaS or tech environment.
• Interest in or exposure to brand protection, intellectual property, e-commerce, or online marketplaces is a plus (no deep expertise required; we’ll teach you the domain).
• Excellent organizational skills with the ability to juggle multiple customer projects at different stages simultaneously, across global time zones.
• Strong communication skills (verbal and written) with the ability to lead customer-facing meetings, present scoping findings, and build trust with stakeholders.
• Detail-oriented with the ability to follow structured processes accurately; comfortable working with dashboards, data, and operational metrics.

ABOUT THE TEAM

As our team continues to quickly grow, we are looking our next Technical Program Manager to join our energetic and innovative team that is passionate about expanding autonomous maritime vessel capabilities within a cutting edge environment.

As the inaugural Technical Program Manager for our Surface Maritime team in South Korea (ROK), you must be a technical leader with the expertise to evaluate, qualify, develop, and advocate for an increasing number of sophisticated parallel pursuits. You will be the external facing strategic relationship manager, bridging complex cultural, technical, and business discussions in both Korean and English. You will be expected to use your technical knowledge in conjunction with your program management skills to lead cross-functional efforts and deliver the best outcome for Anduril and our internal and external stakeholders. You will interface between Anduril's engineering, manufacturing, and business teams and Korean shipbuilding partners, driving execution of joint initiatives critical to scaling international production capacity.

This role is essential for establishing Anduril's presence in the Korean defense industrial base and building the relationships necessary to achieve our ambitious manufacturing scale objectives in the Asia-Pacific region. This position will have exposure to a wide variety of program planning, organization, and compliance activities. Preferred candidates will have defense industry experience in South Korea and the United States, as well as an understanding of international defense partnerships; maritime/shipbuilding industry knowledge; a willingness to learn; be a team player and be able to adapt to the changing needs of a fast-paced technology business.

WHAT YOU'LL DO

• Establish trusted relationships with key stakeholders within our primary Korean partner, including executive leadership and technical teams. Executive stakeholder engagement in large, complex manufacturing organizations
• Utilize your bilingual Korean/English fluency with ability to conduct complex technical and business discussions in both languages
• Leverage cross-cultural business acumen and ability to navigate Korean business practices, decision-making processes, and organizational dynamics
• Autonomously execute on broad and/or ambiguous requirements from external clients. Demonstrate high ownership on all pieces of work. Ability to structure complex, multi-stakeholder initiatives and drive to closure

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS

• 10+ years of experience, specifically in technical program management and/or systems engineering, or related project management in a relevant industry.
• Professional fluency in Korean and English, with strong communication and presentation skills

Introduction 

Coupang Eats is loading for an experienced Senior Product Manager for Japan Market Market Product.   
 
This is an exciting and demanding role, where you will own and co-create key Japan market capabilities, intellectual property and know-how with other world-class product managers, engineers, scientists and business stakeholders.   
 
As a product manager, you will define and build key components for a new on-demand logistics network where tens of thousands of stores can tap into to serve a wider Customer base. This will be a nationwide network with thousands of couriers. You will cooperate with the operations partner to create best practices and convert feedback into features. 

Key Responsibilities

• Own the product vision, strategy, roadmap and KPIs of a specific area of the Eats Japan customer’s shopping experience. 

• Have a deep understanding of the Customer and provide the Voice of the Customer 

• Manage the entire product life cycle from inception to launch, including writing product requirements, defining use cases, and setting success metrics 

• Identify opportunities to improve purchase conversion by removing any friction points in the end-to-end shopping experience 

• Inspire the team with the product vision and work cross-functionally to bring the product to life 

• Work with business stakeholders to drive growth of our Customer, Store, and Courier bases 

• Build a best-in-class shopping and logistics experience for the mobile app and website

Introduction 

Coupang Eats is loading for an experienced Senior Product Manager for Japan Market Market Product.   
 
This is an exciting and demanding role, where you will own and co-create key Japan market capabilities, intellectual property and know-how with other world-class product managers, engineers, scientists and business stakeholders.   
 
As a product manager, you will define and build key components for a new on-demand logistics network where tens of thousands of stores can tap into to serve a wider Customer base. This will be a nationwide network with thousands of couriers. You will cooperate with the operations partner to create best practices and convert feedback into features. 

Key Responsibilities

• Own the product vision, strategy, roadmap and KPIs of a specific area of the Eats Japan customer’s shopping experience. 

• Have a deep understanding of the Customer and provide the Voice of the Customer 

• Manage the entire product life cycle from inception to launch, including writing product requirements, defining use cases, and setting success metrics 

• Identify opportunities to improve purchase conversion by removing any friction points in the end-to-end shopping experience 

• Inspire the team with the product vision and work cross-functionally to bring the product to life 

• Work with business stakeholders to drive growth of our Customer, Store, and Courier bases 

• Build a best-in-class shopping and logistics experience for the mobile app and website 

Essential Qualifications

• Business level+ Japanese communication proficiency would be required

• Minimum 5 years of experience in product management, including developing, delivering and executing on a strong product vision 

• Analytical thinker who works well in a fast-paced, data-driven and highly ambiguous entrepreneurial culture 

• Demonstrated ability to work with cross-functional teams and manage multiple projects 

• Bias for action and willingness to get your hands dirty to get the job done 

• Sound business judgment and proven ability to effectively communicate and influence others

• Business level English proficiency would be plus.
