About The Role:

Join the Retail Operations Team as an Associate Director, Brand Operations where you will serve as the vital link between brand strategy and operational excellence. You will be responsible for managing the day-to-day and back-end mechanics that allow the world’s most innovative brands to thrive across multiple commerce channels. Utilize Stackline’s proprietary data set to uncover opportunities as a trusted advisor to some of the biggest brands in the world.  

The Associate Director, Brand Operations will be responsible for operating clients’ supply chains, enabling multi-channel fulfilment while driving profitability. REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:

• 7+ years of experience in designing, developing, and implementing Oracle solutions at manufacturing companies (Aerospace & Defense industry preferred). DCAA & CPFF contracting experience a plus.
• Expertise in the interplay of sales, supply chain, manufacturing and finance processes between CRM, MES and ERP, with hands on experience leading development of capabilities in Oracle or SAP

About the role: We are hiring frontline sales professionals to be part of a diverse and elite biopharma sales team dedicated to helping patients in need. With a laser focus on the eye care customer, the Territory Leader will be responsible for territory disease state education along with the launch and ongoing growth of XDEMVY. They will deliver high standards for the ongoing launch and beyond and will champion a culture of outstanding performance, compliance and full ownership of all activity and results. The Territory Leader will be experts in account management, business ownership, sales execution, resource utilization, and they will build and foster relationships with key eye care customers. The Territory Leader will relentlessly pursue excellence to maximize sales in their territory while learning to adapt to changes and needs of the business. Key Responsibilities

• Provide high-level administrative support to the VP of Sales, VP of Operations, and Managing Partner, including complex calendar management, scheduling, and coordination across multiple leaders

This position will play a vital role in supporting the sales team and ensuring smooth warehouse operations. The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills, a customer-centric approach, and a passion for sales.

Responsibilities:

Sales Support:

· Assist the sales team with customer inquiries, product information, and order processing.

· Collaborate with customers to understand their needs and provide appropriate product recommendations.

· Prepare and follow up on sales quotations, ensuring accurate and timely responses.

· Maintain a comprehensive understanding of the product line to effectively address customer inquiries and upsell opportunities.

· Provide outstanding customer service to build and maintain strong customer relationships.

Warehouse Operations:

· Receive and process incoming stock, ensuring accuracy and timely stocking of products.
