Our team is a quickly growing group of committed researchers, engineers, policy experts, and business leaders working together to build beneficial AI systems.
As a Compute Accounting Manager at Anthropic, you will own the end-to-end accounting for our compute expenses, ensuring accurate financial reporting and robust controls as we scale. You'll be responsible for the complete lifecycle of compute accounting—from contract review and compliance through accruals, prepaids, accounts payable reconciliation, expense classification, and commitment tracking. You'll partner directly with the relevant Engineering, Legal, and Procurement teams to ensure our CSP contracts are properly reflected in our financial records and that we're capturing costs accurately and in compliance with our agreements. As Anthropic continues to grow rapidly, you'll play a critical role in establishing the financial controls and processes that enable us to manage significant compute spend with precision and confidence.
Deadline to apply: None. Applications will be reviewed on a rolling basis.
The annual compensation range for this role is listed below.
For sales roles, the range provided is the role’s On Target Earnings ("OTE") range, meaning that the range includes both the sales commissions/sales bonuses target and annual base salary for the role.
Minimum education: Bachelor’s degree or an equivalent combination of education, training, and/or experience
Required field of study: A field relevant to the role as demonstrated through coursework, training, or professional experience
Minimum years of experience: Years of experience required will correlate with the internal job level requirements for the position

We encourage you to apply even if you do not believe you meet every single qualification. Not all strong candidates will meet every single qualification as listed. Research shows that people who identify as being from underrepresented groups are more prone to experiencing imposter syndrome and doubting the strength of their candidacy, so we urge you not to exclude yourself prematurely and to submit an application if you're interested in this work. We think AI systems like the ones we're building have enormous social and ethical implications. We think this makes representation even more important, and we strive to include a range of diverse perspectives on our team.

We believe that the highest-impact AI research will be big science. At Anthropic we work as a single cohesive team on just a few large-scale research efforts. And we value impact — advancing our long-term goals of steerable, trustworthy AI — rather than work on smaller and more specific puzzles. We view AI research as an empirical science, which has as much in common with physics and biology as with traditional efforts in computer science. We're an extremely collaborative group, and we host frequent research discussions to ensure that we are pursuing the highest-impact work at any given time. As such, we greatly value communication skills.
The easiest way to understand our research directions is to read our recent research. This research continues many of the directions our team worked on prior to Anthropic, including: GPT-3, Circuit-Based Interpretability, Multimodal Neurons, Scaling Laws, AI & Compute, Concrete Problems in AI Safety, and Learning from Human Preferences.

Anthropic’s mission is to create reliable, interpretable, and steerable AI systems. We want AI to be safe and beneficial for our users and for society as a whole. Our team is a quickly growing group of committed researchers, engineers, policy experts, and business leaders working together to build beneficial AI systems.
Anthropic is seeking a Senior Manager, Infrastructure Accounting to join our Infrastructure Accounting team. In this role, you will execute day-to-day accounting for a portion of Anthropic's infrastructure portfolio — the leased and owned assets underpinning our recently announced $50bn investment in American computing infrastructure. As we continue our rapid growth, you will help ensure the operational scalability and financial accuracy of the core functions that enable Anthropic's research and commercial success.
This is an opportunity to be at the heart of one of the fastest-scaling companies in the industry, and to shape how Anthropic's growing infrastructure portfolio is accounted for and understood across the business.
You will own end-to-end accounting for either Anthropic's lease portfolio or its capex and fixed asset portfolio, working closely with cross-functional partners across Data Center Operations, Real Estate, Finance, and Legal. You'll apply deep technical accounting expertise under ASC 842 (leases) and/or ASC 360 (fixed assets), and help build the processes, controls, and systems that let this function scale.
Location-based hybrid policy: Currently, we expect all staff to be in one of our offices at least 25% of the time. However, some roles may require more time in our offices.
Visa sponsorship: We do sponsor visas! However, we aren't able to successfully sponsor visas for every role and every candidate. But if we make you an offer, we will make every reasonable effort to get you a visa, and we retain an immigration lawyer to help with this.

Anthropic’s mission is to create reliable, interpretable, and steerable AI systems. We want AI to be safe and beneficial for our users and for society as a whole. Our team is a quickly growing group of committed researchers, engineers, policy experts, and business leaders working together to build beneficial AI systems.
Anthropic is scaling rapidly, and so is our customer base. As our commercial business grows across the Americas, we need a senior leader to own credit and collections for the region. You will join our Invoice to Cash (I2C) team and be responsible for the end-to-end credit and collections lifecycle for Americas customers, from onboarding credit reviews through dispute resolution and cash recovery.
This is a senior people leadership role with meaningful strategic scope and a strong automation mandate. Anthropic expects its finance function to operate at the frontier of what AI and modern tooling make possible, and credit and collections is a natural place to lead from the front. You will manage a team of managers and analysts, set the credit and collections strategy for the region, and own the automation roadmap that lets us scale cash collection without linearly scaling headcount. You will partner closely with Sales, Legal, Deal Desk, and Customer Success leadership, and help shape the processes, policies, and systems that allow us to extend credit responsibly and collect efficiently at enterprise scale. You will report into the Accounts Receivable Lead and work alongside regional counterparts in EMEA and APAC to drive consistency in how we manage customer credit risk globally.
If you enjoy building operational rigor in a fast-moving environment, have a track record of scaling credit and collections functions through automation and AI, and care about doing right by customers while protecting the business, we would love to hear from you.
Set the strategic direction for Americas credit and collections, including portfolio management, aging reviews, and cash forecasting for the region.
Own the Americas collections automation roadmap, including segmentation strategy, dunning workflows, self-service payment experiences, and automated dispute routing.
Drive adoption of AI across the credit and collections workflow, including intelligent prioritization of collector outreach, AI-drafted customer correspondence, predictive risk scoring, and automated reconciliation of customer responses.
Lead, coach, and develop a team of credit and collections professionals, including people managers, setting clear KPIs around DSO, aging, collection effectiveness, and automation coverage.
Own credit risk strategy for new and existing Americas customers, including credit policy, credit limit frameworks, payment term guidelines, and data-driven escalation of higher-risk accounts.
Partner with Sales, Deal Desk, and Legal leadership on contract negotiations involving payment terms, credit exposure, and non-standard billing arrangements.
Drive timely resolution of material customer disputes in partnership with Billing Operations, Cash Application, and Customer Success.
Develop and refine credit and collections policies, playbooks, and escalation paths suited to a rapidly scaling enterprise SaaS business, with automation embedded by default rather than bolted on.
Lead the Americas rollout and continued optimization of our AR automation platform, including workflow design, integrations with ERP and billing systems, and reporting.
Partner with Finance Systems and internal AI tooling teams to identify and deploy agentic and LLM-based solutions that reduce manual work and improve decision quality across the credit and collections lifecycle.
Deliver regular reporting and insights on receivables health, bad debt reserves, collections performance, and automation metrics to senior finance leadership.
Collaborate with regional AR peers to harmonize global credit and collections standards while accounting for Americas-specific commercial and regulatory nuances.
Represent Americas AR in cross-functional initiatives spanning systems, controls, and finance transformation.
Experience leading credit and collections teams in a high-growth or enterprise SaaS environment, including managing other managers.
Demonstrated experience driving automation across credit and collections workflows, with measurable improvements to efficiency, coverage, or DSO.
Strong working knowledge of commercial credit risk assessment, including use of credit reporting tools (e.g., D&B, Experian) and financial statement analysis.
Hands-on experience with ERP and AR systems (e.g., NetSuite, Oracle, SAP) and AR automation platforms (e.g., Tesorio, HighRadius, Billtrust), including shaping workflow and integration design rather than just using them.
Proficiency in Excel or Google Sheets for portfolio analysis, reporting, and ad hoc modeling.
Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to navigate sensitive customer and executive-level internal conversations diplomatically.
10+ years of progressive experience in accounts receivable, credit, or collections, including significant time leading teams and managing people managers.
Hands-on experience deploying AI or LLM-based solutions in a finance or AR context, whether through vendor tooling, custom workflows, or agentic systems.
Experience supporting a company through rapid scaling, including process build-out, systems implementation, and org design.
Familiarity with enterprise contract structures, including multi-year deals, usage-based billing, and non-standard payment terms.
Exposure to global AR operations and cross-regional coordination.
Experience partnering with Sales and Deal Desk leadership on complex commercial negotiations.
Working knowledge of SOX controls and audit requirements as they relate to AR and credit.
Comfort prompting and evaluating LLMs as part of daily work, and a point of view on where AI creates real leverage in a finance function versus where it does not.

Our team is a quickly growing group of committed researchers, engineers, policy experts, and business leaders working together to build beneficial AI systems.
Anthropic’s Global Safety, Intelligence, and Security (GSIS) team is responsible for protecting our people, facilities, and operations worldwide. The function spans intelligence, executive protection, investigations, travel and event security, security technology, security operations, environmental health and safety, and crisis management — and it’s growing quickly as Anthropic’s footprint, public profile, and threat surface all expand.
We’re looking for a senior operational leader to own the day-to-day resilience of every Anthropic location worldwide. Reporting to the Head of GSIS, you’ll lead three tightly connected functions — physical security operations, environmental health and safety, and event security — across a global office portfolio that includes specialized environments such as research labs. You’ll manage a growing team of practitioners and an existing EHS program, and you’ll be the person leadership turns to when something needs to be safe, secure, and operational, every day, in every location.
This is an unapologetically operational role. You’ll set the standards, run the programs, manage the vendors, own the metrics, and answer for outcomes when something goes wrong at 2am in a different time zone. You’ll partner closely with Real Estate and Workplace, People, Legal, IT, and the rest of the GSIS leadership team — and you’ll work alongside the Head of Protective Services on high-profile events where the threat picture and the operational footprint converge. The right person is equally comfortable writing an OSHA-compliant program from scratch, walking a new office build with a contractor, briefing an executive on event-day security posture, and coaching a guard force supervisor through an incident debrief.
Lead global physical security operations
Run a true Environmental Health and Safety program
Own event security globally
Lead and grow the team

Who You Are:
The Allen Institute for AI (Ai2) is seeking a Senior Technical Program Manager (TPM) to join the Technical Program Management team, whose primary responsibility will be the AI Platform, the infrastructure and software that powers cutting-edge AI research at scale.
This is a uniquely impactful role: you’ll help shape the software infrastructure that drives state-of-the-art hardware and boundary-pushing AI workloads, working side by side with world-class researchers and AI infrastructure engineers in a tight, iterative feedback loop. Unlike many TPM roles, this position offers visibility and influence across the entire stack — from compute decisions to the researcher experience.

As a result, it’s a long-term strategic investment area for the institute, with no shortage of opportunities. For the right TPM, this means both a seat at the table for shaping the future of AI infrastructure and the chance to see your work ripple across groundbreaking research.
Who We Are:
The Technical Program Management Team is the center of excellence for cross-functional execution; reducing management overhead, breaking down silos, and accelerating technical delivery. We envision Ai2 as an organization where seamless collaboration and operational excellence are the norm, not the exception. As a Senior TPM, you’ll embody this mission while driving AI Platform excellence, one of our most strategically critical domains. At Ai2, PMs are both product-minded and program-strong. That means you will collaboratively drive how and when the complex work gets delivered across teams and influence key product decisions by defining the why – balancing business goals, user needs, and feasibility.

If you've worked alongside hardware teams, you know the damage that results from a missed change request or critical context that was never relayed to the right person. Reflow exists to close that gap. We're building the first AI-powered platform purpose-built for hardware product development, one that listens across the tools teams already use, maintains a structured picture of every program, and proactively coordinates across disciplines when things inevitably change.
This is a ground-floor opportunity for a hands-on backend engineer to build the core services and AI infrastructure powering this platform, with the support of a parent company leading innovation in engineering and manufacturing.
Who We're Looking For
We're seeking a backend engineer who ships reliable, well-designed systems and takes ownership of the services they build. The ideal candidate has production experience with Python, FastAPI, and PostgreSQL, and is comfortable building everything from REST APIs to background task pipelines to AI agent infrastructure. You should already be using AI coding tools like Cursor, Copilot, or Claude to accelerate your work, with excitement about building the backend that powers the first AI-native platform for complex hardware development.
This senior engineer will work alongside our engineering team, AI researchers, and head of product to build the services that turn unstructured inputs (call transcripts, emails, documents, datasheets) into structured engineering artifacts (requirements, project plans, dependencies), orchestrate ambient AI agents for proactive coordination, and serve real-time project intelligence to users. The role is hands-on - you will be coding daily while contributing to system design decisions and helping establish backend engineering best practices as we grow.
What You'll Do
Your day-to-day responsibilities will include:
● Designing and implementing RESTful APIs with OpenAPI specs and auto-generated client SDKs using SQLAlchemy and Postgres
● Developing ingestion pipelines using Celery and Redis that connect to tools teams already use (file storage, messaging, email) and extract structured engineering artifacts from unstructured inputs
● Building and extending agentic AI workflows using LangChain, LangGraph, and related frameworks for structured data extraction, risk detection, dependency analysis, and proactive team coordination
● Integrating LLM APIs (Anthropic Claude, OpenRouter) with streaming (SSE), error handling, and cost optimization
● Deploying and operating services on GCP (Cloud Run, Cloud SQL, Memorystore) with Terraform
● Writing well-tested, maintainable code and participating in code reviews to establish engineering best practices
Technical Requirements
Must Have:
● 5+ years building production backend systems, with 3+ years in Python
● Demonstrated proficiency using AI coding tools (Cursor, Copilot, Claude, etc.) to accelerate development
● Strong experience with FastAPI or similar async Python web frameworks
● Production experience with PostgreSQL, including schema design, migrations, and query optimization
● Hands-on experience with task queues and background processing (Celery, Redis, or similar)
● Understanding of API design, authentication patterns (OIDC/JWT), and service architecture
● Experience with containerized deployments (Docker) and CI/CD pipelines
● Ability to balance rapid iteration with maintainable, well-tested code
Highly Valuable:
● Have worked in early-stage 0 to 1 startup environments
● Production experience integrating LLM APIs (Anthropic, OpenAI, etc.) and building AI-powered features with agent orchestration frameworks (LangChain, LangGraph, or similar)
● Hands-on experience with GCP services (Cloud Run, Cloud SQL, Pub/Sub, Secret Manager) and Infrastructure-as-code experience with Terraform
● Experience with data ingestion pipelines and ETL workflows
● Background in B2B SaaS platforms, project management tools, or workflow automation products
● Understanding of hardware development, engineering workflows, or project management concepts (phases, gates, dependencies)

Your safety matters to us. To protect yourself from potential scams, remember that Anthropic recruiters only contact you from @anthropic.com email addresses. In some cases, we may partner with vetted recruiting agencies who will identify themselves as working on behalf of Anthropic. Be cautious of emails from other domains. Legitimate Anthropic recruiters will never ask for money, fees, or banking information before your first day. If you're ever unsure about a communication, don't click any links—visit anthropic.com/careers directly for confirmed position openings.
Anthropic is a public benefit corporation headquartered in San Francisco. We offer competitive compensation and benefits, optional equity donation matching, generous vacation and parental leave, flexible working hours, and a lovely office space in which to collaborate with colleagues. Leaders at companies like Google, Databricks, Snowflake, RingCentral, Sandler Sales, and Toastmasters use Yoodli to ramp reps faster, improve message delivery, and reduce coaching burden on frontline managers.
We’re building a new category called Experiential Learning: AI-powered learning through conversational roleplays. We’ve raised $40M in Series B funding, are doubling our team in 2026, and are headquartered at the beautiful Pier 70 in Seattle.
As Customer Success Manager - Renewals, you’ll own the end-to-end renewal motion for Yoodli’s high-volume, lower-ACV customer segment (accounts with annual contract values of $10,000 or less). This is a fast-growing book with rapidly increasing transaction volume—you’ll be the person who builds the rhythm, runs the plays, and closes the deals.
This role is cadence-driven and transactional. You’ll manage a structured outreach motion starting 120 days before each renewal, progressing through 90-day and 60-day touchpoints, and driving every deal to close. Along the way, you’ll handle pricing negotiations, contract restructuring, and the occasional save conversation, all while keeping your pipeline tight and your forecasts accurate.
This is a commercial, execution-oriented seat where success is measured by on-time renewal rates, retention dollars, and pipeline hygiene. You’ll thrive here if you move fast, love process, and get energy from closing a high volume of transactions.
This role is hybrid; we are looking for Seattle-based or remote candidates who will be in the office at least 3 days per week.
Own the full renewal lifecycle for a high-volume book of business.
Build repeatable motions that keep pace with a rapidly growing transaction volume.
Collaborate across teams to protect and grow revenue.

Anthropic’s mission is to create reliable, interpretable, and steerable AI systems. We want AI to be safe and beneficial for our users and for society as a whole. Our team is a quickly growing group of committed researchers, engineers, policy experts, and business leaders working together to build beneficial AI systems.
As a Technical Program Manager for Security, you'll drive execution of high-stakes programs that span security engineering, infrastructure, and cross-functional teams across Anthropic. You'll be responsible for the strategy, planning, and execution of technical security programs that enable Anthropic to meet its Responsible Scaling Policy (RSP) commitments while building towards a security posture that scales with our rapid growth.
This role sits at the intersection of Security Engineering, Security Compliance, Infrastructure, Product, Research, Policy, and more. This role demands someone who thrives in ambiguity, makes well-reasoned decisions under pressure, and can translate complex security requirements into executable programs with compressed timelines.
Deadline to apply: None, applications will be received on a rolling basis.
Anthropic is a public benefit corporation headquartered in San Francisco. We offer competitive compensation and benefits, optional equity donation matching, generous vacation and parental leave, flexible working hours, and a lovely office space in which to collaborate with colleagues.
