Position Objective: 
The Assistant Project Manager will be supporting the execution of projects, starting with the engineering and procurement phase, and leading up to commercial operation. Qualifying candidates will have a demonstrated track record of success in working cohesively across several project support functions including development, engineering, construction, and finance to meet scheduled project completion dates.

Responsibilities:
• Coordinating and supporting multiple project schedules, budgets, and financial requirements with competing deadlines and resources across companywide functional teams.
• Working with engineers and project managers to document product or contractor specifications and work scopes during planning stages.
• Assisting Project Manager(s) with submittal compilation, purchase orders, on-site job walk-throughs, change orders request for information, pay application support and close-out documents.
• Preparing project controls, budget setup, schedules of values/billing mechanisms, and maintain each in at the direction of the Project Manager(s).
• Providing steady and reliable communication while also managing complicated schedules, budgets, contractors, people, risks, and other resources.
• Assisting in ensuring all safety, quality, and environmental policies of the Company and project owners are followed by all project personnel.

Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree is required, preferably in Construction Management or Engineering.
• 2+ years of experience supporting operations, engineering or construction.
• Solar engineering or construction experience preferred, but not required.
• Strong attention to detail with a high level of integrity and organizational capacity to manage multiple projects.
• Self-motivated and self -starter, with proven ability to take ownership, initiative, and accountability.
• Excellent interpersonal communication skills, both oral and written.
• Must possess strong quantitative analysis and critical thinking skills.

• Working knowledge with Microsoft Office/365 is a ‘must’, project management, and CRM software such as Salesforce a plus.

Compensation: $65,000-$85,000 (Exempt)

Anthropic is seeking a Senior Manager, Infrastructure Accounting to join our Infrastructure Accounting team. In this role, you will execute day-to-day accounting for a portion of Anthropic's infrastructure portfolio — the leased and owned assets underpinning our recently announced $50bn investment in American computing infrastructure. As we continue our rapid growth, you will help ensure the operational scalability and financial accuracy of the core functions that enable Anthropic's research and commercial success.

• Lead end-to-end accounting for a portion of Anthropic's AI infrastructure portfolio — leased or owned — including monthly close, construction-in-progress (CIP) tracking where applicable, reconciliations, roll-forwards, and flux analysis
• Apply technical accounting expertise to complex infrastructure arrangements under ASC 842 (lease classification, measurement, modifications, embedded leases, and reassessments) and/or ASC 360 (capitalization, useful lives, impairment, disposals, and asset retirement obligations)
• Partner with Real Estate, Legal, and Finance teams during contract negotiation and execution to ensure accounting implications are understood before commitments are made
• Serve as a trusted finance partner to non-finance stakeholders — explaining the financial statement impact of their decisions in clear, simple terms they can act on
• Collaborate cross-functionally to improve the quality of upstream data pipelines from operational and contract systems, particularly around contract terms, asset receipt, deployment, and in-service dates

VP, Affordable Housing Operations

The Vice President (VP) of Affordable Housing Operations is responsible for overseeing the entire operations of a housing community portfolio, including LIHTC , HUD, and other relevant affordable regulatory programs. As a VP, you will manage all phases of the operations, including personnel, leasing, maintenance, financial, administration, and risk management. Personnel Management

• Use consistent techniques & company directives to screen, hire, train, coach, and develop on-site staff

Strategic Leasing Management

• Develop a yearly marketing plan and utilize marketing strategies & systems

• Ensure staff leasing techniques are effective in obtaining closure, follow-up procedures are met, signing/documentation of leases, and reporting systems are accurate and up to date
• Resolve resident complaints, concerns, and requests to ensure resident satisfaction
• Develop and implement resident retention programs (i.e., resident functions, special promotions, monthly newsletter, etc.)
• Effectively show, lease, and move in prospective residents
• Monitor and ensure leasing compliance with applicable Affordable Housing program(s)
• Coordinate with the Compliance team to ensure lease files, initial certifications, and recertifications are timely and accurate

Administrative & Maintenance Management

• Prepare for physical inspections in accordance with NSPIRE standards
• Ensure all administrative & leasing reporting is accurate, complete, and submitted on a timely basis
• Assist with the emergency team for the property; ensure proper response and handling of all property emergencies with staff, residents, buildings, etc., within company guidelines to minimize liability
• Manage excellent customer service and monitor service request turnaround and responsiveness of maintenance staff
• Maintain property appearance and ensure repairs are noted and completed on a timely basis (this requires regular property inspections and tours)
• Plan for and utilize property resources, equipment, and supplies economically (i.e., obtaining bids/pricing from vendors, suppliers, and contractors, dealing with inadequate service, etc.)
• Give direction to and monitor maintenance, construction, and rehabilitation activities to ensure quality and expediency (i.e., “walk” units to ensure make-ready and work orders are completed)

Travel

• This position entails travel, estimated at 5% of work time annually. Travel may be required for property visits, conferences, training sessions, or other business-related activities.

Education & Experience

• Must have a minimum of 2 years’ experience with affordable housing programs, including but not limited to at least one of the following programs: LIHTC, HUD programs (Project-Based Section 8, Section 236, PRAC, 811 PRA), USDA-Rural Development (515), HCD, HOME Funds, and Bonds.
• Affordable Housing Accreditation (e.g., HCCP, HCP-E, COS, BOS, TCS, CPO) or other applicable designations in affordable programs is preferred, but not required
• Bachelor’s degree is preferred; relevant experience in property management operations will be considered in place of formal education.
• Experience working as a Regional Manager in Multifamily Affordable Housing operations required, with a strong understanding of site-level operations, client engagement, and regional leadership.
• Demonstrated success in managing teams, supporting operational performance, and fostering client satisfaction across multiple properties.
• Familiarity with budgeting, forecasting, and reporting processes.
• Industry certifications such as CAM, CAPS, CPM, or others are a plus.

Orchard Mortgage is an affiliate of Orchard, fully dedicated to offering mortgage services to Orchard’s real estate customers to provide a seamless and delightful home buying transaction. This is a full time role that will report into the Mortgage Sales Manager. This is a remote position that will be expected to be based in the Greater Seattle area and available to attend agent networking events such as Orchard happy hours and agent training once a month.

What You’ll Do Here

• Consult with clients about current needs and financing solutions to help them achieve their financial goals including Orchard Mortgage’s unique offerings such as our Equity Advance loan
• Build great relationships with Orchard’s real estate agents and collaborate with them to create a great home buying experience for our customers
• Be “go to person” for all home financing related needs that our customers or agents have including being the expert on our Equity Advance loan and Move First offering
• Close a high percentage of captive leads and manage pipeline of at least 10-15 loans per month, primarily purchases with some refinances
• Work collaboratively with other teams across the Orchard ecosystem in Real Estate and Title Operations to provide the best customer outcomes
• Support weekend coverage once per month to ensure customers have the support they need even on weekends

We’d Love to Hear From You if You Have:

• At least 3+ years experience with lending experience and an active NMLS license or registered (Washington required)
• Strong consultative sales skills to get our customers the best financial outcome and help them understand the programs available to them
• A passion for customer service and relationship building with keeping both our customers and agents in the loop on what is going on, even if that is after hours or on a weekend.

At A-Alpha Bio, we’re on a mission to improve human health by unlocking the potential of protein-protein interactions – and we’re now seeking a Research Associate II to support execution of our yeast-based AlphaSeq platform for drug discovery and optimization.

In this role you will execute yeast transformations, matings, Next-Generation Sequencing, and cell sorting/analysis to support production of yeast libraries and interrogation of protein-protein interactions. As a teammate, you’ll work collaboratively to execute tasks in multiple workflows. The ideal candidate will have strong organizational skills, impeccable attention to detail, and an interest in executing screening assays at scale.

Qualifications & Experience

Required

• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field with 2+ years of relevant postbaccalaureate laboratory experience in the biotechnology industry; or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Proficiency in standard molecular biology techniques, including DNA extractions, quantitative PCR, Gibson assembly, and fragment analysis.
• Experience with multi-parametric flow cytometry.
• Experience in a high-throughput screening or manufacturing environment.
• Experience working within LIMS/ELN.
• Strong work ethic, good organizational skills, team orientation, and exquisite attention to detail.
• Flexibility in day-to-day schedule and willingness to work outside of standard hours when necessary, including weekends.  

Preferred

• Operator experience in a regulated environment (e.g., CLIA, cGXP).
• Hands-on experience with Illumina, ONT, and/or PacBio next-generation sequencing platforms.
• Experience with cell sorting.
• Experience using yeast as a model organism.
• Experience with Benchling platform.
• Experience using Lab Automation. 

The Manager of Transaction Management oversees all real estate transactions for House Buyers of America, managing both acquisition and disposition deals from contract through closing. This is a hands-on, player/coach role responsible for leading the transaction team while managing a personal pipeline in a fast-paced, high-volume environment. This role requires strong ownership, assertiveness, and the ability to solve complex transaction problems. The ideal candidate thrives under pressure, holds others accountable, and is willing to do what it takes to get deals closed.

What you will do

• Manage acquisition and disposition transactions from contract ratification through settlement
• Supervise, train, and performance-manage Transaction Coordinators / Settlement Processors
• Establish, track, and manage KPIs for all team members
• Hire, supervise, train and mentor Transaction Coordinators
• Develop and update all policies and procedures, including creating video and written training documents
• Ensure all policies and procedures are being followed
• Personally manage a portfolio of transactions while reviewing teamwork for accuracy and timelines
• Review contracts, addenda, and HUD / Closing Disclosure statements for accuracy
• Request loans for new acquisitions and coordinate with lenders
• Manage construction loan draw requests in partnership with the Construction team
• Oversee all property listings, including procuring professional photography and virtual staging
• Ensure high quality, accuracy, and completeness of all listings across MLS and other platforms
• Ensure the company CRM is updated consistently and accurately for all transactions
• Serve as the escalation point for transaction issues; push back and escalate with title companies, lenders, or other parties when needed to get results
• Solve complex transaction problems involving title defects, surveys, utilities, seller challenges, or other complications
• Coordinate closely with Sales and Construction teams to ensure smooth handoffs and timely closings
• Assist with market expansion efforts, including sourcing and managing title company relationships and 3rd party brokers
• Maintain a high level of customer service for buyers, sellers, and partners
• Assist with hiring and managing 3rd party property managers to manage our rental portfolio
• Thrive in a fast-paced environment; availability may include evenings and weekends as needed

• 2+ years of people management experience in settlement, title, or transaction management
• 5+ years of real estate transaction experience
• Proven experience managing high-volume acquisitions and dispositions
• Highly assertive and comfortable holding internal teams and external partners accountable

• Ability to independently resolve complex real estate transaction issues
• You love people and are obsessed with making customers happy
• Bachelor’s degree required

Total Compensation Range: $80,000-$130,00/ year inclusive of base plus bonus
