SUMMARY:
Assists Human Resources Manager with various Human Resources administrative functions and performs administrative duties related to the operations of the branch or office.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

About The Team:
The Data Platform team powers LINQ’s internal intelligence and business operations; connecting the dots between go-to-market systems, financial processes, and product analytics. The team spans two distinct but closely integrated functions: Business Systems and Data Engineering. Together, these functions are central to how LINQ drives decisions, measures outcomes, and scales operations across the organization. This team partners closely with Revenue, Finance, Product, and Engineering to ensure that data flows cleanly from source to insight.
About The Role:
We are seeking a Senior Director of Data Platform to lead and unify LINQ’s Business Systems and Data Engineering functions. This is a strategic, hands-on leadership role responsible for the people, tools, and infrastructure that power our data-driven operations. You will manage our CRM ecosystem and revenue operations tooling alongside our data and BI stack. This role operates at the intersection of technology and business strategy, requiring equal parts technical credibility and executive communication.

The base salary range and on-target earnings (OTE) for this role are displayed below. Typically, the total compensation will fall within the middle of the OTE band.
Our compensation decisions are based on an individual's experience, skills and education in line with our internal pay equity practices.
Final compensation will depend on your performance against quotas outlined in your Individual Sales Plan (ISP) upon hire.
