WHAT YOU’LL DO
As a Technical Support Specialist, you will be a vital member of our Global Customer Support organization - serving as a trusted product expert, primary point of contact for inbound questions and owner of complex technical cases. You’ll diagnose and fix issues, answer product questions, and guide best practices, ensuring fast, accurate help and a great customer experience.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Owning customer inquiries end-to-end (how-to questions, technical break-fix issues, integration/configuration help, and best practice guidance), providing timely, insightful, and technically sound resolutions and suggestions
- Becoming a trusted product expert - mastering the dashboard, integrations, troubleshooting steps, and best practices
- Driving increased product adoption by enabling customers to effectively utilize the platform and achieve their desired outcomes
- Collaborating effectively with your own team members, Customer Success, Account Managers, Product and Engineering, and other cross-functional teams to deliver seamless customer experiences
- Proactively identifying opportunities to enhance customer satisfaction and drive product adoption
- Contributing to process improvements and internal enablement while actively documenting and sharing knowledge to elevate teammates and customers

- Hands-on experience with HTML, CSS, APIs, and/or SQ

We are now officially looking for our Data Engineers in Sao Paulo to join our international teams! This role will contribute in designing and developing our platform to fulfil the business needs and to also improve our systems. Within this capacity you will have the chance to design new data pipelines, maintain platforms hosted on data streams for batch-loading and real-time visualisations.
Who are we looking for?
- Maintaining and evolving our existing data plataform.
- Follow and mentor engineers on data modelling following standards e.g. Inmon, Kimball, Data Vault.
- Ensuring data quality by verifying data consistency and accuracy.
- Keeping up to date on research and development of new technologies and techniques.
- Be able to troubleshoot and solving problems and incidents.
- Full ownership on projects and tasks assigned together with being able to work within a Team.
- Able to document well processes and perform knowledge sharing sessions.
Some Key Requirements of what we would be looking for:
- Knowledge on AWS Services like S3/Lambda/Glue/DMS/RDS;
- Experience with Snowflake or Redshift as a modern cloud database technology;

WHAT YOU’LL DO
We are looking for a Senior Software Engineer to join our Cloud Data Ingestion & Transformation (CDIT) team. This team is vital to Braze's growth, owning multiple systems that enable customers to quickly and successfully integrate their data with our platform. CDIT focuses on two main product areas. The primary one is Braze’s Cloud Data Ingestion, which allows customers to seamlessly leverage the data in their cloud warehouse in Braze. Our system processes trillions of data points annually and integrates with an ever-growing variety of Braze features. We also own Data Transformation, a platform for customizing the flow of data from external sources into Braze. By increasing the comprehensiveness and ease of use of these systems, the engineer who joins us will have a direct and meaningful impact on our customers' success and the company's growth.
WHO YOU ARE
- 6+ years of full-stack development experience, with a strong focus on building scalable web applications. While our primary focus is on the back-end, we own our features end-to-end and regularly deliver front-end experiences
- Experienced technical leader with a track record of driving architectural decisions and contributing to technical strategy
- Strong understanding of design, data structures, and algorithms
- A self-starter with great communication and organizational skills who has worked in an agile team environment before
- Willingness to learn the technologies required to deliver what customers need
- Bonus points:
- Professional experience building software at scale, handling high volumes of data and traffic
- Experienced building automated data pipeline, asynchronous processing, or ETL applications using tools like Kafka, Airflow, Sidekiq, SQS, and RabbitMQ
- Professional experience with Ruby on Rails, Python/Django, React, Snowflake, microservice architecture, and distributed systems
- Familiarity with modern data warehousing, BI, and analytics
- Experience with agile processes
- A passion for incrementally delivering high-quality software which delights customers

O(a) profissional ideal terá experiência em ambientes de Big Data, conhecimento em ferramentas como Snowflake e Hadoop, e facilidade em interagir com áreas técnicas e de negócio.

Levantar, mapear e analisar requisitos de negócio voltados a dados e analytics;

Traduzir necessidades das áreas de negócio em histórias de usuário e requisitos técnicos claros;

Trabalhar em parceria com times de engenharia de dados, ciência de dados e produto;

Realizar análises exploratórias de dados e gerar insights acionáveis;

Documentar processos, fluxos de dados e regras de negócio;

Apoiar o desenho de soluções de dados com foco em escalabilidade e performance;

Garantir a qualidade e integridade das entregas de dados (requisitos, relatórios, dashboards, etc.).
Requisitos:

Experiência prévia como Business Analyst ou Product Analyst em projetos de dados;

Familiaridade com ambientes de Data Warehouse e Data Lake;

Conhecimento em ferramentas como Snowflake, Hadoop, Hive, Spark, etc.;

Experiência com análise de dados utilizando SQL avançado;
