Overview

We are seeking a Manager, Program Management to lead and develop a globally distributed team of Program and Project Managers within PagerDuty's Professional Services organization. This role is primarily a people leadership position, responsible for building team capability, driving delivery consistency, and enabling measurable customer outcomes at scale. The Manager, Program Management partners closely with Professional Services leadership, Customer Success, Sales, and cross-functional operations teams to ensure the PM team is well-equipped, effectively deployed, and delivering high-quality outcomes across the customer lifecycle.

Job Responsibilities

People Leadership & Team Development

• Directly manage a team of Program Managers and Project Managers across multiple geographies, including Chile, the US, Canada, and dotted-line partnerships in EMEA and APAC.
• Drive team performance through clear goal-setting, regular coaching, structured feedback, and meaningful career development conversations.
• Lead hiring, onboarding, and talent development efforts to build a high-performing, cohesive team across a distributed environment.
• Foster a team culture that values accountability, continuous improvement, and customer-centricity.
• Identify skills gaps and create development plans or training pathways to close them.

Delivery Oversight & Operational Excellence

• Maintain visibility across the team's active programs, identifying patterns in risk, resource strain, or delivery quality that require intervention.

• Support capacity planning and workload balancing to ensure sustainable utilization across team members.
• Contribute to the development and refinement of team processes, tooling, and reporting to improve delivery efficiency.
• Identify and advance expansion opportunities within active engagements by ensuring customer entitlements are fully utilized and positioning additional services where value has been demonstrated.
• Own the development and continuous improvement of delivery methodologies, frameworks, and best practices that support new service offerings and evolving customer needs.

• Partner with Professional Services leadership to align team priorities, surface delivery risks, and contribute to operating model improvements.
• Collaborate with Customer Success, Sales, and Resource Management to ensure smooth program staffing and handoffs.
• Contribute to team-level planning cycles, including forecasting, headcount planning, and capacity reviews.
• Represent the Program Management team in cross-functional discussions and leadership forums.
• Partner with Sales and Marketing to develop case studies, testimonials, and referenceable accounts from successful Professional Services engagements that enable pre-sales conversations.

Program Delivery & Customer Engagement

• Maintain direct involvement in select customer programs or strategic initiatives, modeling delivery excellence and reinforcing team standards.
• Serve as an active escalation point for at-risk or high-complexity engagements, stepping in to drive resolution alongside the assigned PM.
• Build and maintain relationships with key customer stakeholders, supporting the team in navigating executive-level conversations and program governance.
• Apply hands-on program management expertise to high-visibility or time-sensitive engagements as business needs require.

Qualifications

Requirement Qualifications & Skills

• 5+ years of experience in program management, business operations, or consulting, preferably in Professional Services or a SaaS environment.
• 2+ years of people management experience, with a track record of developing and retaining high-performing teams.
• Experience managing or closely collaborating with geographically distributed teams across multiple time zones.
• Strong organizational and operational skills, including planning, risk management, and delivery governance.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to influence across functions and levels.
• Comfort operating in a fast-paced, evolving environment where priorities can shift and ambiguity is common.
• Ability to work from the PagerDuty Santiago office at least two days per week, with occasional travel for customer or team engagements.
• Authorized to work in Chile.

Preferred Qualifications & Skills

• Experience with Professional Services delivery operations, including forecasting, resource planning, utilization management, and an understanding of revenue recognition as it applies to services delivery.
• Experience developing customer success stories, case studies, or other sales enablement materials from services engagements.
• Demonstrated ability to create or refine delivery methodologies for new service offerings or emerging technologies.
• Previous experience as a Program or Project Manager, or PMP/equivalent certification, is a plus.
• Familiarity with Salesforce, delivery scheduling tools (Precursive, Mavenlink, or equivalent), and analytics platforms (Google Sheets, Excel, Tableau).
• Knowledge of SaaS post-sales motions, customer success practices, and delivery revenue models.
• Experience leading teams through organizational or operational change.

PagerDuty - Senior Forward Deployment Engineering Delivery Consultant (FKA Senior Scaled Delivery | Success on Demand Consultant) 

The Senior PagerDuty - Forward Deployment Engineering Consultant is a pivotal leadership role responsible for overseeing the end-to-end development, deployment, and optimization of PagerDuty's platform and AI-driven solutions for enterprise customers. 

This position requires experience in software development, architecture, and deployment, coupled with a deep technical understanding of AI integration practices and advanced development technologies. 

The successful candidate will guide fast implementation projects, leveraging generative AI and automation to enhance customer outcomes from initial scoping and design through to production deployment and ongoing service enhancement. 

Additionally, they will serve as the principal liaison between customers and internal teams, including Support, Success, Engineering, Professional Services, and Education, as well as between customers and PagerDuty’s Product & Development teams, ensuring that technical strategies align with business objectives. 

This role also involves mentoring junior consultants, leading technical workshops on AI-powered solutions, and representing PagerDuty in external forums to advance modern development and deployment practices. 

Responsibilities: 

• As a Senior Forward Deployment Engineering Delivery Consultant, you will be responsible for collaborating with PagerDuty customers on the successful design, development, and implementation of solutions across the PagerDuty Operations Cloud. 
• Collaborate with large-scale enterprises to perform comprehensive scoping assessments, ensuring that the specific technical and business requirements for platform deployment and AI solutions are thoroughly defined and aligned with organizational objectives. 
• Lead end-to-end deployment projects by planning, coordinating, and executing the integration of PagerDuty solutions, leveraging advanced development techniques to ensure seamless transitions and minimal disruption to ongoing business operations.

Responsibilities - Deployment

• Work with our co-location partners to design appropriate cage, rack and server layouts and to ensure the ongoing provision of space, power and cooling in support of existing and forecasted solutions.

• Lead and/or participate in the provisioning and deployment of server, network and other hosting-related equipment, including hands-on build and configuration as/when required

• Perform hardware qualification testing on new hardware platforms and certify them for production deployments.

• Assist with the troubleshooting of integration issues.

Responsibilities – Operations

• Hands-on administration and maintenance of hosted solutions and related infrastructure (firewalls, switches, servers (IBM P series, Dell PowerFlex, Dell PowerEdge, etc.) including pro-active identification and fixing of potential incidents, backup management, etc.
• Participate in the definition, documentation, operation and continuous improvement of operational processes e.g. ITIL-based processes such as incident, change, problem and configuration management, and the smooth integration of these with wider company processes and systems.
• Define, implement, monitor and report on metrics that are required for the delivery of highly-available hosted services, as well as to meet the needs of the wider organization e.g. management, engineering, customer services and our customers.
• Provide technical support for all areas of hosted services, including participation on a 24x7 on-call rota; ensure the timely resolution of incidents and/or problems affecting hosted solutions and deploy approved changes and/or updates as required.
• Further enhance the automation of hosting-related processes e.g. deployment of changes, deployment of new services, inventory management, security scanning, service level reporting, etc.

Experience & Qualifications

• English level : at  least B2, C1 preferred, capable of sustaining a conversation with team members form North America and Europe
• Strong hands-on experience with server hosting (e.g. data center) infrastructure
• Hands-on storage/SAN deployment and (ideally) management experience with IBM Flashsystem, Dell Powerstore.
• Hands-on AWS and/or GCP experience. Certifications in any of these hyperscalers are a plus.
• Hands-on Networking/Firewall solutions, preferably Cisco (Routing, ASA, FTD). Knowledge of Load Balancing/DNS Global Load Balancing solutions.
• Hands-on VMware deployment and management experience with VMware 8.x.  Hands-on experience with Nutanix (desirable).
• Hands-on Linux deployment and management experience with RHEL 8.x and above.
• Experience with Veritas (NetBackup, Backup Exec) and Veeam, configuration and operation.
• Hands-on Windows domain and AD management experience
• Knowledge of service monitoring and alerting (Nagios, CheckMK preferred)

ABOUT THE ROLE

Build out  a cloud‑native team that owns the entire software delivery life cycle on Amazon Web Services. You will combine deep Kubernetes expertise with Python and shell scripting to automate, monitor, and continuously improve the Linqia platform while driving FinOps practices to keep our cloud footprint efficient. Work in a GitOps culture where every change is delivered through pull requests and rolled out by automated pipelines.

WHAT YOU WILL DO

• Design, maintain, and evolve our AWS account structure, VPC networking, IAM policies, security boundaries, and cost‑management controls using Terraform and the AWS console
• Maintain secure networking layers with AWS load balancers, ingress controllers, service‑mesh policies, network policies, and zero‑trust principles
• Operate and harden production‑grade Kubernetes clusters on AWS EKS, including upgrades, service mesh, policy management, and multi‑cluster architectures driven by Argo CD
• Build reusable infrastructure‑as‑code modules with Terraform that provision cloud resources in minutes while enforcing tagging standards and least‑privilege access
• Create self‑service CI/CD pipelines in Jenkins and GitHub Actions for fast, safe releases with automated testing and promotion across environments
• Deliver real‑time observability with Datadog, Prometheus, Grafana, CloudWatch, and OpenTelemetry, and use these tools to assist in solving production bugs and issues
• Administer and maintain purpose-built Linux VMs via configuration management tools like Puppet, Ansible, or Chef
• Deploy, scale, and maintain databases on AWS (Aurora, PostgreSQL, MySQL, OpenSearch, etc.), maintaining high database performance/uptime, optimizing tables and datasets, and ensuring disaster recovery protocols are in place.  
• Support developers by maintaining Podman‑based local dev boxes and Kubernetes staging environments that mirror production, ensuring smooth hand‑off from local code to cloud‑native deployments
• Implement FinOps practices: track and forecast AWS spend, enforce cost‑allocation tagging, identify rightsizing opportunities, manage Savings Plans or Reserved Instances, and build cost‑optimisation dashboards for engineering and finance stakeholders
• Write automation utilities and command‑line tools in Python and craft shell scripts that glue components and workflows together
• Champion reliability through incident reviews, capacity planning, game days, chaos testing, and service‑level objective tracking
• Collaborate in Agile rituals, plan sprints, refine backlog tickets, and pair with peers to spread DevOps and FinOps best practices

WHAT YOU BRING

• Bachelor degree in Computer Science or equivalent practical experience
• three plus years working with cloud infrastructure or platform engineering focused on AWS
• Deep hands‑on experience with Kubernetes, preferably EKS, covering upgrades, networking, storage, RBAC, and custom resources
• Proficiency in Python and Bash or Zsh scripting
• Strong understanding of core AWS services EC2, VPC, IAM, ALB, S3, RDS, CloudFormation, and CloudWatch
• Demonstrated experience applying FinOps principles: cost monitoring, forecasting, and optimisation on AWS
• Solid experience with Docker and container runtimes, with emphasis on Podman for local development environments
• Hands‑on practice with configuration‑management tools such as Ansible or Puppet and infrastructure‑as‑code with Terraform
• Proven use of Datadog for metrics, logs, and APM, plus familiarity with Prometheus and Grafana dashboards

As a Sales Manager at Similarweb, you will be responsible for driving the sales strategy and closing new business in the LATAM market. Build out  a cloud‑native team that owns the entire software delivery life cycle on Amazon Web Services. You will combine deep Kubernetes expertise with Python and shell scripting to automate, monitor, and continuously improve the Linqia platform while driving FinOps practices to keep our cloud footprint efficient. Based from our Huechuraba office, pre-sales engineers provide guidance in the use of InterSystems' products as they best suit the requirements of our customer and their market. You will partner with our Country Sales Manager on product and business strategies to apply existing and new products to customers' database and application needs. We are seeking a Driven and Results-Oriented Retention Strategist to join our team.

The Retention Strategist at Common Thread Collective (CTC) plays a critical leadership role in guiding our clients toward sustainable and scalable growth. This position is all about owning ensuring revenue is delivered predictably for the business through retention marketing efforts —using data-backed insights to build forecasts, shape strategic direction, and ensure consistent performance delivery. At CTC, your expertise is invaluable, covering the elements of CTC's strategic forecasting methods and the foundational principles of retention marketing.

Your role isn't limited to email strategy—you're a key partner to our clients on Customer Retention. You proactively communicate the rationale behind our approach and connect the dots between forecasts and the emails/sms/direct mail etc that are sent out. That level of clarity builds confidence and deepens trust, ensuring our clients feel supported and understood every step of the way.

Minimum Experience Requirement  

• At least 2 years of hands-on experience in email and SMS marketing, with proven execution across campaigns, automations, segmentation, and optimization.

JOB SCOPE

• Oversee the profitable growth of retention channels, including but not limited to email, sms, direct mail, popups and push notifications. Where required, you may work within subscription, membership, loyalty programs and more.
• Write briefs and ensure the rest of the team is able to execute on it
• Complete reports with a high degree of accuracy, checking against multiple data points
• Analyse metrics and KPIs to measure the effectiveness of retention efforts, providing insights and recommendations for improvements, with Statlas and the Growth Map as your guide.
• Collaborate with design, content and any other relevant teams to create compelling and engaging email content, ensuring brand consistency and messaging alignment.
• Ensure the timely delivery of relevant deliverables (emails, sms etc), which includes effective internal project management and management of clients and their teams.
• Stay updated with industry trends, new features, and best practices in retention marketing to continuously optimize performance.
• This is a client-facing role. So you must be able to consult clients and solve business problems, far beyond the email platform.

SALARY RANGE

• First 30 days – $1.5K (Part-time transition phase)

  Days 31–60 – $3K (Full-time start)

  • Transition to full-time

  Days 61–90 – $4–5K + performance bonuses
