About The Team
At Archer’s Production Realization Lab, we build the electromechanical infrastructure that makes flight possible. We bring everything from megawatt-scale dynamometers and complex electrical test stands to bespoke mechanical equipment from concept to reality.
We are seeking a Prototype Build Technician to support the Test Equipment Design and Build team. In this role, you will be responsible for building, troubleshooting, and maintaining the custom machinery that powers our development, validation, and certification efforts. The ideal candidate is a versatile technician who thrives on building from drawings, solving problems on the fly, and collaborating with engineers in a fast-paced environment to push the boundaries of aviation.
What You’ll Do:
- Execute End-to-End Builds: Assemble complex electromechanical systems, ranging from precision mechanical assemblies to high-power electrical enclosures, using engineering drawings and schematics.
- Bridge Design & Reality: Collaborate directly with engineers to identify "as-built" challenges, providing real-time feedback and suggesting design or process improvements to streamline production.
- Drive Prototype Development: Support critical R&D activities, including proof-of-concept builds and the validation of new assembly processes for cutting-edge flight hardware.
- Precision Electrical Fabrication: Build and integrate high-quality wire harnesses and electrical subsystems based on detailed technical documentation.
- Maintain Lab Excellence: Ensure a world-class workspace by performing routine equipment maintenance and collaborating with the team to uphold safety and organizational standards.
- Manage Resources: Proactively identify, order, and procure the specialized tools, hardware, and materials necessary to keep build schedules on track.
- Standardize & Mentor: Author and update assembly procedures to document best practices, and provide hands-on training to fellow technicians and engineers during complex validations.
What You Need:
- Education: Associate’s Degree or equivalent hands-on experience in automotive, mechanical, or electronics engineering, with a proven track record of building from complex engineering documentation.
- Multidisciplinary Expertise: Proficient in mechanical systems, pneumatics, and hydraulics, with a deep understanding of how to troubleshoot and refine integrated electro-mechanical equipment.
- Precision Electrical Skills: Mastery of soldering, electronics fabrication, and wire harness assembly, backed by a working knowledge of NFPA and IEC wiring standards.
- High-Voltage & Safety Literacy: Experience working safely with high-voltage systems and a solid command of OSHA machine safety standards and 5S workplace organization.
- Precision Measurement & CAD: Skilled in using inspection tools (calipers, micrometers, etc.) and comfortable navigating CAD software (NX, CATIA, or SolidWorks) to interpret designs.
- Operational Excellence: High standards for workmanship and quality, with the written communication skills to document processes clearly via Google Workspace.
- Physical Readiness: Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to perform physically demanding tasks, including lifting up to 50 lbs in a fast-paced shop environment.
Bonus Qualifications:
- Advanced Fabrication: Proficiency in MIG and/or TIG welding and manual machining (mill and lathe) to modify or create parts on the fly.
- Specialized Environment: Prior experience navigating the unique demands of R&D, prototype, or lab-based environments where requirements evolve rapidly.
- Automation & Testing: Familiarity with custom-built test equipment or automated systems, including a baseline understanding of how hardware integrates with software controls.

As an Executive IT Support Technician, you will be the dedicated technical resource for Archer’s leadership team. You will provide rapid-response, "white-glove" IT support, ensuring that our Executives have seamless access to the technology they need to lead the company. This role requires a unique mix of high-level technical troubleshooting, extreme discretion, and a service-first mindset.
What You Will Do
- Executive Concierge Support: Act as the primary point of contact for all Executive technical needs, providing immediate onsite and remote troubleshooting for laptops, mobile devices, and home office setups.
- A/V & Meeting Support: Ensure all Executive-led meetings and board presentations run flawlessly by managing and proactive testing of A/V systems and conference room technology.
- Device Management: Execute the deployment, imaging, and maintenance of all Executive hardware, ensuring devices are always up-to-date, secure, and performing optimally.
- User Lifecycle: Manage the seamless onboarding and off boarding of Executive staff, including identity management, hardware provisioning, and personalized 1-on-1 training.

What You Need

As part of the mission at Archer, we’re scaling production of our cutting-edge Electric Propulsion System (EPS)—the heart of our eVTOL aircraft. EPS comprises the Electric Motor and Propeller assemblies. As an EPS Manufacturing Technician, you will play a hands-on role in building stators for our electric engines supporting the aircraft. This position operates in a predominantly manual production environment where strict adherence to work instructions, precision, and attention to detail are critical to success. We're building this line from the ground up, and we want technicians who are curious, ask good questions, and grow with us.
What You’ll Do:
- Assemble stators and support electric engine subassemblies — including winding, insulation, impregnation, and mechanical assembly — using manual, semi-automated, and automated equipment
- Partner closely with Manufacturing and Design Engineering teams to support equipment bring-up, process development, validation activities, and basic fixture or tooling builds
- Troubleshoot and resolve equipment and process issues across stator builds and testing, contributing to continuous improvement efforts
- Conduct in-process and final inspections using basic metrology tools (calipers, micrometers, depth gauges, measurement microscopes, etc.)
- Accurately document build issues, process deviations, inspection results, and manufacturing parameters in real time
- Perform routine preventative maintenance on production and lab equipment
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment in accordance with 5S and safety protocols
What You Need:
- 3+ years of hands-on manufacturing or production experience assembling mechanical and/or electronic components — aerospace, EV, or precision manufacturing backgrounds are a plus
- Demonstrated ability to follow formal work instructions and accurately document deviations, build records, or process data (experience with Excel or similar tools required)
- High standards for workmanship, part handling, and quality — you take care of the hardware and you notice when something isn't right
- Experience using measurement and inspection equipment (calipers, micrometers, height gauges, etc.)
- Ability to read and interpret mechanical and electrical drawings and basic drafting standards
- Familiarity with manufacturing safety protocols (LOTO, arc flash, ESD, etc.) and 5S workplace organization
- A collaborative, coachable approach — you ask questions when you're unsure, communicate clearly, and are energized by learning on a new production line

- IPC certification or working knowledge of IPC standards

The Facilities Technician will be responsible for maintaining, troubleshooting, and repairing the facility's systems and equipment to ensure safe, efficient, and continuous operations. The ideal candidate will have strong experience in HVAC systems, electrical, plumbing, and general building operations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Maintenance & Repairs:
- Perform routine inspections, maintenance, and repairs on building systems such as HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and fire safety systems.
- Troubleshoot and resolve facility-related issues to ensure the building's operational efficiency.
- Respond to and address emergency repair requests promptly, prioritizing safety and minimizing downtime.

As a member of our Maintenance Engineering team you will report to the Manager of Maintenance Engineering, and will help develop the Technical Publications and its processes in support of certification efforts for Archer Aircraft.
What you’ll do
- Interfacing with Design Engineering and Technical Writers, as part of the Maintenance Engineering team, you will be responsible for authoring, reviewing and validating maintenance procedures for the Archer Midnight aircraft.
- Execute on project deliverables for the delivery of all Maintenance Manuals to Archer’s customers;
- Support the inception of aircraft into new customers fleet as it relates to Maintenance Manuals deliverables, and supporting activities.
- Supporting Archer customers as it relates to Maintenance activities at customer sites if required;
- Provide technical expertise to guide Archer’s Technical Publications process enhancements;
- Participate in creating the processes which will allow maintenance data gathering of scheduled and unscheduled maintenance findings to optimize the aircraft maintenance throughout its lifecycle;
- Be part of the implementation of the Technical Publications processes (development and sustainment);
- Contribute to improving internal processes and tools, ensuring adherence to certifying authorities requirements and the safety and reliability of the product;
- Support the ICA approval process with certification and validation authorities;

JOB SUMMARY
We are seeking a Mechanical Technician to support spacecraft assembly, integration, and test activities across structural, mechanical, and avionics hardware for Momentus satellite platforms and in-space transportation systems.
This role supports both mechanical and electro-mechanical (avionics-adjacent) work, including hardware integration, harness routing, equipment installation, and system-level testing. The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced, hands-on environment and enjoys working on complex, high-reliability aerospace systems.
Key Responsibilities:
Assembly & Integration (Mechanical + Avionics Support)
- Assemble and integrate spacecraft hardware including:
- Structural components, mechanisms, brackets, panels, and deployables
- Avionics enclosures, electronic boxes, sensors, and mounting hardware
- Harnesses, connectors, coax cables, and cable management systems
- Perform precision mechanical assembly using hand tools, torque tools, fixtures, and specialized equipment
- Assembly, manufacture, test, and rework non-flight and spacecraft harness to specifications, schematics and work instructions by cutting, stripping, crimping, and soldering while also being able to hi-pot and electrically test validity of harness.
- Support harness installation, routing, lacing/tying, connector mating, and basic electrical/mechanical interface work
- Perform precision tube/line fabrication and installation where required (e.g., fluid or thermal systems)
- Precision drilling, heli-coil install, and tap/die capabilities per specifications and assembly drawings.
- Execute spacecraft lifting, handling, and integration operations using cranes, lifts, and handling fixtures
Test & Validation
- Support spacecraft and subsystem testing, including:
- Functional testing (power, telemetry, command, RF, mechanical actuation systems)
- Environmental testing (thermal vacuum, vibration, shock, burn-in)
- Pressure and leak testing where applicable
- Set up, operate, and monitor test equipment (DAQ systems, pressure systems, multimeters, oscilloscopes, vacuum systems)
- Assist with instrumentation, sensor installation, and test configuration setup
Troubleshooting & Rework
- Diagnose and resolve mechanical, electro-mechanical, and system-level issues during assembly and test
- Perform rework, repair, and modification of hardware per approved procedures
- Collaborate with engineering and quality teams to identify root cause and implement corrective actions
Manufacturing & Process Support
- Support development and improvement of build processes, tooling, and fixtures
- Build and modify basic fixtures, test aids, and ground support equipment (GSE)

- Participate in continuous improvement and production ramp activities
Inspection & Documentation
- Perform in-process and final inspections using metrology tools (calipers, micrometers, gauges)

Safety & Operations
- Operate in cleanroom and high-reliability production environments following FOD and contamination control practices

About The Role
Antora Energy is seeking a Materials R&D Lab Technician to join our materials development team at our headquarters near San Jose, CA. Responsibilities:
- Perform routine maintenance and inspections of the humanoid robot fleet
- Proficient in troubleshooting mechanical, electrical and software-based issues
- Work closely with engineering, build, validation and fabrication teams to resolve issues quickly
- Maintain detailed and accurate records of all maintenance and repairs
- Develop tools and document diagnostic procedures for process improvement
- Occasional travel to customer or development partner sites
- Ability to follow assembly documentation
- Ability to work under short timelines when needed
Requirements:
- 3+ years experience working with complex systems
- Familiarity with computer based tools such as but not limited to CMD prompt, Google Suite, in house development GUI’s
- Familiarity with electrical hardware based diagnostic tools such as but not limited to Scope, Digital MultiMeter, Current Probes
- Familiarity with torque tools and mechanical assembly
- Ability to read PCB and Harness schematics
- Full system architecture diagnostic experience and organized diagnostic processes
- Ability to remove and replace mechanical components up to 50lbs

We are looking for a HW Reliability Technician to build test setups and execute reliability tests in humanoid robot development from prototype through production.
Responsibilities:
- Set up and perform reliability tests at component, module and final product levels.
- Build and assemble fixtures and functional check stations for reliability tests.
- Analyze test data to evaluate product performance against technical requirements/specifications.
- Maintain and debug test equipment to ensure equipment uptime.
- Assist failure analysis actions such as visual inspection, function check, teardown analysis, electrical debug, and material analysis.
- Coordinate with external testing and FA partners for outsourced tasks.
- Manage multiple work streams and test equipment in parallel, assist test planning and scheduling, ensure timely completion of tests, and report out test results.
- Document reliability test procedure, test observation, analyze test data, report to reliability engineers and crossfunctional teams.
Requirements:
- Minimum 2 year hands-on experience in hardware reliability testing.
- Strong experience with operation and maintenance of reliability test equipment, such as ED shakers, temperature humidity chambers, shock/drop towers, IP (ingress protection) testers, salt mist/spray testers, Instron machines.
- Experience with measurement and data aquisition equipment, such as accelerometers, strain gauges, thermocouples, digital multimeters, source meters, oscilloscopes.
- Ability to build and dis-assemble test setups, mechanical assemblies with little to no documentation or engineering support, familiar with torque tools.
- Ability to use basic hand tools and perform electrical hardware tasks including wiring, soldering, and assembling custom harnesses.
- Ability to interpret engineering drawings, CAD models, PCBA and harness schematics to set up tests and diagnose issues.
- Ability to read test code, interpret and diagnose test results.
- Familiarity with computer based tools such as but not limited to CMD prompt, Google Suite, Confluence, Jira, and in house development GUI’s.
- Ability to manage multiple test flows and equipment in parallel with attention to details.

We are looking for a Facilities Lab Technician, who will be responsible for the continuous operation, maintenance, and safety of our laboratory environments. This role ensures that all lab utilities, equipment, and safety systems function within specified parameters to support uninterrupted Robot research. You will act as the bridge between general building maintenance and specialized laboratory requirements.
Key Responsibilities
Technical Operations & Maintenance
- Perform routine preventative maintenance on lab equipment
- Monitor and maintain critical utilities , compressed air, Chilled water, and specialty gas
manifolds. (Argon/Nitrogen) - Oversee HVAC performance, ensuring proper air change rates, pressure differentials,
and temperature/humidity control. - Coordinate with external vendors for specialized equipment calibrations and repairs.
Safety & Compliance
- Serve as a point of contact for Environmental Health and Safety (EHS) protocols.
- Manage the inventory, labeling, and removal of hazardous, chemical, and
biohazardous waste - Conduct weekly inspections of emergency stations (eyewash, safety showers) and
chemical storage areas. - Maintain meticulous documentation and logs to ensure audit readiness (FDA, ISO, or
OSHA standards).
Lab Logistics
- Manage the layout and installation of new lab equipment, ensuring proper power and
utility hookups. - Maintain an inventory of spare parts and consumables for facility-related hardware.
Qualifications & Skills
- Education: Associate’s degree in a technical field (Electronics, Mechanical Systems) or
a Life Science degree with strong mechanical aptitude. - Experience: 2–5 years in a laboratory, clinical, or highly regulated manufacturing
environment. - Technical Proficiency:
○Familiarity with GLP/GMP (Good Laboratory/Manufacturing Practices).
○Ability to read blueprints, P&IDs (Piping and Instrumentation Diagrams), and
electrical schematics.
○Experience using CMMS software (e.g., Blue Mountain, Maintenance

Responsibilities:
- Provide technician-level support for all manufacturing equipment, including but not limited to adhesive dispense systems, 3-axis robot gantries, laser cleaners, laser welders, wirebonders, vision systems, torque tools, custom fixtures, and tooling
- Serve as the first point of contact to troubleshoot issues that arise during production
- Develop and own a full maintenance program, including setting preventative maintenance schedules, ensuring a proper supply of spare parts, and writing standard operating procedures for maintenance
- Write standard operating procedures/work instructions for operation of equipment
- Operate equipment during initial process validation builds
- Train operators and associates on operation of equipment in steady state production
- Support engineering teams with line setup and process validation (e.g., gauge R&R testing, process window qualification, NPI validation builds)
- Support engineering teams on failure root cause investigations
- Support cycle time studies
- Take ownership of implementing equipment/process improvements to improve safety, quality, and throughput
Requirements:
- Experience with high tech manufacturing tools and automation

- Familiarity with basic tools and facilities equipment such as drills, soldering irons, wire crimping, and compressed air fittings
