About The Team
Noah Medical is recruiting for a Product Support Engineer to facilitate operational and service engineering support of Noah medical products and digital platforms. The Product Support Engineer serves as a primary liaison between Noah’s internal technical groups (Engineering, Quality, Manufacturing) and the various internal and external departments supporting Service (Field and Customer Service, Clinical Sales, and Marketing).
The role should expect to travel within the United States up to 25% of the time. This travel may include customer visits, managing escalations, team meetings, attending conferences, or other activities to support the business.
A Day In the Life of a Product Support Engineer
- Provide real-time troubleshooting support for escalations from internal customers (Field Service, Sales & Marketing)
- Serve as a primary technical liaison between Noah Medical and commercial partners, distributors, and key customer accounts, building strong relationships and driving customer satisfaction and retention
- Apply strong problem solving skills to complex product and process challenges; lead and collaborate cross-functionally including with commercial teams and distribution partners to drive resolutions that minimize customer impact
- Drive complex failure investigations, data collection and analysis, and collaborate closely with the engineering team to identify product design, service, and quality improvement opportunities.
- Develop & maintain service procedures, service bulletins, risk assessment documents, training materials, knowledge base articles.
- Develop validation protocols and reports for internal service processes
- Develop, manage, and drive continuous improvement in field tooling (hardware, software, and infrastructure tools)
- Provide technical support for Quality and Post-Market activities including CAPAs, field actions, and complaint investigations, ensuring commercial impact is assessed and communicated
- Ensure customer feedback is documented, analyzed, and used to drive improvements in service delivery.
About You
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Electrical, Electronics, Mechanical, or Fluidics), and/or at least 3 years of relevant experience.
- Relevant clinical or bronchoscopy engineering experience including, but not limited to, understanding of basic pulmonary anatomy and physiology
- Relevant Experience with system/electrical troubleshooting, detail-oriented and willing to find the root causes of issues with good engineering practice
- Excellent oral (including group presentations) and written communication skills, as well as solid organizational and time management abilities
- Self-motivated and proactive, with a passion for quality and continuous improvement
- Live in the assigned geography
- Willing to travel and be hands-on in the field to service the product whenever necessary.
- Must be fiscally responsible, able to make own travel arrangements, and turn in expense reports on a weekly basis.
- Excellent computer and technology skills with regards to software applications, (Excel, Word, Outlook, Power Point) ERP databases, and technology innovation.
- Must have a valid driver’s license.

About The Team
Noah Medical is recruiting for a Manager, Technical Service to lead the Field Service and Service Operations team. This individual is responsible for overseeing equipment installations, ongoing preventative maintenance, and technical support for Noah products to minimum downtime and maximize customer satisfaction. This customer oriented, hands-on leader will ensure first-class support to the customer base while effectively managing a team of US based Field Service Engineers and Service Operations staff.
The candidate will interface collaboratively with our Sales & Clinical Teams, Manufacturing, Engineering, Quality, and be one of the key faces to Noah customers. In addition, this team will provide support to Marketing or Sales for seminars, trade shows, and other demonstrations as necessary. This leader will supply feedback to R&D regarding system performance, serviceability improvements as well as customer feedback.
The role should expect to travel within the United States up to 50% of the time. This travel may include customer visits, managing escalations, team meetings, attending conferences or other activities to support the business.
A Day In The Life Of Our Manager, Technical Service
- Oversee work for the Service and Support teams ensuring outstanding customer service to our customers both external and internal.
- Support development and performance of team members.
- Establish metrics and generate reports to monitor teams’ performance and service levels to our customer through the development of Key performance indicators (KPI’s)
- Responsible for recruiting and hiring to support business needs.
- Assures optimum equipment uptime for customers by quickly responding to customer reported problems and managing their expectations via phone, email or onsite visits.
- Champion a strong customer-facing culture in the field – professionalism at the site, effective communication with clinical staff, and proactive follow-up after service events.
- Provides feedback for design and process changes to assure customer satisfaction.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to interact with customers at all levels.

About You
- Service Manager Experience with medical device company experience is a plus.
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Electrical, Electronics, Mechanical, or Fluidics) strongly preferred or an AS and equivalent experience.
- 4+ years Field Service experience preferable in the Medical Equipment Industry.
- 6+ years Field Service / Medical Industry Experience without Bachelor’s/AS Degree.
- Demonstrated knowledge of Field Service documentation platforms (Salesforce Field Service, Service Cloud, Service Now) including workflow design, case and work order management, dispatch / scheduling, and reporting to drive Field Service efficiency.
- Experience defining and using service KPIs and dashboards to manage performance, prioritize initiatives, and communicate results to leadership.
- Self-starter and independent with the ability to manage/coordinate a staff located remotely.
- Willing to travel and be hands-on in the field to service the product whenever necessary.
- Ability to respond in verbal or written form (email) to inquiries or complaints from customers or co-workers.

About The Team
We are seeking a skilled Test Technician to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for testing and troubleshooting medical robotic systems while adhering to Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP). The successful candidate will have a strong understanding of robotic hardware, sensors, motors, PLC’s, relays, circuit boards, computers, cabling and experience with and testing, excellent troubleshooting skills, and GMP experience.
A Day In The Life Of Our Manufacturing System Technician
- Assemble and/or test medical robotic systems according to established MPI, drawings, and schematics.
- Assemble and/or test medical subassemblies according to established MPI, drawings, and schematics.
- Perform packaging medical subassemblies and systems according to established MPI, and drawings.
- Install and configure hardware components, including robotic arms, sensors, motors, PLC’s, relays, circuit boards and cables.
- Install and configure software components, including programming and testing of robotic movements and functions.
- Perform system testing and work with engineers to troubleshoot issues as they arise.
- Collaborate with other team members to identify and resolve issues.
- Assist with inventory management and point out shortages as needed.
- Maintain accurate records of system configurations, test results, and troubleshooting activities as part of the Device History Records while adhering to GMP.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area as part of the line clearance procedure as lean manufacturing practices.
- Meet all standard cycle time requirements and quality standards.
- Perform other reasonable duties in assembly, rework, or test as required
- Might require to stay overtime as required
- Shift schedule: Monday - Thursday: 5:00AM-3:30PM
About You
- High School Diploma required and a Minimum 3-5 years of medical device test work experience required (or)
- AS Degree in Computer Science and minimum 2 years of testing Medical Device experience (or)
- BS in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, or Industrial Engineering with 1 year of experience medical device test work experience
- English language proficiency required
- Knowledge of working Microsoft office and other PC software
- Knowledge of GMP, Non-Conformance reports, and Line clearance experience required.
- Work with the production manager and engineers to assist root cause analysis for nonconformance.
Experience working in a regulated environment in compliance with ISO 13485 and 21 CFR 820 required.

General Description
The Staff Product Manager will architect the future of our robotic-assisted platforms. You will lead the "upstream" strategy—identifying unmet clinical needs and translating them into a viable business case—while ensuring "downstream" commercial readiness for product launch. This role requires navigating the intersection of hardware, software, AI, and strict regulatory environments to deliver transformative robotic solutions.
Responsibilities
- Staff Product Manager
- Voice of Customer (VoC)
- Conduct user research to develop an intimate understanding of customer needs and product value propositions
- Establish and maintain relationships with physicians, nurses, and healthcare administrators from various market segments within the targeted clinical space.
- Build knowledge of relevant anatomy, disease states, diagnosis, and treatment modalities.
- Remain current with the latest relevant research and technologies in the robotic bronchoscopy space through periodic review of scientific literature, attend key scientific conferences and engage with clinicians.
- Strategic Vision & Roadmap
- Develop compelling business plans, revenue models and executive facing presentations based on procedure reimbursements, projected product COGS, regulatory landscape, and competitive landscape.
- Work closely with the engineering teams to demonstrate technical feasibility of product proposals.
- Gain cross-functional alignment across key executive stakeholders for program chartering.
- Ability to support vision and roadmap with deep analytical analysis including Market sizing, business model creation and market trends.
- Own Product Lifecycle Through Initial Launch
- Set and manage priorities for engineering teams in a fast-paced development process.
- Develop customer requirements and documentation to inform product design
- Develop target product profile, pricing and reimbursement strategy, and go-to-market strategy for new products.
- Execute smooth product rollout process, including US product launch. Work with cross-functional product rollout teams to prepare products for worldwide launch.
Requirements
- 7+ years of experience in a medical devices industry or related management consulting company
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or Science; Master’s in Business Administration preferred
- Strong technical experience and aptitude with fundamental knowledge of robotics, imaging and software solutions
- Ability to effectively communicate concepts, ideas, and knowledge to other individuals and executives.
- Experience working with healthcare providers and knowledge of basic anatomy, clinical terminology, and general surgical techniques.
- Proven track record of successfully gathering customer feedback, generating user requirements, and conducting validation studies on medical devices
- Experience in the regulated medical device environment, including but not limited to document control processes, design control processes, protocol development, and report writing.
- Act as a subject matter expert, coaching more junior product managers on best practices and strategic frameworks.

You spend your time prioritizing the highest-impact opportunities, advancing complex hospital sales cycles, and building momentum across clinical and executive stakeholders.
- On any given week, you’re engaging surgeons, administrators, and economic buyers in person at their workplace to understand their needs, align on value, and move opportunities forward — from early discovery through capital approval and contract execution. You balance near-term execution with longer-term territory strategy, ensuring a healthy pipeline while driving consistent progress on active deals.

- Act as the primary quality liaison to the Service organization.
- Support Design for Reliability (DFR), Design for Manufacturability (DFM), and Design for Serviceability (DFS) initiatives.
- Review hardware and system-related verification and validation strategies for the Service organization and ensure timely execution.
- Co-develop the project process validation strategy and review IQ/OQ/PQ/TMV protocols for service tools, equipment, software, and field processes.

A Day In The Life Of Our Sr. Product Quality Engineer at Noah Medical
- Able to lead efforts into the investigation of returned field devices, including flexible endoscopes, disposable devices, and capital devices/equipment
- Take the lead on methodical root cause analysis projects. Document the findings in clearly written reports/presentations
- Review engineering drawings, understand their impact on parts received, and propose opportunities for design improvements
- Design of test methods and fixtures in order to facilitate efficient study of returned devices
- Mentor less experienced engineers in the process of effective root cause analysis.
- Collaborate with design, manufacturing, and quality teams to drive consistent, high-quality parts and assemblies
About You
- B.S. or M.S. in mechanical engineering or related engineering discipline
- Min 7 years of experience in the medical device industry
- Demonstrated history of applying creative problem solving ability to difficult technical problems
- At least 5 years of leading root cause efforts of clinical context and use of medical devices
- Ability to manage and analyze large sets of data and effectively communicate results of data analysis.
- Proficient in use of CAD
- Experience assessing products produced by various fabrication methods used in single use, complex medical devices(e.g. machining, plastic injection molding, MIM, laser cutting, stamping, rapid prototyping).
- Demonstrated ability to work and mentor successfully in a team environment.
- Demonstrated strong project management skills.
- Eagerness to learn and to contribute to state of the art technology

The Clinical Engineering team at Noah Medical is a critical partner within Product Development, shaping how clinical insight is translated into safe, effective, and impactful robotic solutions for patients and providers. Our team works cross‑functionally throughout the product lifecycle—from early concept and design through validation, and post‑market activities—ensuring that clinical needs, user requirements, and real‑world workflows are embedded into development decisions. We lead pre‑clinical evaluation strategies, design validation and human factors activities, and contribute to regulatory and quality system deliverables. By closely collaborating with engineering, regulatory, quality, and commercial teams, Clinical Engineering helps align product strategy with patient outcomes and business goals. A Day In The Life Of Our Sr. Clinical Engineer at Noah Medical
- Develop internal expertise in clinical domains relevant to the company’s products.
- Anticipate evolving end-user and patient needs during product development.
- Lead cross-functional teams in developing and validating pre-clinical evidence to evaluate and validate user needs and product changes.
- Own the creation supporting documentation during product development for the quality system and regulatory submissions
- Serve as a key clinical expert in design reviews, requirement definition, and product development strategy.
- Architect and oversee the pre-clinical evaluation strategy for multiple product development efforts, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
- Mentor and develop a high-performing team of clinical engineers, fostering a culture of innovation and excellence.
- Coach and consult during process improvement initiatives.
- Develop and implement robust clinical performance metrics to drive continuous product evaluation and improvement.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key regulatory bodies to stay informed of emerging regulations and industry trends.
- Conduct Post-Market Surveillance investigations related to Use Errors and Adverse Events
- Serve as a clinical subject matter expert in supporting post-market surveillance activities and risk management.
- Collaborate with Medical Education and Sales Training teams to provide relevant clinical and use information related to training material and processes

About You
- 5 to 10 years of experience in a medical devices industry
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or Science; Master’s degree preferred
- Strong technical experience and aptitude
- Strong understanding of ISO 14971, 21 CFR Part 820
- Ability to effectively communicate concepts, ideas, and knowledge to other individuals and teams.
- Knowledge of basic anatomy, clinical terminology, and general surgical techniques.
- Knowledge of fundamentals of robotics or electromechanical systems.
- Experience in the regulated medical device environment, including but not limited to document control processes, design control processes, protocol development, and report writing.
- Experience working with healthcare providers in a hospital environment
- Ability to travel domestically up to 25% of the time.

About The Team
The Director of RA/QA reports to the Head of Quality and Regulatory. This position is the day to day leader of the RA/QA function and provides guidance and leadership from a Regulatory and Quality perspective to the team throughout all stages of product development. We are looking for someone that is highly motivated in their career growth (possible vertical and horizontal growth to take on wider roles as well); must be a self-starter, team builder, and excellent in communication.
A Day In The Life Of Our Director, Quality Assurance and Regulatory Affairs at Noah Medical
- Establishes RA/QA department operational objectives/budgets, manages staff hiring, assignments, performance feedback, and coaching to support company milestones.
- Involved in developing, modifying and executing RA/QA related company policies, which affect immediate operation(s) and may also have company-wide effect.
- Manages the RA/QA department functions through direct reports or subordinates.
- Regularly interacts with senior management of other functional areas, suppliers, and/or customers using soft skills to collaborate, think outside of the box, problem solve and gain acceptance of others in sensitive situations.
- Supports defining, training and implementing the quality management system (QMS) at Noah Medical and the ongoing maintenance of the QMS to ensure that the quality system is properly documented and revised as necessary to assure continued compliance with US and International regulatory requirements.
- Coordinates the planning and organization of regulatory activities related to Design/Development/NPI, manufacturing, distribution control, and service
- Manages the reporting and investigation of customer/service complaints, the review of corrective actions and failure investigations, the review of Post Market Surveillance reporting and, if necessary, implements field corrective actions.
- May serve as the designated Management Representative.
About You
- Requires a BS (preferably in Engineering or Technology) with a focus in Mechanical, Industrial, Manufacturing, Electrical, Life Sciences, etc.
- Minimum of 10 years of RA/QA related experience in the medical device field (experience in capital equipment and services a plus)
- Minimum of 3 years of supervisory experience of multiple exempt level employees.
- Experience working in a startup environment to meet rigorous timelines with NPI and product launch teams.
- Experienced in implementing a complete QMS system to meet US FDA and ISO requirements.
- Experienced in conducting internal and supplier audits and hosting 3rd party audits.
- Must be a self-starter, team builder, and excellent in verbal and written communication.
- Preferred: Knowledge of sterile/disposable medical device production processes.
- Preferred: Master Degree, MBA, experienced with Software Validation,
- Certifications is a plus: CQE, CQA(BM), CQM, 6 Sigma, ISO Auditor, etc.
