WHAT YOU'LL DO

This is the first design engineer role at Braze. You'd be joining the Beacon team to help close the gap between where the system is today and where it needs to be.

This is a senior individual contributor role operating at the intersection of design and code. You have strong design craft judgment and a clear point of view on what good looks like. You can originate design positions and you can write production code like components, tokens, or accessibility fixes. You'll contribute hands-on while driving adoption, mentoring designers, and raising the bar for system-level design craft, accessibility, and implementation quality across the UX organization.

You'll also help future-proof our design system by thinking about it not only as a resource for human collaborators, but as structured context for automated and AI-assisted workflows. Qualifications

• 5+ years of work experience in Business Intelligence, Analytics Engineering, Data Analytics, or comparable function 
• Expert in SQL with focus on data modeling, large-scale data processing, and tool development for analytics or Financial use cases. 
• Experience and knowledge of data warehousing concepts, ETLs, big data technologies, and analytics platforms

Salary Range

San Francisco and New York: The pay range for this role is $174,500 to $240,000 per year.

We are seeking a highly driven, execution-oriented Commercial Partner Manager to serve as the key relationship manager to drive commercial objectives for our domestic and international channel and business development partners.

After business development partnerships are closed, you will be responsible for ensuring those partners are delivering on our jointly developed strategic and operating plans. You will turn strategy into revenue goals, performance metrics, and execution plans that will deliver the expected outcomes.

You will ensure partners, growers, process, and supply chain collaborators get the instructions, support, and materials they need and deliver on the outcomes we expect, on the expected timelines. You will work in-country with international partners and travel extensively, as needed to support execution.

You will operate at the intersection of  partner performance management, commercial sales, and cross-functional execution.

Responsibilities

1) Strategic Planning 

• Develop long-range business plans with business development team, finance, and partners.
• Define goals: adoption, acres, grower outcomes, partner deliverables, revenue, and pipeline conversion.
• Deliver action plans, with contingencies, risks, and alternative paths clearly identified and defined.

2) Commercial Execution Ownership 

• Own the commercial execution plan with partners. You ensure partnerships deliver against defined revenue, adoption, and operational objectives.
• Identify execution bottlenecks early (seed readiness, agronomy readiness, partner resourcing, training gaps, etc.) and drive solutions cross-functionally.
• Drive key support for partners - product and supply chain, regulatory, legal, marketing, agronomic training, and support.
• Build repeatable playbooks for market entry, partner activation, and scaled rollout.

3) Internal Coordination

• Ensure internal resources (commercial, breeding, seed production, regulatory, program operations) are delivering on their goals to meet partner expectations.
• Capture and operationalize Voice-of-Customer / Voice-of-Partner insights into product positioning, adoption strategy, and go-to-market improvements.
• Feed real-world learning into the commercial roadmap and cross-functional execution framework.
• Serve as the primary execution-layer translator of customer needs into Ohalo priorities.

The anticipated base pay range for this role is $175,000 - $230,000 per year for our South San Francisco location.  As a new role with Ohalo, the pay offered to the selected candidate will be determined based on a number of factors such as (but not limited to) the final scope and responsibilities of the position, the qualifications of the selected candidate, budget availability, internal equity, geographic location and external market pay for comparable jobs.

We’re looking for a senior, cross-functional rev ops leader. This role will work closely with the VP of Finance & Ops and CRO to define and execute our go-to-market (GTM) strategy, aligning sales, marketing, finance, and customer success to drive growth & efficiency. You’ll own the systems, data, and operating rhythm that make our GTM engine predictable, fast, and scalable.

Responsibilities

GTM Strategy Partnership

• Be a strategic partner to the CRO on go-to-market strategy: ICP definition, segmentation, territory design, coverage model
• Own the GTM planning process — quota setting, capacity planning, headcount modeling — in partnership with the CRO and Finance
• Run QBRs and operating reviews; bring the data and the point of view, not just the slides

Revenue Architecture & Systems

• Own and evolve the full AI native RevOps tech stack
• Build the operational plumbing for quote-to-cash: pricing, contracting, order management, invoicing, and revenue recognition hand-offs to finance
• Agentify and automate repeatable workflows — lead routing, pipeline hygiene, renewals, commissions — so the team spends time on decisions, not process

Marketing Operations

Job Description

Highnote is seeking a Senior Product Manager - Data Reports & Analytics to lead the transformation of our financial intelligence and revenue operations. In this role, you will bridge the gap between raw transaction data and executive-level financial strategy. Your primary focus will be to build an automated, AI-driven Revenue Recognition Product that replaces manual/macros update overhead with scalable, verifiable software.

You will own the lifecycle of financial data - from discovery with Finance and Operations to the delivery of automated billing, invoicing, and reporting tools. You are someone who finds beauty in a complex spreadsheet but has the technical vision to turn that logic into a robust, AI-powered application that "just works."

What You’ll Be Doing

• Lead the end-to-end development of a dedicated product for automated revenue recognition, ensuring every cent of Highnote’s complex flow is accounted for correctly.
• Codify manual finance spreadsheets (used for invoices and billing) into a scalable product. You will translate legacy formulas into production-grade logic.
• Partner with Data Science to develop an AI-driven application that mirrors and optimizes existing finance workflows, reducing manual intervention and identifying anomalies in billing patterns.
• Build rigorous validation and testing - creating and maintaining a comprehensive set of test cases to verify the correctness of billing logic. You will ensure that any change in business logic or data schema triggers automated verification to prevent financial regressions.
• Perform detailed discovery sessions with Finance, Operations, and Analytics Engineers to map out data dependencies and write high-fidelity PRDs for the development team.
• Define the metrics, calculations, and reporting UIs that support portfolio monitoring, financial audits, and regulatory reporting.
• Stakeholder Management, acting as the primary translator between the "language of finance" (accruals, deferrals, ledgers) and the "language of engineering" (APIs, schemas, latency).

Minimum Requirements

• 8+ years of product management experience specifically in data reports, financial analytics, or revenue operations (RevOps).
• Strong foundation in accounting or financial operations; you must be comfortable auditing complex spreadsheets and converting them into technical requirements.
• Data Reporting Expertise; proven track record of building analytics products using SQL, BI tools (Looker/Tableau), and modern data warehouses (Snowflake/BigQuery).
• Experience building "test-driven" products where data integrity and logic verification are at the forefront of the development lifecycle.
• Experience or strong interest in applying Machine Learning/GenAI to automate structured workflows and data matching.

Bonus Skills

• You have a background that spans both worlds (e.g., prior experience in Fintech, Investment Banking, or as a Data Engineer focused on Financial Systems).
• Experience specifically using AI to automate document processing (invoices/billing) or anomaly detection in financial datasets.
• The ability to see how a change in a core transaction API will ripple through to a customer's monthly billing statement.
