Our small but high-performing accounting team manages a full-cycle close process with automated pipelines, a cloud-backed vehicle database, and QuickBooks Online as our GL. We’re looking for someone who thrives on the transactional rhythm of a dealership—someone who can own the day-to-day financial operations so our accounting leadership can focus on reporting, controls, and strategic initiatives.
You will own the full accounts receivable and accounts payable cycles for the dealership, from recording customer payments and reconciling bank activity daily, to monitoring outsourced bookkeeping work, processing vendor payments, and handling customer refunds. You’ll work closely with our title clerk, F&I team, and operations staff to keep cash flowing accurately through our clearing accounts. This role is highly cross-functional—you’ll touch every major transaction that moves through the dealership.

When you log into Chase, offers are tailored to your spending. This is web and mobile personalization: deciding in real time what each customer sees inside your product. It directly moves conversion, retention, and revenue at the point where customers are already engaged.
Almost nobody does it well outside of companies that build it from scratch. A single experiment (testing whether high-spend users convert better seeing a loyalty upsell on the account page) requires an analyst to build the segment, a PM to write targeting rules, a designer to create variants, an engineer to instrument the test, and someone to monitor results. Most teams run 5–10 per quarter and end up with a handful of static rules covering a fraction of their users.
The tools that exist (Optimizely, Adobe Target) handle infrastructure but don't solve the coordination problem. Every experiment, audience, and piece of content still requires manual configuration. They also force companies to duplicate customer data into a proprietary store, adding months of implementation and permanent vendor lock-in.
The shift from "AI assists a step" to "AI owns a workflow" is already happening in software engineering. Personalization is ready for the same shift.
Today: A growth team testing whether high-intent visitors convert better with a comparison page spends 2–4 weeks coordinating across tools and people. They run maybe 8 experiments that quarter.
With agents: The growth lead describes the goal. The Account Manager, Fulfillment owns the post-onboarding relationship for a portfolio of brands enrolled in Fulfilled by Faire. This is a commercially-oriented role sitting at the intersection of customer success, strategic account management, and operational consulting. The AM is accountable for brand retention, unlocking addressable SKUs within FbF, and driving the consolidation of non-Faire wholesale volume onto the platform — ultimately increasing FbF's share of each brand's total distribution.
This role requires equal fluency in relationship management and data-driven storytelling. The best AM will translate operational metrics into commercial conversations, coach brands on the cost, ease, and growth benefits of FbF, and proactively identify at-risk accounts before churn signals become churn events.
On-Target Earnings (OTE) Range
San Francisco: the pay range for this role is $132,000 to $181,500 per year.
This role will also be eligible for equity and benefits. Actual On-Target Earnings (OTE) will be determined based on permissible factors such as transferable skills, work experience, market demands, and primary work location. The OTE range provided is subject to change and may be modified in the future.
Hybrid Faire employees currently go into the office 3 days per week on Tuesdays, Thursdays, and a third flex day of their choosing (Monday, Wednesday, or Friday). This is a hybrid role, based in any of our US offices—including New York City, Boston, Chicago, Carmel, Lambertville, or San Francisco—or remotely within the US, depending on team and business needs.
The Project Manager independently manages the day-to-day delivery of multichannel projects, ensuring work is delivered on time, on budget, and in alignment with brand objectives and agency standards.
What you’ll do:
Own the lifecycle of assigned projects from kickoff through launch and closeout.
Develop and manage scopes, timelines, staffing plans, and detailed workback schedules.
Coordinate cross-functional teams and vendors, ensuring clear handoffs and quality control.
Drive MLR and PRC routing, calendars, and submission packages with meticulous documentation.
Track progress, surface risks with proposed solutions, and manage change control.
Lead internal status meetings and ensure adherence to agency processes and SOPs.
Maintain file structures, naming conventions, and QA checklists across deliverables.
Portfolio Management: Oversight of approximately 2 million dollars in project revenue. No involvement in new business. Project-focused delivery.
Resource Management: Support resourcing data and requests. Escalate gaps. Own Gantt updates for projects you manage.
Client and Vendor Relationship Management: Participate in client calls. Lead vendor communications at the project level.
Training, Growth, Reporting: Enhance time management and foundational PM knowledge. Partner with Senior PM to maintain brand onboarding documents.
Admin Operations: Own Workfront routing, timeline development, and timesheet compliance. Maintain file structures and job code setup in collaboration with Account and Finance.
Execution: Enforce process and timelines. Build brand and disease knowledge. Begin strategic thinking at the project level to anticipate needs.
Finance: Create medium to high scale estimates. Pull project health reports. Flag scope risks and escalate. Mentor Coordinators on finances.
Culture, Comms and Collaboration: Escalate when creative redirection occurs. Share information and context with the team.

What you should have:
Bachelor’s degree preferred.
Proficiency in Workfront, Microsoft 365, and Teams. Veeva Vault familiarity is a plus.
Working knowledge of healthcare MLR and PRC processes.
Strong planning, communication, and problem-solving skills.
3 or more years of project management or operations experience in an agency setting.
Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in healthcare marketing.
Pay Range: $70,000 - $85,000

About the Role:
The Engineering Program Manager (EPM) at Planet will be a fearless organizer and an excellent cross-functional leader, working with multiple teams inside Planet, and with our external customers and manufacturing partners. A successful candidate will help set strategy, drive problem-solving efforts, eliminate roadblocks, execute on schedule, and be responsible for managing and communicating status and issues along the way. The position demands broad technical strength and experience in multiple areas of spacecraft design and manufacturing.
This is a full-time, hybrid role which will require you to work from our San Francisco office 3 days per week. Travel to Europe is also expected.
