The Contractor Special Security Officer (CSSO) will work in a dynamic fast-paced environment supporting SCI programs for the IC to develop, implement, and administer the security program in accordance with ICDs (703, 704, 505 and other applicable), Security Classification Guides (SCGs) and Statement of Work (SOW), and additional Customer regulations. The CSSO will be responsible for the personnel security, physical security, and Operations Security (OPSEC) of assigned SCIFs and program areas and will also oversee the construction of a SCIF from start to finish.

Position Description:
The Rate/Investment manager will act as a strategic partner to the Segment CFO, taking ownership of the design, forecasting, and compliance of the Segment’s indirect rate structures (fringe, overhead, G&A). This role ensures that indirect cost allocations are optimized for competitive bidding while remaining fully compliant with FAR/CAS regulations. The manager will lead the Forward Pricing Rate Proposal (FPRP) process, monitor performance against plans, and provide crucial financial analysis to support senior leadership decisions regarding investments and cost management.

The role is expected to balance approximately 50% leadership and team management with 50% focus on driving technology advancement and providing technical thought leadership.
You will be expected to lead a team of 10–20 engineers, overseeing recruiting, career development, performance management, and team structure for the engineering organization.
Strategic Collaboration
Global Operations & Cross-Regional Collaboration
Lead and optimize U.S.-based data operations while working closely with teams across APAC and global headquarters to align workflows and strengthen global data capabilities. The role requires strong cross-cultural leadership and organizational influence—someone who can build trust across regions, navigate complex organizational structures, and effectively collaborate across cultural and functional boundaries to drive alignment and progress.
