As the Executive Assistant to our CMO (Chief Medical Officer), and other senior leaders, you will support a clinical leadership team driving the development of innovative therapies to get better drugs to patients faster. You will partner closely with the CMO to enable them to operate at maximum effectiveness by managing priorities, streamlining operations, and anticipating needs across a fast-paced, science-driven environment. Your work will directly influence the CMO’s ability to focus on advancing our clinical pipeline, shaping development strategy, and delivering meaningful outcomes for patients.
You’ll play a critical role connecting internal teams, external partners, and clinical stakeholders; ensuring seamless execution across clinical, regulatory, and cross-functional initiatives in the U.S., UK, and Canada. This is a highly impactful position for an experienced professional who thrives on complexity, precision, and bringing structure to dynamic environments - someone who values both strategic alignment and the energy of working alongside a collaborative team.
In this role you will:
- Manage all aspects of the CMO’s calendar, travel, and communications with discretion and foresight
- Anticipate scheduling conflicts, track key deliverables, and proactively adjust plans in alignment with clinical priorities and development milestones
- Serve as a point of contact for internal and external stakeholders, including clinical, regulatory, and research partners, demonstrating sound judgment and professionalism at all times
- Plan and coordinate internal and external meetings, ensuring high-quality materials and seamless execution across clinical and cross-functional teams
- Arrange detailed domestic and international travel itineraries as needed
- Partner with internal teams to support clinical leadership activities, advisory boards, investigator meetings, and key scientific engagements
- Maintain confidentiality while ensuring clear and timely information sharing between the CMO, leadership team, and external collaborators
The Team You’ll Join
You will be joining the executive support team at Recursion, working closely with the CMO and partnering with C-level executives across the company. You will collaborate with teams including Clinical Development, Regulatory, Research, People, Finance, Workplace Environment, and Communications.
The executive support team is responsible for enabling our senior leadership team to do their best work and stay focused on advancing Recursion’s mission.
The Experience You’ll Need
- At least 5+ years of experience as an Executive Assistant supporting C-suite executives, ideally in a public biotech organization
- Passion for science, innovation, and improving human health, with an appreciation for the clinical development process and the fast-moving world of biotechnology
- Ability to think ahead, anticipate needs, and propose thoughtful solutions - not just execute tasks
- Exceptional organizational, written, and verbal communication skills, with a track record of managing competing priorities gracefully
- Flexibility to adapt in real time, prioritize effectively, and deliver high-quality work in a dynamic environment
- Comfort working across time zones and managing frequent international travel
- Discretion in handling sensitive information and building trusted relationships
- Proficiency in Google Workspace and Slack
Working Location & Compensation:
This is an office-based, hybrid position at our New York City, New York, office. Employees are expected to work in the office at least 50% of the time.
At Recursion, we believe that every employee should be compensated fairly. Based on the skill and level of experience required for this role, the estimated current annual base range for this role is $108,200 to $136,200 (USD). You will also be eligible for an annual bonus and equity compensation, as well as a comprehensive benefits package.

Under the direction of the Shift Manager and based on the area’s top losses and key challenges, the Production Lead creates and executes plans to accelerate building people capability. They train, coach and mentor operators to deliver the daily production plan and the 90-day plan. The Production Lead is an integral member of the production team on each shift. They are a flexible resource in their area of support and fill in as the Shift Manager to ensure smooth operation of the shift, and operate equipment as needed.
- Provide Leadership on your shift – oversee performance and safety of assigned personnel – coaching, training and motivating a well-trained team.
- Maintain Quality and Safety Standards – Ensure all quality standards are met through audits and visual inspections implementing changes and corrections as needed.
- Optimize Production Efficiency – Plan and coordinate labor, materials and production schedules to optimize line efficiencies and reduce costs. Drives loss elimination of raw ingredients, packaging material, and finished goods through observation of production operations and by analyzing loss data to recommend solutions. Utilize the ERP system to help with inventory and production tracking.
- Promote Lean Manufacturing and Continuous Improvement: Utilize Lean Manufacturing techniques to maintain a clean and organized workspace, drive productivity, and support corporate initiatives for continuous improvement. Conduct daily meetings to review performance, set goals, and foster a positive work environment.

Experience that you need to succeed
- Supervisory Experience in a Manufacturing Environment: Experience managing and leading teams in a manufacturing or production setting, including overseeing performance, providing coaching and feedback, and driving a positive work culture.
- Knowledge of Quality and Safety Standards: Understanding of Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP), OSHA guidelines, and other safety protocols. Experience ensuring product quality standards (e.g., weight control, packaging quality) and conducting regular audits and inspections.
- Mechanical Aptitude and Troubleshooting Skills: Ability to identify, troubleshoot, and address mechanical issues affecting quality or production throughput. Experience with dismantling, repairing, and maintaining equipment is essential.
- Experience with Production Planning and Scheduling: Proven ability to plan and manage labor, materials, and production schedules efficiently to meet production targets. Experience minimizing waste and optimizing production line efficiency is critical.
- Proficiency with ERP Systems and Inventory Management: Experience using ERP systems for inventory management, lot tracking, and monitoring work orders to ensure accurate production reporting and inventory control.
- Strong Problem-Solving and Communication Skills: Ability to communicate effectively with team members and other departments, resolve issues quickly, and provide clear instructions. Experience conducting daily meetings and presenting key performance indicators (KPIs) is a plus.

Territory: This role covers the state of Utah.
The Associate Clinical Oncology Specialist (ACOS) is responsible for contributing to account sales, service, and support activities of all Oncology products. The role includes ensuring patients adherence to the prescribed test cadence with a focus on improving patient outcomes. The individual will identify areas of improvement in clinical workflows, test fulfillment, internal systems and processes. Responsibilities include cultivating and maintaining key relationships and working with customers and internal partners that enable Signatera patient retention and unit growth within existing customers.
Primary Responsibilities:
- Work with assigned COS to grow, maintain & support existing customers
- Build relationships with key personnel at assigned Oncology accounts to facilitate unit growth.
- Analyze and monitor patient testing to ensure that patients remain on the protocol prescribed by the Oncologist.
- Assess the needs of medical professionals and staff members with a focus on customer support, coordination of logistics, and problem solving
- Become experts on all Natera Oncology products and processes to maximize effectiveness in the field.
- Educate medical professionals on the tools and resources that Natera provides to facilitate test order management
- Utilize and maintain internal reports of key performance indicators (KPIs) related to patient retention and fulfilled order volume.
- Be a key team player within the sales organization who can partner with internal stakeholders, such as sales reps, patient coordinators, territory managers, etc., to achieve the best outcomes for the patient and the provider.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree preferred or Associate’s degree with minimum of 4 years of relevant experience
- Medical assistant, clinical support, patient liaison or nursing background or a Minimum of 2 years of sales experience
Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:
- Thrives in ambiguous environments
- Exceptionally bright, flexible, self-motivated, and results oriented with strong interpersonal and analytical skills
- Ability to think strategically as well as execute tactically
- Must act with a sense of urgency

The compensation package listed is for 1st year OTE, which are based on a wide array of factors unique to each candidate, including but not limited to skill set, years & depth of experience, certifications and specific office location. On-target earnings (OTE) represent the total potential income an employee can earn by achieving 100% of their performance goals. This is not a traditional security role.
You won't be inheriting a mature, stable program. You'll be architecting one for an AI-native SaaS company operating at scale, where the threat surface evolves daily and identity is the new perimeter. You will own two of the most consequential security domains in the business: Cyber Defense Engineering (CDE), the fusion of Security Engineering and Security Operations, and Identity and Access Management (IAM). These aren't siloed functions here. They are the foundation of customer trust, product integrity, and competitive advantage.
You'll operate at the intersection of builder and strategist: designing systems with your team, making architectural calls, and partnering at the executive level to ensure security is a force multiplier, not a speed bump.
What You'll Own
Lead Cyber Defense Engineering: Detect, Respond, and Automate at Scale
Design and operate a hyper-automated security operations function for a modern, multi-cloud (AWS, GCP, Azure) SaaS environment. You'll leverage advanced platforms, including Google SecOps, Wiz, Sentinel, and CrowdStrike, to achieve near real-time visibility and response across cloud infrastructure, while minimizing operational noise and maximizing signal fidelity. Your team won't just react to threats; they'll engineer the systems that make reactions near-automatic.
Secure the AI-Native Environment
Gong is an AI company, and that changes everything about your threat model. You'll architect security controls that address the unique risks of large-scale data pipelines, model training environments, and AI-generated intellectual property, domains where conventional frameworks fall short and first-principles thinking is required.
Build a Zero-Trust Identity Ecosystem
Own and execute the enterprise-wide IAM strategy, unifying identity management across all cloud platforms, corporate environments, and the product itself. You'll move beyond legacy controls to define a multi-year roadmap rooted in Zero Trust principles, cloud-native identity platforms, and passwordless authentication. Identity won't be an IT problem here; it will be a security architecture.
Translate Compliance into Security Outcomes
Partner with the broader security organization to ensure the technical foundation of Gong's cloud environment supports enterprise compliance requirements (SOC 2, ISO 27001, PCI, HIPAA, FedRAMP/NIST). You'll make compliance a natural output of strong security architecture, not a parallel workstream.
Build and Develop the Team
Recruit, develop, and lead a high-performing, globally distributed team of security engineers and identity architects. You build cultures where craft matters, feedback flows, and ownership is clear.
What You Bring
- 12–15+ years of progressive security experience, with meaningful leadership in a high-growth SaaS or cloud-native environment.
- Deep CDE expertise: hands-on background in Security Engineering and/or Security Operations, with experience designing detection pipelines, incident response playbooks, and automation frameworks at scale.
- Enterprise IAM mastery: proven track record designing and executing IAM strategies that span cloud platforms, SaaS applications, and corporate infrastructure, including Zero Trust architecture and passwordless or MFA-first approaches.
- Multi-cloud fluency: practical experience securing workloads across AWS, GCP, and/or Azure, and familiarity with modern CSPM, SIEM/SOAR, and endpoint security tooling (e.g., Wiz, Google SecOps, Sentinel, CrowdStrike).
- Compliance and risk fluency: working knowledge of NIST CSF, NIST 800-53, SOC 2, and related frameworks, and the ability to turn them into security architecture decisions, not just documentation.
- Builder mentality with executive presence: you can write a detection rule and present a board-ready risk summary. You don't choose between technical credibility and strategic communication, you bring both.

The annual salary hiring range for this position is $234,000 - $335,000 USD.
Compensation is based on factors unique to each candidate, including, but not limited to, job-related skills, qualification, education, experience, and location. At Gong, we have a location-based compensation structure, which means there may be a different range for candidates in other locations. The total compensation package for this position, in addition to base compensation, may include incentive compensation, bonus, equity, and benefits. Some of our sales compensation programs also offer the potential to achieve above targeted earnings for those who exceed their sales targets.
