The Operations Associate is critical in the store team and is responsible for driving profitability and efficiency. The Operations Associate will work closely with the Operations & Visual Management team in initiating, completing work, and providing feedback to the team to achieve optimal results supporting total store operations.  

Key Job Responsibilities 

• Execute inventory management processes effectively with a focus on maximizing inventory accuracy and reducing shrink
• Investigate and root cause inventory accuracy issues, partnering with the General/Store Manager to escalate process or system gaps
• Support execution of key operational functions including shipment, receiving and processing, reverse transfers, sales floor recovery, intra-day sales floor replenishment, floor set updates, and supply management
• Maintain and champion strong visual standards for the sales floor
• Work closely with reporting, budgets, expenses, inventory control, supplies, vendor relationships, technology, and facilities to ensure maintained and maximized
• Support a safe work environment and efficient operation through strong stockroom standards and processes
• Move dynamically on the retail floor to assess and fulfill the needs of the business, team and guests
• Execute company-level operations-focused directives, projects and initiates, in partnership with the Operations & Visual Management team.  
• Assists in processing shipment and ensuring product flow; including but not limited to visual merchandising placement and daily replenishment excellence
• Demonstrate strong business acumen by leveraging metrics to support business-driving strategies
• Resolve client needs quickly & effectively ensuring customer satisfaction
• Identify product concerns and communicate inventory needs to support the business goals
• Duties require constant movement in and around the store, including the sales floor and back of house. When not actively assisting guests, this position takes initiative to perform other tasks, as needed, to keep store clean, safe, inviting and operating efficiently. 

Operations Associate Qualifications 

• 1+ years prior work experience in a client-centric, sales & operational environment
• Requires constant movement in and around all areas of store
• Ability to lift, push, carry or otherwise move up to 50 pounds
• Ability to lift, bend, kneel, climb, crawl and/or twist, and safely climb up/down a ladder
• Ability to stand and move for an entire shift

Part-Time non-exempt associates are expected to work up to 30 hours per week, based on the needs of the business, for a shift minimum of 4 hours. Full-Time non-exempt associates are expected to have open availability, 7 days a week, between 32 - 40 hours. All employees without exception are expected to be able to work during the company’s Blackout period, from the week of American Thanksgiving (including Black Friday and Thanksgiving weekend) through the end of the holiday season (the 1st week of January).

Responsibilities and Duties:

• Carry out all aspects of a validation project for our clients including: authoring and/or executing Validation Master Plans (VMP), User Requirements Specifications (URS), Risk Assessments (RA), Design Qualification (DQ), Factory Acceptance Tests (FAT), Site Acceptance Tests (SAT), Commissioning, Installation Qualification (IQ), Operational Qualification (OQ), Performance Qualification (PQ), and Process Validation (PV) protocols/reports in accordance with corporate and departmental procedures.
• Validation Planning: Develop Validation Master Plans outlining the validation strategy, scope, and timelines for the project.
• Documentation Management: Oversee the creation, review, and approval of validation protocols, reports, and other documentation required for validation activities.
• Risk Assessment: Conduct Risk Assessments to identify potential validation issues and develop mitigation strategies to address them.
• Protocol Execution: Oversee the execution of validation protocols, including Installation Qualification (IQ), Operational Qualification (OQ), and Performance Qualification (PQ) for equipment and systems within the QC building.
• Commissioning Support: Collaborate with the commissioning team to ensure a seamless transition from construction to operation, verifying that systems and equipment are installed correctly and function as intended.
• Standard Operating Procedure: Provide technical input with respect to Standard Operating Procedures (SOP) development. Revise or develop SOPs in compliance with industry standards and cGMP.
• Support client Quality Assurance (QA) compliance teams by initiating change controls, documenting deviations, and contributing to the implementation of CAPA (Corrective and Preventive Actions) within validation activities.
• Perform Periodic Review for various validated systems including computerized systems, laboratory equipment, manufacturing equipment, and infrastructure systems. Analyze information, draw the right conclusions based upon technical knowledge of the systems, and work effectively with different groups across site to determine status, gaps, and corrective actions.
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of validation requirements, practices, and procedures and coach other members of the team participating in validation activities. 
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of current GP (Good Practices, e.g. GMP/GLP) regulations, guidelines within North America (Health Canada, US Food & Drug Administration) and EU Eudralex. 
• Maintain effective client relationships and act as a primary point of contact.
• Ensure that projects are implemented in accordance within the agreed scope, timelines and budget.

Qualifications:

• Bachelors degree in engineering field or relevant equivalent.
• Minimum 5 years of prior experience preparing and executing equipment qualification documents (IQ/OQ/PQ) required.
• Excellent knowledge of the Current Good Manufacturing Practices.
• Excellent communication skills - verbal, written, listening and interpersonal with the ability to transfer knowledge to others.
• Strong technical knowledge, relationship management, organizational planning, and project management skills.
• Ability to demonstrate a sense of urgency, flexibility, and accountability.
• Flexibility to travel to the client site as required.

Preferred Qualifications

• Prior experience performing GxP risk assessments such as Functional Risk Assessments (FRA) or Failure Mode and Effect Analysis (FMEA).
• Experience in Aseptic Processing.
• Familiarity with Computerized Systems Validation and ISPE GAMP5 and 21 CFR Part 11.

Overview

As a Lead Technical Delivery Architect (Networking / Security), you will be responsible for leading and mentoring a team of engineers that will plan, design, and implement enterprise IT solutions for our clients.

Your Impact

The essential functions of this position include: 

• Lead a team of Engineers, Sr. Engineers, Consultants, Sr. Consultants and Architects
• Provide Sales Engineering support, BOM creation assistance, SOW assistance along with planning and designing solutions for complex multi-vendor solutions
• Engage various manufacturers and their engineering resources for design assistance and lab access
• Research, design and develop repeatable solutions for customer IT needs
• Assist in building and hiring professional services team, within assigned region

Qualifications

• 15+ years of hands-on experience in IT
• 5+ years of experience performing a Consultant or Architect role
• 4-year college degree or equivalent experience
• Network technologies - LAN, WAN, wireless, and security experience
• Cisco (plus Meraki), Palo Alto, and Fortinet experience
• Recent Cisco ACI, Nexus Data Broker/Dashboard, and DNAC experience
• Strong firewall experience with PA Prisma, PA Prisma Cloud, and/or Fortinet SD-WAN
• Outstanding soft skills and the ability to have difficult conversations both internal & with clients
• Excellent customer service skills, both in-person and over the phone
• Excellent presentation, communication and documentation skills.

Position Specifics

The initial base salary range for this position is expected to be between $150,000 and $190,000 annually. The final base salary offered will be determined by multiple factors, including, but not limited to, job-related knowledge, depth of experience, skills, certifications, and geographic location. In addition to base salary, our compensation package may include other components such as commissions and discretionary bonuses.
