Role
You will be a champion for our existing client base, working to act on their behalf to centralize the data collection efforts to meet both regulatory reporting requirements and investor demand. You will play a key role as we continue to refine and perfect an industry standardized approach to ESG data for the leveraged loan market.
You will play a key role in supporting the operations team with data collection for ESG analysis, ensuring accuracy and consistency in the data sets. Your attention to detail will help standardize the data and contribute to its value across our operations. With your strong communication skills, you’ll collaborate with internal teams to ensure the ESG data is properly utilized and promoted as a valuable resource.
Responsibilities:
- Data Collection: Gather and organize ESG and financial data from various sources, including public reports, databases, and financial statements, ensuring accuracy and consistency.
- Research: Conduct research to identify and analyze ESG performance indicators and financial metrics for companies, supporting the overall analysis of ESG.
- Self-Review: Review your own work to ensure data accuracy, completeness, and alignment with team standards before submitting for further review or integration.
- QA Support: Assist with basic quality assurance tasks, ensuring data integrity, flagging discrepancies, and escalating any issues to other team members for resolution.

Role
Octus is seeking a data analyst for the Bucharest office to help build out our financial data offering. In short, you would be tasked with gathering and analyzing fundamental investment data (financial statements / legal documentation) for public and private companies in Europe and the US.
This would be a great opportunity for someone who has been an investment banking credit analyst, or someone with a background in accounting, audit or investment research, who is interested in transferring their skills and experience into the fintech sector and becoming part of a growing team that analyses and provides investment data to credit asset managers in Europe and the US.
Requirements:
- 1-3 years of experience in credit / financial statement analysis, either within a bank, asset manager or auditor OR a university degree in Accounting, Economics or finance

About the Role
Veeam is expanding its Site Reliability Engineering (SRE) organization to support Veaam services. As an SRE Team Leader, you will build and lead a high-performing team that partners with product, platform, and security engineering to make our systems reliable, scalable, and observable from the ground up. About the Role
The Regional Implementation Manager – EMEA is responsible for driving the hands-on, day-to-day execution of the Media Central platform rollout across EMEA markets. This role ensures that each market follows a clear, repeatable implementation process and that every phase—business analysis, QA, data migration, cutover, and readiness—progresses smoothly, accurately, and on schedule.
Your purpose is to make the rollout work in practice. You help markets understand what needs to be done, when it needs to be done, and how to do it. You coordinate activities across multiple teams, gather updates, resolve blockers, validate deliverables, and ensure no critical task is missed. You provide the operational discipline and momentum needed to get the programme off the ground quickly and consistently.
You act as the operational bridge between local market teams and the global programme. Your work is critical to building implementation scalability. Your Impact
As a senior bilingual member of our Technical Support team, you will serve as a critical bridge between Axon and our Spanish-speaking customers and law enforcement partners across the U.S., Latin America, and Europe. You will deliver expert-level technical support in both Spanish and English via phone and email, helping resolve complex product issues while ensuring a seamless, culturally aware customer experience. What You’ll Do

- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to AXON Hardware and Software products
- Become a subject matter expert in Axon’s product base
- Provide world class support to assist customers with complex issues while maintaining service levels
- Identify and report product bugs and partner with internal departments to help drive resolution
- Use data and customer feedback to identify and surface product insights and trends
- Advocate on behalf of users to optimize and improve our products and user experience
- Provide bilingual (Spanish/English) technical support via phone, email, and chat to Spanish-speaking customers, ensuring clear and accurate communication in both languages
- Translate and localize technical documentation, knowledge base articles, and customer-facing communications as needed
- Serve as the primary point of contact for Spanish-language cases, managing the Spanish support queue and ensuring timely resolution
- Support the onboarding and training of Spanish-speaking customers on Axon products and solutions
- Collaborate with international support teams to align on best practices for serving Spanish-speaking markets
What You Bring
- Bachelor’s Degree preferred or equivalent work experience
- 2+ years technical support experience in supporting software, hardware, web-based solutions, or e-commerce platforms
- Embodies an #OWN IT mindset when it comes to helping customers and solving complex problems
- Full professional fluency in both Spanish and English (spoken and written) – this is a core requirement of the role
- Proficient with Windows operating systems, mobile devices and cloud-based solutions
- Strong comprehension of internet networking and routing
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, including excellent listening, conflict resolution and customer empathy
- Ability to articulate technical concepts in both Spanish and English at a level appropriate to the circumstance – i.e. for clients with varying levels of IT knowledge and skillset
