Scale is growing rapidly, and joining the Global Public Sector team is an opportunity to work on one of the most exciting and quickly expanding teams at Scale. This team is responsible for generating, executing, and fostering Scale’s work with governments and government-backed entities outside of the United States.
We develop bespoke solutions that leverage our customers’ proprietary data and expertise to transform their organizations with AI. We are looking for an entrepreneurial and experienced product leader to play a pivotal role in the ideation and development of transformative AI solutions. The ideal candidate has deep experience with AI/ML application development, can think strategically about how to solve a problem, is an excellent listener, is comfortable getting into the weeds operationally, and has a strong understanding of software engineering principles and practices. You will be responsible for owning large AI projects for one or many customers.
You will lead a cross-functional team of engineers, MLEs, and operators to build a highly impactful solution for our customers that will drive millions in revenue for our business as well.

We’re looking for a detail-driven Freelance Content Manager to oversee content planning, creation, and publishing across a major aviation client’s digital ecosystem for a 2 - 3 months project. This role sits at the heart of our delivery team, ensuring all platform and mobile app content is accurate, timely, and aligned with brand, regulatory, and UX standards. This is an embedded role and requires working from the client’s office on a daily basis, close to King Khalid International Airport.

About the role
This is a startup-within-a-startup role. You will be responsible for building a net new banking product from scratch for the Saudi Arabia market — from ideation through design and launch.

Role Summary
We are seeking a Lead SOC Validation & Adversary Simulation Engineer to strengthen the effectiveness of our Security Operations Center (SOC / VSOC) by continuously validating detections, response workflows, and telemetry using adversary-informed testing techniques.

Qualifications
Professional Experience
8–10 years of hands-on delivery experience within payment services and card issuing environments.
Education
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or a related discipline.
Delivery & Agile Expertise
Proven experience delivering products using Agile methodologies and frameworks, including Scrum, DevOps, and SAFe, with a focus on incremental releases.
Strong understanding of the payments ecosystem, including:
In-store payments
POS / ECR systems
Payment gateways
eCommerce payments
Acquiring and banking platforms
Mandatory experience within Fintech and Banking sectors
Prior knowledge or hands-on experience with MADA regulations is a strong advantage
