Compensation - At Human Interest, we consider a number of factors to determine the appropriate pay range for each position, including the cost of labor in different markets across the U.S. The total On Target Earnings (OTE) for the role described in this job posting is $135,000 - $140,000 which includes a base salary of $70,000, and a variable target compensation of $70,000. The specific pay rate offered is based on the candidate’s relevant skills and experience. In this role, you will be responsible for driving the strategic supply network development and cost management of Anduril’s product hardware, across their lifecycles, by collaborating with suppliers and cross-functionally, including stakeholders in engineering, quality, and manufacturing.

WHAT YOU'LL DO:

• Conduct supplier selection for a specific product, leveraging approved supplier list.
• Partner with strategic suppliers to accelerate product development via activities such as:

As the Supply Chain Manager, you will work across Anduril to ensure we are supporting our engineering teams in swiftly and sustainably building products that meet our client’s needs. You will work with engineering, manufacturing, and sales to source new suppliers, form strategic partnerships, plan effectively, and ensure our operational workflows effectively support the broader organization. You’ll be responsible for a blend of obtaining quotes, executing PO’s and managing end-to-end inventory in partnership with the engineering team as well as the primary individuals leading our key strategic partnerships externally, handling the relationship management and negotiations with our most important supplier relationships. Across all of this work, the role will interact heavily with Anduril’s US-based Supply Chain team to leverage existing processes, best practices, and strategies in order to implement the best possible system in Australia.


The right person for this role has a track record of leading Supply Chain initiatives in a fast-paced environment and a no-task-too-little that is critical for growing an organization from the ground up. If you are someone who likes a hands-on role, is comfortable being a builder, and can work across organizations well, the Supply Chain Manager opening is for you.

WHAT YOU'LL DO:

• Serve as both the strategic leader for all Supply Chain-related work across the company and a tactical doer to help us improve as we grow. You will be the first local Supply Chain hire in Quonset for the Maritime Undersea Dominance product line as we build out the team over time.
• Build out and run a strategic sourcing and commodity management function for the US based supply chain, helping Anduril’s NPI and production products meet their needs. You will interact with every part of the bill of materials and will need to leverage an expansive set of cross-discipline knowledge and be able to climb the curve quickly on materials, parts, suppliers, and manufacturing processes that are less familiar to you.
• Partner with engineering and manufacturing to execute both tactical-level PO and inventory management as well as the formation of a Supply Chain strategy that meets critical business and financial benchmarks.
• Own the supplier relationships, holding our suppliers accountable to supplier agreements and ensuring best in class service.
• Oversee our planning, purchasing, and inventory workflows and staffing, working with our existing team leads on prioritization, staffing, hiring, managing our progress toward goals, and managing our execution on key metrics.
• Build out the necessary benchmarks, track quality-related metrics, and establish KPIs to understand how our Supply Chain team is impacting our product development and business.
• Experience with AS9100D guidelines.

We are seeking several Lead Manufacturing Technicians to join our team at our Quonset, RI facility to support Dive-XL. Here you will work on cutting-edge technology aimed at advancing the state-of-the-possible in subsea robotics. You will play a key role in delivering our AUVs to our customers by working hands-on with our engineering team in a multi-disciplinary environment to scale our AUV production globally. This will require hands-on work on hardware in a number of areas: composite and metallic structural fabrication and integration, electronic component fabrication & install onto structures, and software loading and full system checkouts. This also includes standing up our production line for Dive-XL in our Quonset facility.

Please note: This role requires international travel to Australia for 1 month for onboarding for knowledge transfer and training, as well as a 2-4 week stay at Anduril HQ within the first 90 days for additional training.

WHAT YOU’LL DO

• The Lead Manufacturing Technician will report to the Manager, Production Operations and work alongside other manufacturing/electrical/test technicians, leading technician staff in the production and delivery of AUVs through testing
• While executing manufacturing operations, apply a higher level of knowledge and skills in hardware assembly, troubleshooting and repair
• Ensure all operators are following safety procedures and standard work tasks. Improve work area safety and efficiency through regular auditing and constant scrutiny

ABOUT THE JOB

We are looking for a Manager of Product Quality Engineering to join our rapidly growing team in Quonset, RI. The Quality team works with our customers, internal teams, and suppliers to ensure the deployment of reliable products that meet all mission requirements. We develop cutting-edge Quality processes and methods to secure scalable, long-term business success.

As the lead of the Quality function for Maritime’s Dive-XL, you will work inside and outside the organization to develop strategies, define and execute plans, and implement processes that deliver reliable products. The right person for this role has knowledge of manufacturing, product development, and continuous improvement. If you are someone who loves to build world-class Quality processes, develop teams, and be accountable for results, then this role is for you.

Please note: This role requires international travel to Australia for 1 month for onboarding for knowledge transfer and training; This can be broken up in 2 week increments.

WHAT YOU’LL DO

• Partner with the manufacturing engineering, production, and development engineers to support the quality of the integration process for components such as underwater sensors/equipment, PCBAs, cables, wiring harness, actuators, machined parts and structures, etc. Conduct audits and inspections to ensure compliance with quality standards. Partner with development engineers to create, define, develop, and implement inspection systems.
• Work cross-functionally to define and execute the product build and inspection requirements to meet our customer quality requirements.
• Lead the non-conformance review (NCR) process for vehicle integration: Identify defects and flaws in vehicle and subsystem assembly, identify issues and implement corrective actions, and support the usage of coordinate systems, envelopes, and interfaces for system integration.
• Lead the Root Cause and Corrective Action (RCCA) process for integration, incident management system and Material Review Board (MRB) activities for defense programs, while owning containments for prototype builds and production.
• Support the incoming inspection processes and integration process for quality documentation, planning, and metrics for effectiveness.
• Build and manage the quality engineering team for the Dive-XL production line.

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or similar technical field, or equivalent work experience
• 8+ years of relevant experience working with OEM suppliers and manufacturing operations building complex hardware and software systems
• 5+ years experience working in a AS9100 regulated environment
• Experience managing and building a quality team
• Experience in engineering, manufacturing, or quality within the aerospace/defense, automotive, or medical device fields
• Proven record in strategy and execution of Quality Management Systems in a certified AS9100 enterprise
• Working knowledge of product development methodologies such as Failure Modes and Effects Analysis (FMEA), Change Management, and Advanced Product Quality Planning (APQP)
• A strong ownership mindset with demonstrated capability to drive projects from start to finish
• Proven ability to track, prioritize and drive to success multiple concurrent projects with a strong operational background

Summary of Job:

The Regional Account Manager (RAM) – Rare Disease is a critical commercial role responsible for expanding the diagnosed patient population and driving appropriate treatment initiation through education-driven, data-informed field engagement. This role is designed to complement existing Regional Business Manager (RBM) coverage by placing primary emphasis on new and earlier patient identification, diagnostic pathway enablement, and referral network activation.

In rare disease markets, where growth is driven by patient identification rather than market share shifts, the Regional Account Manager focuses on uncovering diagnostic gaps, enabling earlier disease recognition, and ensuring appropriate handoff of qualified patient opportunities to RBMs for treatment initiation and account execution. The RAM serves as a field integrator across the local ecosystem and works in close collaboration with Regional Business Managers and relevant cross-functional partners

Essential Functions:

Patient Identification & Diagnostic Enablement

• Identify rare disease patients through engagement with healthcare providers, including but not limited to IM/FP, General Pediatrics, Rheumatology, Physical Therapy, Pain Management, and other non-traditional specialties
• Identify and address diagnostic gaps within targeted accounts that may delay or prevent accurate diagnosis
• Map, influence, and support local diagnostic and referral pathways to reduce time from disease suspicion to confirmed diagnosis
• Support appropriate use of diagnostic tools and specialist referrals, including utilization of approved HCP identification tools
• Serve as a field integrator to help ensure potential patients are identified throughout the diagnostic journey

Education

The Sales Manager is responsible for bringing Chowbus’ POS system to the local and regional restaurants. This role is focused on prospecting, building relationships, leading the sales cycle, and closing partnerships with prospective restaurants while promoting the Chowbus brand. By understanding our restaurants’ unique needs, this role will develop a customized technology solution that helps the restaurants’ business thrive.

What You'll Focus On

• Develop and maintain a deep understanding of the competitive landscape and determine how to best position Chowbus’ restaurant technology in the market.
• Research and qualify prospects that are a good fit for Chowbus’ restaurant technology platform.
• Engage in regular outbound prospecting via cold visits, calling, email, marketing campaigns, and other avenues.
• Conduct demos and develop a solution that best meets the prospects’ needs.
• Successfully accomplish assigned KPIs and goals that include, but are not limited to, daily outreach quotas and newly onboarded partners per month.
• Manage sales activities and results using Chowbus’ CRM tool.
• Partner with regional team to ensure that the expectations set during the sales process are executed during delivery of the product/service.

• Are bilingual in Chinese

The salary for this role is $50,000-$80,000 plus sales commission, depending on experience.
