The Role 

RISE Personal Care Specialists engage in one-on-one interactions with patients and/or customers from the time they enter the retail area until they check out and exit the store. Our ideal Personal Care Specialist candidate should be friendly and upbeat, much like a barista in your favorite coffee shop. Our incredible Personal Care Specialists are Green Thumb’s secret to success—they connect each unique patient and/or customer with just the right product and method of consumption for their needs. The Personal Care Specialist is a master of our menu and knows exactly how to help anyone who walks through the dispensary’s doors.  

Responsibilities 

• Engage with and assist patients and/or customers in a customer-facing, intimate retail environment 
• Play an active part in patients' and/or customers' education on products, methods of consumption, and safety as part of patient interaction 
• Utilize product and consumption-method knowledge to recommend a safe and effective regimen suited to each patient and/or customer’s needs. Responsible for remaining up to date on product knowledge.
• Promote a work environment that is positive, communicative, patient and/or customer-oriented
• Assist in verifying order deliveries for accuracy 
• Provide necessary support to the management team to ensure retail store operations run smoothly, properly, and in compliance with the applicable rules and regulations, including daily activities, maintenance, and patient information for any reported issues and/or complaints 
• Ensure local and state cannabis regulations are properly enforced and upheld 
• Ensure sales floor is properly stocked and presence of the store is well maintained and compliant
• Maintenance of hard copy files as required  
• Follow security measures and safety compliance procedures

Complete duties at assigned workstations, as determined by management, during scheduled shifts including: 

• Front of House: Check In, Sales Floor, POS (Kiosk, In-Store, Pre-Order), Curbside, Roll Thru
• Back of House: Fulfillment, Receiving, Replenishment, Inventory Counts
• Maintenance: Uphold cleanliness, safety, and presentation standards throughout the dispensary
• Other duties as assigned

Qualifications  

• At least one year of customer service experience; preference for candidates with specialty, customer-facing retail experience 
• Meet the scheduling and availability requirements (i.e., ability to work a schedule inclusive of varying shifts such as mornings, days, nights, and weekends) to meet business needs 
• Must have reliable, responsible, and dependable attendance 
• Must be 21 years or older 
• Must pass all required background checks including state-specific cannabis employment requirements 
• Possess valid driver’s license or state ID 
• Must be and remain compliant with all legal or company regulations for working in the cannabis industry 
• Prior cannabis experience not required

Additional Requirements 

Must have the ability to perform the following tasks for prolonged periods of time (i.e., up to the duration of a scheduled shift or workday) 

• Move about the dispensary to fulfill work assignments and assist patients and/or customers in various locations of the dispensary 
• Remain in a stationary position, if required, to meet the needs of the business 
• Converse and communicate with individuals and groups of people directly 
• Operate point of sale system, computer, and other office productivity machinery to use online programming and software including word processing, database management, spreadsheet applications and email 
• Prepare patient and/customer orders by moving and placing products 
• Inspect and receive detailed information, such as patients' and/or customers' dates of birth, in-store or online orders, or inquiries 
• Move inventory and materials weighing up to 30 pounds independently 
• Position self to move inventory and materials in storage areas 

Skills

• Desire to continuously learn (more) about cannabis, cannabinoids, and the endocannabinoid system, GTI products, and cannabis therapies – previous knowledge preferred

ABOUT THE JOB

We are looking for a Manufacturing Engineering Manager to join our rapidly growing team in Quonset, RI. In this role, you will be responsible for leading and managing a manufacturing engineering team over a subset of Anduril’s products to drive process improvements, ensure the highest quality of production, and support the development and implementation of new products. You will play a crucial role in optimizing manufacturing processes, reducing costs, and increasing efficiencies on existing technologies while also developing new products and scaling to full scale production.

We are looking for a Supplier Quality Engineer to join our new team in Quonset, RI. In this role, you will be responsible for work inside & outside the organization to define, develop, and execute processes that deliver high quality & reliable sub-sea components, including connectors, wet cables, mechanical parts, and batteries, for Anduril missions. This role focuses on collaborating and driving early engagement with our design teams and suppliers to meet our quality requirements the first time and to evaluate technologies to assist in the design for manufacturing assessment, supplier technology assessment/development, as well as supplier quality management. Everything comes down to clarity and action with our suppliers and partnering with them for world class results is essential across the supply chain. The right person for this role has knowledge of battery, sub-sea electronics, and wet cable manufacturing, supply management, supplier development, sub-system performance criteria and metrology, and continuous improvement. If you are someone who loves to build world-class quality processes with suppliers, work hands-on with engineering, and be accountable for results, then this role is for you.

WHAT YOU’LL DO

• Partner with our design teams to support the design development process, provide design for manufacturability feedback, and help generate product data (drawings details, BOM information, layouts, test requirements, and part requirements) for battery cells, battery systems and power electronics that lead to supplier quality success. for electrical and mechanical sub-assembly systems
• Leverage your knowledge and expertise of electronics materials, processes, design for manufacturability (DFM), and inspection/measurement techniques to support the internal Anduril design process and ideation. Offer guidance in managing technical risks and oversee the progression from proof of concept and prototyping stages through to scaling up designs for high-volume production within the design development framework
• Drive the supplier quality development processes throughout the product development stages with appropriate engineering and production teams through design reviews, supplier process development, testing, and qualification for components and sub-assemblies for sub-sea components. Review supplier processes and capabilities to ensure alignment to electrical performance & sub-assembly requirements can be achieved, including driving supplier QC processes (i.e. cell compliance before assembly, welded cell block validation, and complete module/pack end-of-line outgoing quality processes match incoming quality checks)
• Partner with development engineering, product quality engineering, Product sourcing engineering, Global Strategic Sourcing and program management to deliver predictable supply to the development programs, production programs, and manage exceptions/containments/deviations for supplier technical performance, particularly in the development phases
• Drive supplier quality readiness by analyzing key and critical characteristics for drawings and supplier specification, develop measurement systems, and supplier qualification activities (PPAP, FAIR, Audit, inspection development, etc.)
• Partner with Global Strategic Sourcing and Product Sourcing Engineering to drive overall supplier performance for cost, quality, delivery and fulfillment of strategic goals for the programs that you will be supporting
• Own the elimination of supplier risk to improve quality & reliability across the product lifecycle. Utilize audits, readiness reviews, and training & documentation to ensure compliance
• Support Root Cause and Corrective Action (RCCA) and Material Review Board (MRB) activities, while owning containments derived from purchased goods
• Review supplier effectiveness of actions and share lessons learned across the product team. Drive supplier corrective action and response (SCAR) process
• Audit the Quality Management System at our suppliers, as it pertains to supplier quality and performance. Define and improve required documentation and activities as needed to ensure Anduril’s compliance to flow-down requirements from customers
• Prepare, support, and lead supplier onsite audits and reviews for contract deliverables for quality management and compliance

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or similar technical field
• 2+ years of Supplier Quality Engineering, Quality Engineering, or Manufacturing Engineering experience in sub-sea electronics, wet cable manufacturing, and battery manufacturing environments with strong problem solving skills
• Experience in Electronic Top Level Assembly (TLA) and PCBA manufacturing processes, test methods & concepts, High voltage systems & Power electronics is a plus
• Experience in scaling supplier capabilities and quality from prototype and proof of concept parts to low rate production to high rate production
• Experience flowing down Source Control requirements to Suppliers
• Experience performing First Article Inspection to AS9102 Industry Standard and ensuring suppliers have control plans and inspection processes that are capable of meeting product requirements. Experience with IPC-A-610/620, IPC-J-STD-001, and MIL-STD-810
• Experience with driving supplier performance and evaluation. Experience with Statement of Work (SOW), quality clauses, intellectual property (IP), and government regulations such as ITAR, etc
• Working knowledge of product development methodologies such as Failure Modes and Effects Analysis (FMEA), Advanced Product Quality Planning (APQP), Production Part Approval Process (PPAP) elements such as Measurement Systems Analysis (MSA), quality improvement techniques, and Geometric Dimensioning and Tolerancing (GD&T)
• A strong ownership mindset with demonstrated capability to drive projects from start to completion
• Analytical skills and experiences for data mining, data quality, metrics generation, issue management systems, and statistical analysis tools (MatLab, JMP, MiniTab, etc)
• Must be able to travel up to 25% of the time to suppliers, sourcing partners, and manufacturing locations

• Master’s degree in a technical field

ABOUT THE JOB

We are looking for a Senior Product Sourcing Engineer to join our rapidly growing team in Quonset Point, RI. In this role, you will be responsible for driving the strategic supply network development and cost management of Anduril’s product hardware, across their lifecycles, by collaborating with suppliers and cross-functionally, including stakeholders in engineering, quality, and manufacturing.

WHAT YOU'LL DO:

• Conduct supplier selection for a specific product, leveraging approved supplier list.
• Partner with strategic suppliers to accelerate product development via activities such as:
• Concept scoping to quickly solidify requirements
• Feature trade-off / trade tables
• Total Cost of Ownership modeling
• Joint design development, via clear statements of work
• Simulation of mechanical & electronics designs
• Drive commercial
• Development and execution of sourcing strategy via full market knowledge, supplier rationalization, commodity pricing plan and effective principles to drive efficiency and cost
• Drive the development and consolidation of a manufacturing BOM, working with Quality & Manufacturing, to ramp production internally and with our suppliers with high flexibility

We are looking for a Quality Inspector to join our new team in Quonset, RI. The Quality team works with our customers, internal teams, and suppliers to ensure the deployment of reliable products that meet all mission requirements. In this role, you will be responsible for supporting the Manufacturing/Production teams, and be responsible for learning and executing detailed inspection processes necessary to ensure a quality product in a timely manner. Some of the daily duties will include inspecting incoming materials, equipment, and products to ensure quality specifications are met. Additionally, you'll investigate/troubleshoot product and production issues, take corrective action as well as implement standards/specifications/processes cross-functionally with Quality Teams.

• Partner with the manufacturing engineering, production, and development engineers to support the quality of the integration process for components such as underwater sensors/equipment, PCBAs, cables, wiring harness, actuators, machined parts and structures, etc. Conduct audits and inspections to ensure compliance with quality standards. Partner with development engineers to create, define, develop, and implement inspection systems.
• Work cross-functionally to define and execute the product build and inspection requirements to meet our customer quality requirements.
• Lead the non-conformance review (NCR) process for vehicle integration: Identify defects and flaws in vehicle and subsystem assembly, identify issues and implement corrective actions, and support the usage of coordinate systems, envelopes, and interfaces for system integration.
• Lead the Root Cause and Corrective Action (RCCA) process for integration, incident management system and Material Review Board (MRB) activities for defense programs, while owning containments for prototype builds and production.
• Support the incoming inspection processes and integration process for quality documentation, planning, and metrics for effectiveness.
• Build and manage the quality engineering team for the Dive-XL production line.

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or similar technical field, or equivalent work experience
• 8+ years of relevant experience working with OEM suppliers and manufacturing operations building complex hardware and software systems
• 5+ years experience working in a AS9100 regulated environment

Responsibilities

About the Role

We are seeking a Jr. Property Manager to support the launch and growth of our Providence, Rhode Island portfolio. This individual will be our first team member based in Providence and will operate as a local extension of our Boston-based Property Operations team.

In the early months, this role will focus heavily on supporting property inspections, acquisition due diligence, vendor sourcing, and onboarding newly acquired residential properties. As the Providence portfolio grows, responsibilities will expand into full day-to-day property management and resident services.

This position will be based in Providence and will operate out of a local workspace, with regular coordination and structured reporting to Boston leadership. The ideal candidate is highly organized, proactive, comfortable working independently, and excited to help implement established systems in a new market.

Property Onboarding

• Support the Acquisitions team with on-site property inspections, due diligence, and underwriting support
• Assist in the transition of newly acquired assets from closing through operational stabilization
• Coordinate initial property setup including utilities, vendor relationships, compliance requirements, and service agreements
• Implement Groma’s established property management SOPs during the onboarding process
• Provide feedback to Boston leadership regarding local operational considerations or Rhode Island regulatory requirements

Property Management Essentials

• Execute Groma’s standard operating procedures across newly onboarded rental properties
• Maintain strong communication with Boston-based Property Operations leadership
• Establish and manage service agreements with local maintenance contractors, tenant/landlord attorneys, and residential leasing partners
• Ensure compliance with Rhode Island landlord-tenant laws and local housing regulations
• Maintain organized documentation and task tracking for all properties

Facility Management

• Oversee day-to-day operations of Providence properties as they are acquired and stabilized
• Conduct regular property inspections to identify maintenance or safety issues
• Coordinate maintenance requests and ensure timely resolution
• Manage emergency service coordination and generate incident reports when necessary
• Ensure properties are maintained to a high standard and in compliance with applicable codes and regulations

Resident Services

• Handle resident inquiries and concerns in a professional and timely manner
• Support marketing and leasing efforts for available units
• Coordinate resident onboarding and offboarding processes
• Assist with delinquency follow-up and coordination of collections efforts
• Support eviction processes in partnership with leadership and legal counsel
• Help foster a positive resident experience aligned with Groma’s standards

Property Reporting

• Assist in managing property-level budgets and tracking expenses
• Prepare and maintain detailed operating reports on a weekly, monthly, and annual cadence
• Track delinquency and unpaid balances and provide structured reporting to Boston leadership
• Maintain accurate records across internal property management systems

Experience 

• 2–4 years of experience in property management or a related real estate operations field
• Strong organizational, documentation, and task management skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Comfort working independently while maintaining structured communication with remote leadership
• Knowledge of Rhode Island landlord-tenant law preferred
• Ability to coordinate vendors and cross-functional teams effectively
• Availability to work evenings and weekends as needed

The Jewish Alliance of Greater Rhode Island (the “Alliance”) serves as the central hub of Jewish life in Rhode Island, enriching the quality of life for Jews locally, in Israel, and around the world. The Opportunity 

The Jewish Alliance of Greater Rhode Island seeks an energetic, visionary, and passionate Chief Executive Officer to lead the organization into its next chapter. Reporting to the Board of Directors and partnering closely with senior volunteer and lay leadership, the CEO will build upon the Alliance’s strong foundation of dedicated traditional donors while guiding the organization toward new opportunities for growth, engagement, and impact. 

This role offers a unique opportunity to shape the future of Jewish communal life in Rhode Island—strengthening philanthropy, fostering innovation, cultivating leadership, and serving as the primary ambassador and spokesperson for the Jewish community.  

The CEO will be responsible for developing and leading a professional staff of more than 100 full- and part-time employees, nurturing a committed cadre of volunteer leaders, and articulating and implementing a compelling vision that reflects Jewish values, community priorities, and long-term sustainability. • Outstanding communication and ambassadorial presence, with exceptional written, oral, and public-speaking skills and comfort leveraging digital platforms and media to engage stakeholders and expand organizational reach 

• Experience collaborating with nonprofit boards and excellence in lay-professional partnership 

• Philanthropic and financial resource development expertise, including a strong track record in donor cultivation, stewardship, and major gift fundraising, with knowledge of diversified revenue streams across a Federation/JCC model (major gifts, corporate relations, planned giving, and earned revenue) 

• Exceptional relationship-building and diplomatic leadership skills, including demonstrated success partnering with nonprofit boards, navigating competing viewpoints, managing difficult conversations, and serving as a trusted convener across diverse stakeholders and constituencies

Compensation Package 

The Jewish Alliance of Greater Rhode Island offers a competitive and comprehensive compensation package, commensurate with experience and qualifications. 

Base Salary Range: $250,000-$300,000
