This is a critical management role responsible for the stability, integrity, and operational excellence of our core information technology systems.
Reporting to the Director/VP of Technology, you will take ownership of our cloud infrastructure, hardware assets, and our comprehensive portfolio of SaaS business applications, along with the team members dedicated to each of these IT subsets. You will build and mentor a team of talented IT engineers, establish and manage operational processes, and serve as the key escalation point for all IT Operations. About the Role:
As a Senior AI Engineer, you will help architect, build and implement our AI platforms, working closely with data quality engineers, data/software engineers, platform engineers, DevOps, product owners and business. You provide technical leadership for multiple, diverse, and geographically distributed teams. You will coach and guide teams to enable future success.
