Role Overview

As an onX Senior Backend Engineer, your day to day responsibilities would look like:

COMPENSATION

onX is committed to compensating all employees fairly and equitably for their contributions. For this position, applicants can expect to make between $146,000 to $182,000 upon hire. The pay range will vary based on experience, skills, certifications, and education among other factors as required in the job description. In addition, full-time onX employees are eligible for a grant of common share options with a vesting schedule and a potential annual bonus of 10% based on company performance.

ESA is hiring a GIS Analyst/Developer to join our Pacific Northwest Technology Services team based out of our Seattle, WA, and/or Portland & Bend, OR offices. The ideal candidate will support multidisciplinary project teams across ESA's Pacific Northwest offices. • Maintain and advance our reduced-order beam element analysis tool written in Julia. Author new load cases, fix bugs, and optimize performance.

Location

Our offices, lab, and shop are located in Portland, Oregon. We strongly prefer that candidates are willing to relocate to Portland, but at a minimum the position requires the ability to travel to Portland intermittently.
