We're looking for an IT Engineer based in Poland to join a nimble, cross-functional team supporting a distributed, Global workforce across various time zones. As an Accounts Receivable Specialist, your key area of responsibility will be ensuring accurate and timely invoicing, collections, and reconciliation across assigned accounts. You will manage the full accounts receivable cycle - from verifying pricing accuracy on invoices and calculating reseller credits to monitoring deviations from credit standards, processing necessary write-offs or credits, and completing month-end closing tasks. You will work closely with the Accounts Receivable Manager for approvals and serve as the primary customer liaison for invoicing, billing, activations, terminations, support tickets, and order inquiries, ensuring assigned accounts are consistently well-supported.
To be successful in this role, you will be a highly organized, detail-oriented team player with excellent communication skills and the ability to practice discretion in all corporate matters. You must be a problem-solver who can manage multiple priorities simultaneously in a fast-paced environment. In addition, the successful candidate will bring strong analytical skills and a solid understanding of computerized accounting systems like Dynamics AX. Proficiency in Google Suite and Excel is required, along with a proven track record of 3-5 years in accounts receivable and a background in Finance or Administration.
Assure timely and accurate invoicing for assigned accounts
Assure timely collection of monies due to Geotab related to assigned accounts
Ensure write-offs for assigned accounts are completed in a timely manner
Calculate any necessary credits due to assigned Reseller accounts and submit to the Accounts Receivable Manager for approval before posting
Monitor and report on deviations from credit standards for assigned accounts
Ensure that pricing on invoices is correct, accounting for concessions
Serve as the customer liaison for invoicing, billing, activations, terminations, support tickets, and order inquiries for assigned accounts
Make recommendations to improve the quality of invoicing and collection procedures
Complete additional tasks at month-end to ensure timely invoicing of all accounts
Support Geotab global strategic initiatives
Diploma or degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field
3–5 years of experience in accounts receivable or a similar finance or collections role
General understanding of computerized accounting systems; knowledge of Dynamics AX ERP is an asset
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to make well-judged decisions
Technical proficiency with Google Workspace (Sheets, Docs, Slides) and Microsoft Excel

Your Impact:
Strategic Process Mapping: Lead discovery sessions to identify and map high-friction points in the employee and customer journey.
AI-Driven Transformation: Translate complex AI and automation concepts—including Generative AI, chatbots, and predictive analysis—into scalable solutions for internal teams.
Next-Gen Workflow Automation: Re-engineer and automate routine tasks to drastically improve resolution speed and accuracy.
Root-Cause Resolution: Identify and eliminate product or process blockers that cause employee or partner friction, ensuring measurable impact on service quality.
Full-Lifecycle Ownership: Oversee the end-to-end implementation of automation projects, ensuring they are scalable, data-validated, and aligned with our global service-solution strategy.
What You’ll Bring:
Expertise in Scale: 5+ years of experience in sales or marketing operations with a proven track record of process optimization and automation.
