About the Role
This role is the primary owner of how the product team operates. You ensure quality and velocity don't trade off against each other — by building, scaling, and protecting the processes that make good product decisions repeatable.
You'll report directly to the CPO and serve as the main entry point for new Product Ops initiatives — prioritizing, routing, and leading the ones that matter most. You focus on what scales across the whole product team, not what solves a one-off problem for one squad.
The Product Ops team is two people: you and one manager — with plans to grow. This is a genuinely hands-on role — you'll be doing real work, not just directing it. Expect to own processes end-to-end, from design through adoption.

As our new Enterprise Sales Manager, you’ll focus on driving the growth of our corporate offering by building strong relationships with large organizations and helping them bring food, groceries, catering, and other services to their teams.
As an Enterprise Sales Manager at Wolt for Work, you’ll be driving the growth of our corporate offering by building relationships with mainly large organizations and helping them bring food, groceries, catering and other services to their teams. You’ll work closely with prospects, customers, and internal teams to build an offering that meets business needs, while representing Wolt as a trusted partner in the workplace experience space.
The total target compensation (On-Target Earnings) for this role is 14 622 PLN - 17 500 PLN gross per month. The successful candidate's starting pay will fall within the pay range listed above and is determined based on a number of job-related factors, including but not limited to skills, experience, qualifications, work location, and market conditions. This compensation is composed of an 80/20 split between base salary and variable pay (where the base salary represents 80% of the OTE range above). Eligible employees may earn variable compensation if they meet 100% of their performance targets. Actual earnings may be higher if targets are exceeded or lower if targets are not fully met.
This position is not eligible for consideration for an equity/RSU grant.

The Logistics (Courier) function is responsible for our operations globally as well as trust & safety. - Reporting - Builds a scalable reporting system that ingests millions of rows per second into our time-series databases, providing insights into cost savings, workload efficiencies, and Cast AI automation impact.
- Pricing - Drives the synchronization of public and customer cloud resources, availability, and dynamic pricing across all major cloud providers. Empowers autoscaling by leveraging discounts, commitments, and cross-cluster tracking to maximize savings. Provides a reliable source of truth for node pricing, resources, components, discounts, and commitments.
- Autoscaler - Automates Kubernetes node autoscaling to optimize clusters, balance workloads, remove underutilized nodes, and dynamically allocate capacity in real-time, thereby reducing cluster costs by half.
- Identity - Builds and maintains the trust and access foundation for the entire platform, ensuring every user, service, and workload authenticates and interacts securely and seamlessly at scale.
- Billy - Powers the critical day-2 operations layer of the platform - from billing and audit trails to notifications and feature flags - ensuring the platform runs reliably, transparently, and at scale for every customer, every day.
