The Assurance, Risk, and Compliance (“ARC”) Initiatives team at MongoDB owns the strategy, governance, and delivery of our most critical cross-functional risk and compliance initiatives. We design and execute programs that support compliance audits, risk assessments, employee awareness and enablement, and the implementation of common control frameworks, along with consistent operating cadences that align key stakeholders, accelerate decision making, and drive the execution of initiatives that reinforce MongoDB’s assurance, risk management, and compliance objectives. We define and track key metrics and deliver clear and timely, executive reporting to provide transparency, measure progress, and ensure lasting operational resilience and governance.

We serve as the central coordination point for ARC-wide initiatives, connecting Product, Engineering, Security, and Legal teams around clear priorities, milestones, and outcomes. Our focus is on building scalable governance structures, defining decision-making frameworks, and establishing repeatable ways of working so that complex efforts can be executed consistently across the team.

The Policy Program Manager is a mid-to-senior level individual contributor role responsible for leading the development and operationalization of policies and procedures aligned to established control frameworks. You will drive end-to-end ownership of policy lifecycle management, from drafting and review through implementation and ongoing maintenance, while coordinating inputs across teams to ensure accuracy, consistency, and adoption. Additionally, you will lead documentation standardization efforts, facilitate stakeholder reviews, and perform gap analyses to continuously strengthen and mature our ARC policy framework.

Responsibilities:

• Lead the end-to-end execution of company-wide compliance programs, including the annual security policy and procedure review cycle
• Design and implement scalable frameworks for policy lifecycle management (creation, review, approval, publication, and retirement)
• Establish standards, templates, and governance processes to ensure consistency and clarity across all compliance documentation
• Maintain a centralized, audit-ready repository for policies, procedures, and supporting artifacts
• Act as the primary point of contact for cross-functional teams (HR, Legal, Engineering, Product)
• Drive alignment, gather inputs, and ensure timely completion of policy updates and compliance deliverables
• Ensure policies and procedures align with regulatory, security, and internal control requirements
• Support internal and external audits by maintaining complete, accurate, and accessible documentation
• Translate audit findings and regulatory changes into actionable policy program updates
• Maintain the integrity of project-specific Jira boards and Confluence pages. Ensure all project artifacts are organized, up-to-date, and ready for leadership review or external audit
• Develop and maintain dashboards to report on program health, completion rates, and obstacles. Present status updates and metrics to leadership
• Evaluate existing program workflows and implement improvements to increase efficiency, reduce manual effort, and improve the stakeholder experience

Requirements:

• 5-8 years of program management experience, ideally within an Information Security or high-growth technology environment
• Experience creating and managing policy and procedure programs or governance frameworks
• Deep understanding of security and compliance frameworks (e.g., SOC 2, ISO 27001, PCI DSS, HIPAA, NIST CSF)
• Strong proficiency in managing full-lifecycle projects, including scoping, planning, risk mitigation, and change control
• Advanced experience with Jira and Confluence, including the ability to build custom dashboards and manage complex documentation repositories
• Maintain and support a GRC/policy management platform to ensure consistent policy administration and system usability
• Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to hold cross-functional stakeholders accountable to deadlines in a professional and effective manner
• Exceptional attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple overlapping priorities without losing sight of milestones
• A proactive, self-directed approach to work. You enjoy taking ownership of a program and building the structure necessary for its success

The Team

This role can sit in our NYC HQ on a hybrid basis, or it can be fully remote while working from a location based in either Eastern or Central time zones. We are looking for an experienced Senior Engineer for our SRE, Atlas team to support, maintain and grow the Atlas platform. As a senior SRE, you will be expected to be able to design & build complex systems, operate with autonomy and act as owner for everything you do. 

The SRE Atlas team works alongside the various Atlas software engineering teams to provide expertise about running systems at scale, build new tooling and automation and perform essential maintenance of the Atlas fleet.

The ideal candidate should

• Have 5+ years of experience running critical systems at scale
• Value efficiency in processes and operations, and display a preference for automation over manual processes (“allergic to ops work”)
• Be familiar with a major cloud provider (AWS, Azure, or GCP) and possess the ability to build and operate systems in a multi-cloud environment
• A strong understanding of how to run a large scale Linux environment, including low level fundamentals

MongoDB’s Storage Layer Services (SLS) team is re-architecting the MongoDB cloud storage layer and sits at the heart of our next-generation cloud storage architecture. This relatively new team is building performant, multi-tenant distributed storage services that both enhance today’s Atlas storage stack and enable more customer workloads to run more efficiently.

You will partner with the teams building these storage services to define SLOs, shape capacity plans, and ensure the reliability, durability, and operational safety of the storage layer that underpins Atlas. You’ll join a small, senior team of SREs as founding members of this organization, playing a crucial role in executing on a multi-year roadmap for MongoDB’s cloud storage architecture.

This role can be based out of our Boston, New York City, Raleigh, Miami, Pittsburgh or remotely in the United States while physically based in an Eastern or Central time zone location.

• Have 6+ years of experience working on software development and operating distributed systems

• Have operated or supported stateful storage or database systems at scale, and are comfortable with durability, consistency, and recovery trade-offs.

• Build for reliability, making services and infrastructure available, resilient, fault-tolerant, and self-healing
• Identify and configure key metrics to detect incidents and quantify service health, availability, and performance
• Participate in a 24/7 on-call rotation to resolve issues involving the storage infrastructure
• Become an expert in infrastructure performance, helping us optimize from the application level all the way to the kernel

• Leading major architectural shifts, such as moving from legacy storage stacks to new multi-tenant storage architectures, including planning and executing large-scale data and workload migrations with tight availability and durability requirements

About the role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Machine Learning Engineer to join our innovative team at TeleTracking Technologies, focusing on improving patient care. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in developing, deploying, and optimizing machine learning models, as well as expertise in data ingestion and modeling techniques. What we look for

 Efficient is seeking a CAD Lead - PD flows/infrastructure  to join our growing team. The ideal CAD Lead would have worked on significant portion of the full gamut of Physical Design flows and flow infrastructure (flowtracer etc).  This role is in a newly formed hardware engineering group and is the seed hire for this discipline. You will get to setup CAD flows and infra from scratch and influence and shape this aspect in the future.

Key Responsibilities

• Drive and develop PD flows, methodology for state of the art finfet and multi patterning  based technologies from scratch in Cadence Tempus or Synopsys Primetime.
• Help develop repeatable, predictable , design and process agnostic PD flows.
• Develop state of the art flow infrastructure to enable consistent and rapid design under tight schedule constraints for multiple product lines in the energy efficient edge AI computing market.
• Work closely with PD team leads to propose and develop end to end build and signoff flows.
• Build regression frameworks for ensuring high quality flows and achieve hardware engineering vision of spending 90% or more time on actual design tasks and NOT wrestling with tools.
• Develop collateral quality checking utils to ensure high design efficiency.
• Develop and deploy a unified environment for specifying all collaterals (stdcell, memory, PDK, hardips…)  and all flow dependencies (cycle time, PVTRC corners, per flow design and process dependent configuration).
• Work with 3rd party vendor resources and coordinate their work.
• Continuously work on improving flow consistency and efficiency in the context of multiple product lines.

Required Qualifications

• Master's degree in Electrical Engineering with 5+ years of industry experience or PhD in Electrical Engineering with 3+ years of industry experience
• Strong python other scripting programming skills.
• Experience in developing workflow orchestration infrastructure or tools for hardware development (Airflow, flowtracer etc)
• Familiarity with kubernetes and containerization
• Experience implementing regression frameworks
• SQL or other database proficiency (MongoDB ..)
• Intimate knowledge of hardware design workflows for Physical Design and RTL/DV.
• Excellent scripting skills in TCL, shell and python.

Desired Qualifications & Experience Requirements

• Experience in full chip RTL/DV and PD flows.
• Knowledge of circuit design, device physics, deep sub-micron technology, and SOI technology and its implications to physical design
• Proficiency with industry-grade physical design flow and hands-on building CAD flow infrastructure for PD engineers.
• Definition of design constraints for static timing analysis (synthesis, pre/post‑cts, sign‑off) and corners/voltage definitions.
• Experience in integrating analog or mixed-signal macro on top-level design.
• Experience in verifying IP collaterals.
