This is a foundational role. You will be our first visual storyteller, helping people see that what we’re building is real (and incredibly exciting).

What You'll Do

• Tell the engineering story visually: Capture and edit high-quality video footage and still photos of pulser-driven inertial fusion systems (ie, pulsed-power modules, capacitor banks, target systems, and facility builds)
• Translate complexity into clarity: Turn nanoseconds, terawatts, and ignition science into accessible visual narratives
• Own end-to-end production: Concept, pre-production, shooting, editing, finishing, publishing
• Document milestones: Capture key technical demonstrations, module builds, facility groundbreakings, and commissioning moments
• Shape employer brand: Interview engineers, technicians, operators, and leadership to show what it’s like to build fusion
• Support executive storytelling: Film and produce executive thought leadership and social media (LinkedIn) content
• Support internal communications: Support internal awards and recognition with multimedia and manage company photography
• Create platform-native content: Short-form for social, mid-form explainers, longer documentary-style pieces for both broad and specialist audiences 
• Collaborate cross-functionally: Be comfortable working with engineering and technical teams in addition to comms, operations and external affairs to align on narrative

What A Typical Week Might Look Like

• Film a pulsed-power module test in our Bay Area build center 
• Fly to Albuquerque to document construction progress on the Demonstration System facility
• Edit a 90-second milestone video for investors
• Capture behind-the-scenes footage during a national lab collaboration
• Produce a recruiting spotlight on a systems engineer
• Continue building footage for a 15-min documentary

What You’ll Do

As Brand Manager, Entertainment you’ll be responsible for helping manage and lead the direction of Authentic’s Entertainment brands, ensuring their continual growth and viability in the global market. You’ll lead and oversee relationships with global licensees ensuring that they are equipped and prepared to deliver on the brand vision, all of which drives achievement of financial targets.

What you’ll be working on:

Drive brand performance

• Engage, inspire and galvanize the organization around the brand vision, position and strategies so licensees are clear in bringing them to life in their areas of functional expertise.
• Own, in collaboration with key internal partners, the vision, position, and architecture of your brands. Leverage all brand components to drive awareness, growth and financial performance.

The Kitchn is seeking an enthusiastic Assistant Culinary Producer that will help bring our recipes to life and keep the studio running smoothly. The Assistant Culinary Producer is critical in helping our recipes succeed by cross-testing recipes, styling on set, and supporting on shoots. This role will help prep for photo and video shoots (shopping, prepping, and cooking ingredients), and also execute their own shoots. The ideal candidate for this role must have experience cross-testing recipes and food styling for digital media. The Assistant Culinary Producer will work from our Manhattan studios and report to the Deputy Food Editor.

The Production and Sourcing Manager is responsible for overseeing the end-to-end production process and sourcing of materials for our jewelry pieces. This Production and Sourcing Manager will primarily focus on ensuring the seamless execution of our jewelry manufacturing operations.

Compensation

The base salary for this position will vary based on several factors, such as relevant experience, location and your approved internal leveling assessed during the interview process. The base salary range for this role is $240,000 - $260,000. Salary is one component of our total compensation package. This position also qualifies for equity (i.e. stock options) and is eligible for discretionary bonuses based on performance.

The role of Senior Strategist is exciting, varied and constantly evolving.

About the role:

Clutch is looking for an Inventory Photographer (Evening Shift) as a critical member of our team! In this position, you will be working within the Photography Group, you will be responsible for taking great photos of our vehicles and uploading them to our database. Daily tasks include taking interior exterior, and damage photos, photo uploading, as well as vehicle shuttling. As an Inventory Photographer you will be responsible for everything that goes into making a Clutch car what it is.

Being highly organized, having strong communication skills, and excellent attention to detail are all necessities due to the high volume of vehicles that are bought and sold week to week! The shift schedule is Monday to Thursday, 4:30 PM – 3:00 AM, and includes a $1.50 per hour shift premium.

What you’ll do: 

• Properly handle company provided camera equipment to take interior and exterior photos of each vehicle
• Inspect the interior and exterior of the vehicles for cleanliness and accurately identify any imperfections that are within Clutch’s vehicle standards to make sure they are displayed correctly
• Shuttle cars between warehouses and outside lots
• Maintain a high level consistency in your photos by following a standard shot list for each vehicle (all details captured, proper exposure and composition)
• Edit and upload photos to the company’s administrative application (cropping, straightening, exposure mostly)

Position Overview

The Photographer / Multimedia Specialist Specialist is responsible for the end-to-end creation of premium visual assets. Qualifications:

Required

• Proven professional experience in product still life, editorial, lifestyle, and on-model e-commerce photography.
• Strong portfolio demonstrating technical proficiency in both studio and live-action environments.
• High proficiency in Adobe Photoshop, Lightroom, Premier, and CaptureOne.
• Demonstrated ability to independently manage complex lighting setups for studio and on-location shoots.
• Advanced post-production skills in retouching and file preparation for various media.

Physical Requirements & Working Conditions

• Stationary Positions & Movement: Physically active role requiring the ability to stand, move about, and maintain high energy for extended periods during shoots and events. Must be able to travel frequently and independently between various on-location shoot sites and tournaments.

ROLE OVERVIEW

We are looking for a talented and highly creative stylist to report to the Styling Manager. You will prepare and style all outfits that will be shot on your set daily reaching a KPI of 70 products daily. Ensuring each look is elevated, on trend and aspirational to our customers. Using your fashion and brand knowledge, you will deliver the Fashion Nova visual aesthetic and image quality. You will partner and collaborate with the photographer on set to ensure each outfit is best represented according to the style guides, trends and ensuring any unique selling points on the products are captured. The ideal candidate will be able to think creatively on their feet, Have a good understanding of fit, color, proportion and where accessorizing is appropriate.

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Deliver elevated, aspirational styling to our customer in every look produced
• Responsible for hitting daily KPI goals of 70 products daily, while maintaining trend and on brand styling across multiple categories
• On set styling of a wide variety of products, ensuring that priority items are shot first 
• Monitor photoshoots for any discrepancies and ensure each look is fully captured to the highest garment aesthetic 
• Consistently utilize a comprehensive understanding of styling fundamentals and merchandise standards, including a detail-oriented eye and ability to execute exceptional on-model styling 
• Maintain a consistent dialogue with the Photographer, Styling Manager and Sample Coordinators about productivity. 
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of studio space 
• Present fresh styling ideas to styling team huddles
• Contribute to styling closet suggestions

ROLE REQUIREMENTS

• Minimum of 2-4 years of experience ideally as a Stylist working in a fast-paced, eCommerce environment directly dealing with garment styling or similar experience assisting. 
• Knowledge of on trend Styling with a keen eye for detail 
• Knowledge of fit, cut, color and proportion
• Understanding of needs from both a creative and production perspective within a studio environment 
• Must have portfolio that demonstrates styling on-model 
• Experience styling models on set in the fashion industry 
• Experience working with e-commerce product styling is highly preferred 
• Ability to organize, prioritize in a dynamic environment 
• Ability to work both independently and as part of a team

Overview:

Event Site Photographers are responsible for deftly navigating bustling student group activities capturing dynamic storytelling imagery that documents attendee’s day-to-day event experience at our summer career and leadership enrichment programs for elementary, middle, and high school students. You will be tasked with artful capture of meaningful learning moments, newly formed friendships, program speakers, hands-on activities, and off-site excursions and site visits. To accomplish this successfully, you will need your head on a swivel and quick reflexes in documenting these authentic moments. The ideal candidate has experienced success as either a wedding or sports event photographer. Imagery you capture will be used for a myriad of purposes from student and parent access to program sales and marketing activities, and social media promotions. 

What to Expect:

• First and foremost, all team members are expected to enable the safety and well-being of our students and model and embody our core Service Values.
• Provide own professional photography equipment (self-insured)
• Receive program shot list(s) and defined daily content capture listings: students, classes, workshops, tours, hands-on activities, guest speakers, etc.
• All captured imagery is rights-released and owned by WorldStrides, Inc. in perpetuity
• Imagery captured at event(s) cannot be used for Photographer self-promotion without WorldStrides permission
• Ability to travel (flights, coaches, vehicles)
• Navigate large venues for event captures (extensive walking required)
• Monitor and ensure the safety of all program participants
• Being part of a highly collaborative site operations team
• Attend daily site staff meetings
• Working hours between 7am-11pm; June-July (some early August) and travel to different sites may be required
• Option to reside on the program site within college dorms, hotels, or conferences centers
• Complete mandatory on-site pre-season training; including photography brand guidelines
• Assist in policy enforcement, including participant conduct, dress code, while acting as a positive team member, mentor, and role model for all team members, participants, and their families

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Attend and capture student experiences at our various Envision program events and locations–documenting the complete student-learning experience.
• Capture uplifting, lively, and memorable program experiences through dynamic, inclusive, and impactful visual content as detailed in the provided shot list
• Complete mandatory daily content uploads to our photo sharing site, to organized file folders and albums for public consumption
• Review staff/student provided images/video uploads-–tagging selects that have potential for broader usage (as reviewed against shot list)
• Participate in the photo approval process as needed
• As time allows, capture organic video content in support of photography shot list for usage across social media channels–this is considered a ‘value add’
• Create an image montage at the conclusion of each program session, highlighting the experience for potential use end of program celebrations, social media, etc.
• Perform additional misc. duties as designated by the Site Lead and other leads such as, assist with the set-up or take-down of program events
• Communicate professionally, effectively and positively with staff team, families, vendors, speakers, etc.
• Strict adherence to WorldStrides policies and procedures – contribute to a safe and engaging environment for youth

Qualifications:

• 2+ years’ experience specializing as event photographer, such as weddings and/or sporting events – student photography a plus
• Strong skills in digital photography, and editing – videography a plus
• Provide your own professional and insured and insured photography equipment to shoot on location at program sites, which may include college campuses, companies, or other off-site venues. Equipment may vary to include DSLR cameras, lenses, audio equipment, stabilizers, etc.
• Ability to work with and guide youth and staff to obtain quality content
• Be a self-starter with and action-oriented mindset and attention to detail
• Ability to work extended days and hours
• Ability to receive and apply critical feedback and guidance
• Always monitor the safety of participants
