You will own, coordinate and execute the global business development strategy, plan and activities on designated global pharmaceutical and biotech accounts in order to meet Inizio Ignite RP and STEM sales and revenue targets.

You will work directly and indirectly coordinating and supporting all BD activities in partnership with the Inizio Ignite Innovation & Growth team to increase awareness, access, and sales for RP, STEM and Inizio for the accounts they are accountable for.

You will represent the customer within Inizio Insights, create, communicate, and execute a customer centric value proposition internally and externally to become a trusted partner.

You will partner with other SVPs, VPs and account managers across the Inizio Ignite RP and STEM teams to embed commercial best practices and drive key account growth initiatives in a collaborative fashion.

Job Role:

• Lead and co-ordinate business development activities within the assigned target client accounts, this includes winning new and repeat business, and expanding RP, STEM and Inizio business across new services and new geographies (breadth and depth).
• Take accountability for account targets and support delivery through coordination with global and regional delivery teams.
• The individual must develop strong relationships with key stakeholders within the target accounts, ensuring that a partnership is built that facilitates maintenance and growth of target accounts. Key external stakeholders range from senior functional heads such within sales, insights/business intelligence, marketing, SFE, medical excellence, global brand leads, global medical leaders through to CEOs
• Partnering with the operational account leadership to support critical service delivery deliverables including result presentations and action planning for future projects and services.    
• Acting as a point of escalation for all customer stakeholders

Role Overview

The Senior Account Enablement Manager plays a pivotal role in driving operational excellence and strategic alignment across Ignite’s global sales ecosystem. This role leads the Account Enablement team, ensuring consistent, high-quality support for Ignite Sales Executives and Account teams across North America, Europe, and APAC. The Lead will serve as a central coordination point between Sales, vertical delivery teams, and commercial enablement, enabling visibility, structure, and momentum for market-aligned growth initiatives.

What you'll be doing

 Account Enablement

• Lead and manage the Account Enablement team, fostering a culture of excellence, collaboration, and continuous improvement.
• Develop and apply consistent processes and tools to implement strategic account management processes across Ignite (as defined and utilized by Ignite Sales Executive team)
• Align support of account enablement team to Ignite top 10 priority accounts
• Drive best practices across pursuit readiness, lead tracking, account planning, and client relationship visibility.

Resolve in partnership with Ignite point of contact within Commercial Ops team.
• Monitor and improve data quality by flagging recurring gaps (e.g., missing close dates, inconsistent stages, untagged opportunities) and coordinating follow-ups with Sales Execs and seller-doers to improve compliance and accuracy over time (supported by business partner on Commercial Ops team).

BD Process Harmonization

• Standardize account planning and pipeline management routines across accounts by aligning on common definitions, templates, and “ways of working” (e.g., what constitutes a qualified opportunity, stage expectations, and handoff points between Sales and delivery teams).
• Support alignment on key commercial metrics (pipeline, win rate, days-to-sell, average deal size, forecast accuracy, account health indicators) by partnering with Business Intelligence/Reporting to document definitions, reconcile inconsistencies, and drive adoption of a single set of Ignite reporting standards.

• Understanding of ArcGIS from an IT context (such as hardware, storage, security, networking, web services, virtualization, cloud computing)
• Experience in technical consulting and conceptual solution design as well as an understanding of sales and business development processes
• Experience with geodatabases and underlying DBMS technology
• Knowledge of cloud computing concepts and environments (Microsoft Azure or AWS)

The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with enterprise systems administration, security best practices, and automation, while supporting a hybrid workforce and collaborating across departments.

Core Responsibilities

Microsoft 365 & Azure Administration

• Administer and optimize Microsoft 365 services (Exchange Online, OneDrive, Teams, Teams Phone, SharePoint) and Microsoft Azure resources (VMs, Storage, Networking).
