• Assess the current DevSecOps maturity and define a clear roadmap in coordination with the Architecture Committee.

Team Support & Enablement

• Support development and operations teams on day-to-day security topics.

Shift-Left Security

Automation & Tooling

Versioning & Configuration Management

• Implement Infrastructure as Code (IaC) with embedded security controls using tools such as Terraform and Ansible.
• Ensure full versioning of code, infrastructure, configurations, and security policies.
• Manage secrets and certificates through dedicated solutions such as HashiCorp Vault or equivalent tools.

Monitoring & Incident Management

• Deploy and maintain security monitoring tools, including SIEM, alerting, and monitoring solutions.
• Automate anomaly detection and incident response through SOAR and automated runbooks.
• Actively contribute to the management and resolution of security incidents.

Workplace Environment Security Support

• Provide technical support to the team managing the workplace environment, including Microsoft 365, Exchange Online, and SharePoint, on security and monitoring topics.

Sr. Solutions Architect (Lakewatch - EMEA) 

The Solutions Architect (Lakewatch) team executes on Databricks’ strategic Product Operating Model that provides enhanced focus on earlier stage, highly prioritized product lines in order to establish product market fit, and set the course for rapid revenue growth. They are part of a global go-to-market team mandate, though individually will cover a specific, local region.  Clients may span across one or more business units and verticals. The Solutions Architect (Lakewatch) is paired with an Account Executive aligned to the product line with specific targets accordingly. Together, they will devise and implement a strategy across their assigned set of accounts, develop presentations, demos and other assets and deliver them such that customers make an informed decision as they decide to adopt the product-line in a meaningful way.

The Lakewatch product-line requires the following core technical competencies:

• 5+ years of cybersecurity engineering, security operations (SecOps), or security architecture expertise, with a proven track record of designing and delivering customer-facing security solutions (of which 3+ years are in a customer-facing, pre-sales or consulting role).
• Experience with design and implementation of data and AI applications in cybersecurity, including anomaly detection, behavioral analytics, and agentic AI workflows for triage and investigation.

The role

At Helsing we develop and deliver AI-based capabilities and the enabling infrastructure that allow semi-autonomous platforms to localise, navigate, and perceive the world in real time. We build software that is subject to significant and unorthodox technical constraints, must operate in a wide variety of constantly-changing environments, and has to support an ever-growing list of challenging use-cases. What we build ultimately ends up in the hands of real people in high-risk, high-stress situations, so must be both reliable and frictionless. The day-to-day

• Review code contributions, proposals, and RFCs from colleagues. At Helsing we strongly believe that unblocking others takes precedence over spending more time on your own work.

• Propose and implement new features, capabilities, algorithms, infrastructure, or even full products across our stack. We encourage our engineers to look beyond their immediate team for missed opportunities, and to speak up when they identify one.

• Become a mentor, find a mentee, and help support and develop our interviewing pipeline. The people make or break the company, and we want as many engineers as possible to be part of fostering and growing the organisation.

• Share your experience and technical know-how with other Helsingers. We host tech talks, get together for smaller “let’s learn together” groups, run topical office hours (e.g., on Rust), etc. to help each other get better with time.

• Maintain our existing software stack, including working with internal and external customers to identify issues, improving operational reliability and performance, and fending off technical debt. The stack is a mix of Rust and Python, with Python mainly living in the ML-heavy sections.

• Further develop our tests and benchmarks, both at the micro and macro level. We operate in a domain where robustness is of the utmost importance, and an extensive and ever-improving test suite is key to achieving that. And without thorough benchmarks, we would be flying blind.

• Present your work at our weekly demo sessions. We want engineers to come together around what they are working on and to feel like they are not endlessly squirrelling away at something that doesn’t matter. To that end, we host (and actively work towards) demo sessions that allow early feedback, celebration of progress, and a better shared understanding of everything that goes on at Helsing.

The role

Software only matters when it is actively being used and making a difference. As a Deployed AI Engineer, you will be at the heart of this - taking state-of-the-art software and integrating it into complex systems. For example: you collaborate directly with customer avionics engineers to understand the data structures and APIs used in aircraft mission control systems. • Hold an MSc or PhD in Robotics, Machine Learning, Control Engineering, or a closely related field, with a strong focus on reinforcement learning and robot control.

• Have hands-on experience training and deploying RL-based controllers on real robotic hardware, not just in simulation — you have seen your policies fall, iterate, and ultimately succeed on a physical system.

• Are deeply familiar with modern RL techniques for continuous control, including but not limited to: model-free methods (PPO, SAC, TD3), model-based RL, hierarchical RL, sim-to-real transfer strategies, domain randomisation, and curriculum learning.

• Have a solid understanding of robot dynamics, kinematics, and classical control theory (e.g. PID, model predictive control, trajectory optimisation), and know when and how to combine them with learned approaches.

We are seeking an individual at the intersection of AI Research and Machine Learning Engineering, with a proven track record in LLM/VLM/(multimodal) backbones. Your primary focus will be training and fine-tuning Vision-Language Models on our custom datasets to power our different products. You'll be responsible for the entire model lifecycle, from data curation and training to evaluation.

Au sein de l’équipe Operations France & Europe, vous serez responsable du suivi opérationnel de certains partenariats. A ce titre vous aurez en charge :

• La collecte, la fiabilisation et l’analyse des indicateurs opérationnels envoyés périodiquement par les partenaires de Wakam
• Le contrôle de la qualité de gestion et du respect des engagements contractuels par les partenaires et les gestionnaires

You will join the Operations France & Europe team, at the heart of Wakam’s activity.

Wakam designs insurance products that are distributed by a wide range of partners such as traditional brokers, Insurtechs, and e‑commerce players. This activity involves building and managing complex ecosystems that bring together multiple stakeholders (distributors, reinsurers, third‑party administrators, assistance providers, etc.).

The Operations team is responsible for the operational performance and quality of service of Wakam’s insurance programs across France and Europe, working closely with partners and internal teams (IT, Product, Finance, Legal, etc.).

🎯 Your Mission

As an Operations Performance Intern for 6 months, your mission is to support the operational monitoring of Wakam’s insurance programs in France and across Europe, and to contribute to transversal transformation projects led by the Operations team.

1. Operational Monitoring of Partnerships

Within the Operations France & Europe team, you will be responsible for the operational follow‑up of several specific partnerships. In this context, you will:

• Collect, validate and analyse operational KPIs periodically sent by Wakam’s partners (distributors, TPAs, etc.), ensuring the reliability and consistency of the data.
• Monitor the quality of day‑to‑day policy and claims handling, as well as compliance with contractual commitments by partners and administrators.
• Identify operational issues or dysfunctions that may require corrective measures, and follow up on remediation action plans until resolution.
• Prepare reporting and presentation materials to support and animate steering committees with partners and administrators (dashboards, summaries of incidents, action plan follow‑up, etc.).

2. Contribution to Transversal Transformation Projects

You will also contribute to several cross‑functional transformation initiatives, such as:

• Designing digital dashboards with the IT team to improve the visualisation of operational KPIs and enable automated alerts when performance drifts or incidents are detected.
• Formalising and improving our end‑to‑end program monitoring processes, including:
  • Rationalisation of the number of external administrators / TPAs
  • Drafting and updating procedures and best practices
  • Designing and implementing new operational controls
  • Setting up and maintaining RACI matrices to clarify roles and responsibilities

🧠 What You Bring

You are a Master’s student from a Business School or University, with a specialisation in management, finance, insurance or a related field.

You ideally bring:

• A solid analytical background, with the ability to work with quantitative and qualitative data.
• An interest in operations, performance management, or insurance / financial services.
• Very good command of Excel / spreadsheet tools; knowledge of data visualisation or BI tools is a plus.
• Fluent English (written and spoken); another European language is a plus.

As an Enterprise Sales Engineer, you will provide technical expertise through sales presentations, product demonstrations, and supporting technical evaluations (POVs). As a Research Engineer on our team, you will partner with Research Scientists to turn research ideas into working systems, building the data, tooling, and infrastructure that enable rapid iteration, trustworthy evaluation, and a smooth path from prototype to production.

Building on our track record of AI-powered solutions (e.g., Bits AI, Bits Evolve, and our time series foundation model), Datadog AI Research tackles high-risk, high-reward problems grounded in real-world challenges in cloud observability and security.

We are focused on two research areas:

1. World Models for Observability -- Training multimodal foundation models that learn the joint dynamics of distributed systems across metrics, traces, logs, topology, and events. These models power advanced forecasting, anomaly detection, root cause analysis, counterfactual simulation ("what if?"), and provide a learned planning backbone for our autonomous agents.
2. Trained Agents for Observability-- Post-training models to operate autonomously across Datadog's domain. SRE incident response is our first target, with a clear path to code repair, security response, and infrastructure optimization. We build the simulation environments, RL training loops, and evaluation infrastructure needed to train agents that match or surpass frontier models at a fraction of the cost.

The Opportunity

We are looking for a meticulous and detail-oriented Biology Data Quality Engineer to ensure the integrity and usability of the various and complex datasets that are central to our mission. In this critical role, you'll leverage your expertise in biology, data science, and machine learning to ensure the quality and consistency of biological data used to train and evaluate our foundation models. You'll work in collaboration with the R&D team and our engineers, using your skills to ensure our data meets the highest standards.

What You'll Be Doing

As a Biology Data Quality Engineer, you will own the following tasks:

• Data Validation Pipeline Development: Develop and implement comprehensive data validation protocols for diverse biological datasets (histology, omics, clinical). Ensure data integrity, consistency, and accuracy through rigorous quality checks. Design and implement automated data quality pipelines to streamline data validation and identify potential issues early in the data processing workflow.

FAQ

Do I need a quantitative background? It's a strong advantage, but not a hard requirement. If your internships and projects demonstrate real hands-on ownership and data-driven thinking, we'll consider your application. You do need a Master's degree, basic knowledge of Python or SQL, and relevant work experience.

Does the program include rotations? No, intentionally. We believe depth creates ownership, and ownership creates impact. Rather than rotating across teams, you’ll go deep in one area, build real expertise, and gradually expand your scope as your impact grows. If you have topic preferences, tell us during the process.

The Team You'll Join

You'll be part of our Security team within the GRC (Governance, Risk & Compliance) pillar, led by Maxime Lahaye, Senior Security Officer, based in Paris. Together, you'll be ensuring Mirakl's adherence to security standards and regulations while shaping the future of compliance in an AI-driven world.

Your Impact

1 · Compliance & certifications — automated

• Contribute to driving and maintaining Mirakl's ISO 27001, ISO 27018, and SOC 2 certifications, leveraging automated GRC platforms to enable continuous compliance monitoring and reduce manual effort
• Help manage and evolve the ISMS (Information Security Management System), ensuring it reflects both regulatory requirements and Mirakl's evolving AI-driven operations
• Automate evidence collection, control monitoring, and documentation workflows using modern GRC tooling and AI-powered agents

2 · AI Governance — to build with the team

• Working closely with your manager and the Security team, co-design and evolve Mirakl's AI usage governance framework: acceptable use policies, data classification for AI inputs, shadow AI detection, and AI vendor risk assessment
• Maintain a live inventory of AI tools used across the company and contribute to the risk-based process for evaluating and onboarding new tools
• Participate in internal awareness and training initiatives on responsible AI use across all departments
• Monitor the AI governance regulatory landscape and help adapt Mirakl's framework proactively

3 · Security by design across all company projects

• Partner with Product and Engineering teams early in project lifecycles — whether AI-powered or not — to embed security and compliance requirements from the start
• Participate in risk reviews across all types of product and platform initiatives, with specific attention to AI-related threat vectors where applicable (prompt injection, data leakage in LLMs, access control for models)

What You'll Bring to the Role

Experience:

• Master's degree (Bac +5)
• Minimum 3 years of experience in GRC security
• Experience in a consulting firm, technology company, or equivalent role is a plus
• Strong understanding of compliance frameworks and security standards
• Scripting/developing experience

Skills:

• Proactive and autonomous with strong organizational and problem-solving abilities
• Excellent communication and pedagogy skills to influence technical and non-technical stakeholders
• Integrity and ethics as core values
• Ability to work collaboratively in extended teams
• Experience with web application and cloud (SaaS) security, as well as professional certifications (CISM, CISSP, ISO), are a plus.

Advanced Consulting Engineers (ACEs) are post-sale product experts that communicate technical nuances to assist Tanium customers as they articulate their business objectives. A highly experienced technical resource, ACEs are engaged by Customer Success to handle extraordinary customer engagement issues (e.g., stalled adoption) at Enterprise and Major accounts and may be leveraged by the broader account team for short-term engagements to provide product-specific guidance for advanced use cases. 

What You'll Do:

• Business Objective Realization: Play a crucial role in the customer journey to operationalize business objectives and provide value realization in complex or stalled adoption. 
• In-depth Knowledge Transfer: Involved in enabling end-users to effectively use Tanium products, to get past stalled adoption.
• Post-sales Technical Advisory: Support and document technical setup and configuration of complex products into runbooks, due to stalled adoption from the customer. Able to provide onsite technical assistance for support issues causing adoption and/or churn risk.
• Post-engagement Feedback: Following the engagement, provide documented feedback to Product, Engineering, Enablement, and Customer Service Operations. 

We're Looking For:

• Education
  • Associates degree or equivalent experience required

  • 8+ years in the industry with solid technical skills in multiple areas such as networking, security, operations, scripting, and/or programming.
