Cast AI is an automation platform that operates cloud-native and AI infrastructure at scale. By embedding autonomous decision-making directly into Kubernetes and cloud environments, Cast AI continuously optimizes performance, reliability, and efficiency in production.
The old way doesn't work. As Kubernetes and AI environments grow, manual decisions don’t. Cast AI replaces tickets, alerts, and manual tuning with continuous automation that adapts infrastructure as conditions change. Efficiency and cost savings follow naturally from that automation.
Over 2,100 companies already rely on Cast AI, including Akamai, BMW, Cisco, FICO, HuggingFace, NielsenIQ, Swisscom, and TGS.
Global team, diverse perspectives
We're headquartered in Miami, but our impact is international. We take a global and intentional approach to diversity. Today, Cast AI operates across 34 countries spanning Europe, North America, Latin America, and APAC, bringing a wide range of perspectives into how we build and lead.
Unicorn momentum
In January 2026, we achieved unicorn status with a strategic investment from Pacific Alliance Ventures, the corporate venture arm of Shinsegae Group (a $50+ billion Korean conglomerate). Our valuation now exceeds $1 billion, and we're just getting started.
Join us as we build the future of autonomous infrastructure.
Throughput. Latency. KV cache utilization.
Move those three numbers in the right direction, and two things happen: customers get faster, cheaper inference, and our margins improve. That's the entire thesis of this role. Every kernel you tune, every quantization scheme you ship, every scheduler tweak you land shows up directly in a customer's p99 and on our P&L.
This is a high-impact seat. It is also a high-autonomy seat as you'll be given the room to lead the technical direction of inference optimization at Kimchi, not execute someone else's roadmap.
The problem: running LLMs in production is a moving target. The "right" model and serving configuration for a workload depend on traffic shape, sequence-length distribution, batch dynamics, GPU SKU, memory bandwidth, quantization tolerance, and a dozen other variables that shift week to week. Most teams pick a model once, over-provision GPUs, and absorb the cost. Kimchi is the system that makes that decision automatically - continuously matching workloads to the most cost-efficient, best-performing LLM and serving configuration on a customer's infrastructure. We're building the optimization layer between the model and the hardware, and we need engineers who understand both sides deeply.
Stack
Python · vLLM · SGLang · TensorRT-LLM · PyTorch · CUDA-adjacent tooling · Kubernetes · gRPC · ClickHouse · PostgreSQL · GCP Pub/Sub · AWS / GCP / Azure · GitLab CI · ArgoCD · Prometheus · Grafana · Loki · Tempo.
*As part of our standard hiring process, we would like to inform you that a background check may be conducted at the final stage of recruitment through our third-party provider, Checkr.
*Please note that Cast AI does not provide any form of visa sponsorship/work permit.

The Future Leaders Graduate Program – Business Analytics at Picnic is a two-year launchpad for exceptional talents. From day one, you join a business team, own a business topic, and become an expert in your field.
At Picnic, we’re building the future of grocery. Using cutting-edge technology and data-driven innovation, we challenge the status quo and build the world’s smartest, most customer-focused supermarket.
We move fast, think big, and turn bold ideas into tangible impact.
In your first six months, you’ll own a business-critical project from start to finish - supported by mentorship, learning sessions, and regular feedback.
You’ll strengthen your leadership abilities like project management, storytelling, stakeholder communication, giving & receiving feedback, while sharpening your skills in Python, SQL, Excel and PowerPoint.
As your scope grows, so does your responsibility. You might scale your initial project or take on new challenges in the same domain. Either way, the pace is yours to set.
From day one, you’ll be embedded in a business team, taking ownership in one of the following domains:
You don't wait for permission. You see a problem, build the solution, and bring people with you, before anyone asks. You've probably already started something: a project, a product, a business, an initiative that didn't exist until you made it happen.
More specifically, you:
Many strong candidates (particularly women) talk themselves out of applying because they don't tick every box. If this excites you and you believe you have what it takes, apply. We only hire when we find the right match. That’s why our selection process is intentionally highly selective.
📍 Location: Full-time in Paris, with period trips to NL and DE
There is no deadline: Our aim is to find the most ambitious people out there. We onboard talents on a monthly basis, so whether you join in April or August, you’ll always have a group of people sharing the ride.
🚲Health and Transportation
Through our partnerships with Malakoff Humanis and OpenUp, you have the opportunity to enroll in our company health insurance plan, as well as free and easy access to professional psychologists, workshops, and practical tools. Additionally, if you commute to work using public transportation, we reimburse 50% of your subscription cost.
🍉Food
Since we are located in the center of Paris, there is no on-site cafeteria. However, you will receive meal vouchers worth €11 per day to explore all the delicious restaurants nearby. Our small kitchen is also stocked with tasty snacks and refreshments.
📈Personal and Professional Development
You will have the opportunity to develop your skills not only through exciting projects and a dynamic environment but also via training programs offered by Lepaya.
🏖️All the rest
You get 25 days of paid vacation, plus additional rest days (RTT) based on the number of days worked in the year. Picnic provides you with a laptop, a phone, and a paid SIM card.
🚀Access to exclusive deals and perks through our Works Council (CSE) and our partner Swile (gift cards, concert tickets, cinema discounts, and more)
Do I need a quantitative background? It's a strong advantage, but not a hard requirement. If your internships and projects demonstrate real hands-on ownership and data-driven thinking, we'll consider your application. You do need a Master's degree, basic knowledge of Python or SQL, and relevant work experience.
Does the program include rotations? No, intentionally. We believe depth creates ownership, and ownership creates impact. Rather than rotating across teams, you’ll go deep in one area, build real expertise, and gradually expand your scope as your impact grows. If you have topic preferences, tell us during the process.
In what language should I apply? English. Please include your CV and Master's degree transcript or any other relevant test scores (e.g., GMAT)
What are the long-term opportunities after the program? This program is a fast track into a high-impact career at Picnic, it’s an entry point for a long-term future, not a two-year stopover.
Career paths here are as varied as the people on them. Some grow vertically, building deep expertise and a team around them as their project expands. Others move laterally - from Commercial to Fulfilment, Distribution to Customer, or wherever their strengths and ambitions take them. What they share is real ownership, real impact, and a career they shaped themselves.
