Our Data Pricing TEAM is looking for a Analytics Engineer/Data Analyst (f/m/d) on an apprenticeship basis, located in Paris/Lille starting September 2026.
Within an agile team of 5 to 6 analytics professionals (Business Intelligence, Data Analysts, Analytics Engineers) based in Lille and Paris, we drive Decathlon's global pricing strategy. Our challenge? Steering performance during peak commercial seasons ("In-Season") and turning data into growth opportunities. You will have a direct impact on our global pricing relevance and the satisfaction of our sport users.

As part of QRT’s data teams, you will work at the heart of our research and trading operations - designing, building, and managing the data solutions that underpin our strategies. You will collaborate closely with Traders, Researchers, and Engineers to ensure our data infrastructure is robust, scalable, and able to power cutting-edge quantitative research. Your work will involve tackling complex challenges in data acquisition, engineering, and platform design.
Examples of potential roles and projects include:
Source, design, and onboard new datasets in line with priorities set by trading desks. Support data integration into trading systems, propose data-driven solutions to unlock new research opportunities, and manage the full lifecycle of data sourcing projects, from acquisition and exploration to design. Collaborate with Data Engineers to bring datasets into production at scale.
Manage extensive datasets across QRT’s research and trading platforms. Design and implement data stores and APIs, monitor the health and performance of data processes, and deliver production-ready datasets. Provide direct support to Researchers and Traders to ensure they can fully leverage the capabilities of our data platform.
Build and maintain the large-scale data infrastructure that powers our research environment. Focus on the ingestion, processing, and serving of data for both real-time and batch workflows, ensuring the platform operates with low latency and high availability. Continuously monitor and optimize system performance to handle growing volumes of complex datasets efficiently.

Nous recherchons un stagiaire pour rejoindre l’équipe Sales Strategy France et participer au développement de la force commerciale d'une des start-ups les plus ambitieuses d'Europe. Vous aurez un rôle central dans une organisation avec plus de 400 Sales aujourd'hui. Vous travaillerez directement avec les directeurs commerciaux et en étroite relation avec toutes les équipes commerciales et managers Sales en France.
Vos objectifs : accroître les résultats de l’ensemble de notre équipe commerciale en mettant à leur disposition outils, analyses, formations, insights, données de marché.
Sales Operations
Devenir le référent de confiance pour toutes les demandes et besoins de l’équipe Sales : compréhension du besoin, priorisation, synchronisation avec les autres équipes (Data, Finance, HR, Global Sales Perf et autres providers)
