We are looking for a Consumer Operations Data Analyst Intern to join our Customer Operations department for a final-year internship. The role sits at the intersection of data engineering and operational analytics, supporting a team that ensures a seamless and secure experience for Blockchain.com users worldwide, across customer support, fraud detection, and risk management.

ABOUT THE POSITION  

Your mission will be to lead the Regulatory, Financial Security & Internal Control teams by identifying and evaluating the areas of risk within Alma, defining key policies to comply with regulatory obligations and supervising the internal control framework accordingly.

As the Head of Compliance & Internal Control, you will define Alma policies and positioning as a market leader in compliance and Internal control:

• Define the top management position on high-stakes compliance and control projects impacting all Alma and/or several departments;
• Proactively addresses and adjusts for project-related compliance risks and blockers;
• Sets standards for project quality and ensures alignment with both regulatory requirements and organizational objectives / key battles;
• Drives a culture of compliance and control by modelling and advocating compliant practices and processes across the company;

As the Head of Compliance & Internal Control, you will manage the following teams:

• Financial security:
  • Supervise the AML-CFT framework, especially the definition, update and accuracy of the consumer and merchant Risk classification;
  • Oversee the following actions executed by the Financial Security team:
    • Definition and implementation of the key KYB and KYC processes with all stakeholders’ teams (mainly Risk & Ops);
    • Treatment of KYB/KYC request escalations;
    • Support and challenge the AML-CFT monitoring operated by Fraud & AML-CFT team;
    • Report of the Suspicious Transaction Reports (STR) to authorities;
    • Communication of key AML/CFT reports to the ACPR;
    • Definition the AML/CFT annual training and awareness program for all employees.

• Regulatory compliance:
  • Define Alma’s regulatory framework and policies. You will assure compliance to main regulatory obligations of the Alma solution, in all its geographies;

  • Supervise the IOBSP and ESP processes at Alma, and with its key stakeholders;

• Internal Control:
  • Lead the elaboration and update of Alma’s risk mapping. You will identify risks associated to Alma’s processes, evaluate them accordingly and propose controls in order to mitigate them.
  • Supervise the execution of second level controls as part of Alma’s permanent control plan. You will review the controls elaborated by the internal controllers and ensure that recommendations are aligned with the findings at hand.
  • Manage the operational risk management framework at Alma. You will ensure that the risks are well identified and that the incident management framework is effective.
  • Raise awareness in relation to the risk prevention culture in the company. You will carry the Internal Controls’ role and missions within Alma via dedicated trainings along with the recommendations' action plan implementation and follow-up.
  • Support the Periodic Control missions conducted at Alma. You will follow-up on the findings elaborated and the recommendations issued accordingly, and manage the relationship with the periodic controllers.

Your Role:

The Enterprise Customer Success Manager (CSM) is a critical role in at Vectra and is responsible for developing and managing Vectra’s most valuable asset, our customers. We strive to stay up to date with the latest tactics hackers are employing in the field in order to prevent data breaches by monitoring and reacting to attacks but the first step is finding the most qualified professionals to lead the way. 

What you'll do...

As a Senior Security Architect, reporting to the CISO, you will be a senior member of the Information Security team, responsible for the end-to-end security architecture of our Azure-based SaaS platform and the creation, adoption, and governance of security architecture best practice across our organisation. You will serve as the subject matter expert for both cloud infrastructure and application security, partnering with engineering teams to embed security into the entire software development lifecycle (SDLC). You will design secure, scalable, and resilient solutions for our single- and multi-tenant offerings, ensuring the protection of our platform and our customers' data. 

RESPONSIBILITIES

Cloud Security Architecture

• • Design and maintain the security reference architecture for our Azure-native, Windows, and Kubernetes-based SaaS products.
  • Act as the primary security consultant for product and engineering teams, providing authoritative guidance on secure design patterns for Azure infrastructure and services.
  • Review and approve architectural designs for new services to ensure they align with security principles (Zero Trust, defense-in-depth) and compliance requirements.
  • Define and enforce security standards for Azure networking, including VNet segmentation, firewalling, and private connectivity.

Product & Application Security

• • Lead threat modeling exercises (e.g., STRIDE) with development teams for new products and features to identify and mitigate risks early in the SDLC.
  • Develop and maintain secure coding standards and provide expert guidance on the prioritization and remediation of findings from SAST, DAST, and SCA tools.
  • Architect security solutions for the SaaS application layer, including tenant isolation, customer data segregation, secure APIs, and authentication/authorization patterns.

Data Security

• • Design and enforce security patterns for protecting data at rest and in transit across all Azure data platforms (e.g., Azure SQL, Cosmos DB, Databricks)
  • Partner with the Data Access Governance function to translate data classification policies into tangible technical access controls.
  • Architect solutions for secrets management, encryption, and key management, primarily leveraging Azure Key Vault.
  • Architect and design a secure data access solution using VDI (Azure Virtual Desktop), including the integration of Data Loss Prevention (DLP) and other data protection controls to prevent data exfiltration.

Security Engineering & Operations Enablement

• • Develop security-as-code and Infrastructure as Code (IaC) to create guardrails and proactively detect insecure configurations.
  • Serve as a senior technical escalation point for the Security Operations team during complex cloud security investigations.
  • Evaluate, prototype, and recommend new cloud security technologies and services to mature the overall security program.

SKILLS & BACKGROUND

Experience & Qualifications

• • At least seven (7) years of proven experience in a senior cloud security, product security, or security architecture role.
  • Bachelor’s Degree in a relevant field or equivalent work experience.
  • Relevant security or Azure certifications (e.g., AZ-500, CISSP) are highly desirable.

Architectural & Application Security Expertise

• • Proven experience designing security for multi-tenant SaaS applications in a public cloud environment, preferably Azure.
  • A firm understanding of core security principles like least privilege, defense-in-depth, and zero trust, and able to champion and educate colleagues on those principles.
  • Deep understanding of the OWASP Top 10, common application and cloud infrastructure security vulnerabilities, and their mitigation.
  • Hands-on experience with application security tools (SAST, DAST, SCA) and threat modeling methodologies such as STRIDE.

Azure Platform & Data Security Expertise

• • Strong knowledge of core Azure security services (e.g., Sentinel, Defender for Cloud, Key Vault, Private Link, Azure Policy).
  • Expert-level knowledge of Microsoft Entra ID, including roles, conditional access, application permissions, and identity governance.
  • Experience designing and implementing security controls for a variety of data platforms in Azure (e.g., Azure SQL, Cosmos DB).
  • Direct experience designing and securing VDI solutions in Azure (Azure Virtual Desktop), including network segmentation, endpoint security for images, and DLP policy enforcement.

Knowledge & Frameworks

• • Strong familiarity with security frameworks, particularly MITRE ATT&CK.
  • Understanding of compliance and privacy frameworks for context (e.g., ISO 27001, SOC 2, NIST CSF, HIPAA, GDPR).
  • Broad understanding of core information security technologies and concepts.

About the Role

As Director or VP of Sales (poised to become Chief Commercial Officer), you will lead commercialization with a plant-science-driven strategy. You will manage two distinct yet synergistic commercial streams:

• Primary focus – Sustainable plant production on Earth: Drive sales of BioPods and recurring services to large enterprises in cosmetics, fragrance, perfume, nutraceuticals, and pharmaceuticals. Position BioPods as the leading solution for controlled-environment, sustainable cultivation that boosts metabolite yields, ensures batch consistency, minimizes environmental footprint (near-zero water/pesticide use), and delivers premium, traceable natural ingredients.
• Separate strategic track – Space program opportunities: Independently pursue customers and partners for microgravity plant research collaborations. Target the same industries (or their R&D divisions) plus space-focused entities to fund and co-develop experiments on upcoming orbital platforms—exploring low-gravity effects on plant physiology, nutrient uptake, phenotyping, genetic responses, and bioactive enhancement—to unlock proprietary insights that accelerate Earth-based optimization while building our space program revenue.

You will engage at the CEO and C-level with confidence, own end-to-end commercial strategy across both tracks, and report directly to the CEO on segmented revenue, pipeline health, and growth metrics.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute a high-impact sales strategy for Earth-based BioPod deployments, securing large-scale contracts for sustainable, high-value plant production.
• Separately cultivate a dedicated space-program pipeline: identify and qualify partners interested in sponsoring or collaborating on microgravity plant science experiments, leveraging synergies for terrestrial R&D benefits.
• Qualify leads, negotiate, and close complex deals—including BioPod hardware + long-term services on Earth, and research/partnership agreements for space-based studies.
• Maintain a segmented, robust pipeline: lead generation through industry networks (beauty/pharma for Earth; R&D/innovation + space stakeholders for partnerships) to contract signature.
• Deliver accurate, trackable revenue forecasts and KPIs (split by Earth contracts vs. space milestones/partnership funding), with direct CEO reporting.
• Represent Interstellar Lab at targeted events: plant science, cosmetics, pharma, and ingredient conferences for Earth sales; life-sciences and microgravity research forums (U.S. and Europe) for space opportunities.

Profile / Qualifications

• 7+ years of B2B sales leadership in cosmetics, fragrance, nutraceuticals, pharmaceuticals, or plant-derived ingredient supply chains—with strong knowledge of plant science, bioactive/metabolite production, and sustainable sourcing practices.
• Demonstrated success closing complex, seven-figure+ deals with Fortune 500-equivalent companies.
• Established C-level network in target industries; proven ability to engage R&D/innovation leaders on advanced plant research and cross-sector opportunities.
• Experience owning full commercial P&L and scaling revenue from <$5M to >$20M in tech-enabled or high-growth settings.
• Entrepreneurial mindset to establish scalable processes in a startup; adept at handling dual-market strategies (mature terrestrial vs. emerging space).
• Fluent English (native/bilingual); Bachelor’s in Business, Life Sciences, Plant Biology, Agronomy, or related field; MBA a plus.
• Bonus: Background in agtech, space intersections, microgravity biology, or industry-funded scientific partnerships.

Compensation

Competitive fixed salary + uncapped commission based on revenue milestones (Earth contracts + space partnership/funding achievements), plus equity in a mission-driven, high-growth company.
