Job Description

We are looking for a Project Manager to join the CEO Office and drive high-priority, cross-functional initiatives across the company.
Reporting to the Chief of Staff, you will operate at the center of decision-making.

This role is designed for someone who thrives in ambiguity, enjoys solving complex business problems, and can move seamlessly from strategy to execution. You will work closely with senior leadership and have direct exposure to critical topics shaping the company’s growth.

What you’ll do

• Lead end-to-end delivery of strategic projects, from problem definition to execution and rollout
• Structure ambiguous topics into clear plans, with defined milestones, owners, and success metrics
• Coordinate cross-functional stakeholders (Product, Engineering, Finance, Sales, Compliance) to ensure alignment and delivery
• Track performance, manage risks, and ensure consistent delivery of outcomes
• Build and validate business cases (market sizing, unit economics, competitive positioning)
• Identify operational inefficiencies and implement scalable solutions
• Prepare high-quality materials for executive discussions and decision-making
• Leverage AI tools to improve workflows, automate processes, and enhance decision-making
• Support company-wide planning and operating rhythm (e.g. OKRs, strategic initiatives, governance cadences)

What we’re looking for

• 5+ years of experience in top-tier consulting and/or project management roles
• Experience in payments or fintech
• Proven track record of delivering complex projects in fast-paced environments
• Strong problem-solving and stakeholder management skills
• Hands-on experience using AI to solve real business problems (or building personal AI-driven projects)
• Data-driven mindset with the ability to prioritize and make decisions under ambiguity
• Fluent in English (French is a plus)

Dans le cadre de votre stage, vous travaillerez conjointement pour le Chief of Staff et la Directrice de la Communication et participerez aux missions suivantes :

• Soutien sur des projets stratégiques et opérationnels transverses
• Structurer et préparer les documents support pour les comités stratégiques et de direction
• Contribuer à l’orientation de notre stratégie globale par le biais d’études de marché et de veille concurrentielle
• Collaborer sur des projets transverses opérationnels, à direction des Labels ou des fonctions support (Supply, IT, Digital, HR etc.)
• Apporter un support à la direction sur des projets d’acquisition et partenariats stratégiques
• Soutien sur la Communication Corporate :
• Rédiger les contenus éditoriaux pour les réseaux Sony Music : LinkedIn, site web …
• Coordonner la production éditoriale en lien avec les différents départements pour assurer la mise à jour du site web (fiches artistes, articles sur les sorties, etc.)
• Concevoir et soutenir la création de présentations de communication à usage interne et externe

Profil recherché :

• Nous apprécierons votre curiosité, votre rigueur, votre réactivité, votre excellent relationnel, vos excellentes capacités d’analyse, de résolution de problème et de communications orales et écrites (en français et en anglais) … et votre enthousiasme !
• Vous avez idéalement une expérience dans un poste à gestion de projet (start-up, conseil, finance) ou une expérience en communication corporate
• La maitrise d’outils de création de contenu (Canva) est un plus
• Vous êtes un.e passionné.e de musique !

Indemnités de stage :

About Vectra

Your Role:

The Enterprise Customer Success Manager (CSM) is a critical role in at Vectra and is responsible for developing and managing Vectra’s most valuable asset, our customers. You will own the relationships with your customers, connecting with key business executives and security and IT stakeholders to develop an understanding of their strategic business needs and goals.  

Your Impact: 

Leveraging this customer knowledge and your expertise in Vectra products and cybersecurity, you will provide an ongoing adoption and industry best practices strategy to ensure your customers understand and maximize value from their investment in Vectra.

This role demands interaction with enterprises at the senior level (CISO), as well as with technical staff within the IT and Security organization.

Responsibilities:

• Own the customer relationship, providing ongoing and proactive leadership and support to Vectra’s customers, to drive high levels of customer satisfaction, deep engagement, and mutual success.
• Conduct quarterly customer Executive Business Review meetings and proactively monitor customer health
• Drive deep integration of the Vectra Cognito platform into our customer’s business processes and technical ecosystem, to create and increase stickiness.
• Identify and grow expansion opportunities within the customer install base, and collaborate with the sales teams to ensure growth attainment.
• Identify and assess renewal risks within the customer base, and build and execute on get-well plans.
• Direct crisis and incident response with urgency, working cross-functionally to ensure timely resolution, while communicating effectively with customers.
• Identify, build and implement repeatable programs and processes across your portfolio of customers to maximize product adoption and usage and achievement of customer’s business objectives.
• Able and willing to travel for on-site customer visits as required by the business (25- 50%)

Requirements:

Successful candidates will have a solid technical foundation in network security and enterprise software, a proven track record of successfully interfacing with customers on both technical and non-technical levels, strong business acumen and sales experience, and above all a passion for ensuring a top quality customer experience. 

• A minimum of 5 years of experience for enterprise subscription-based vendors in a customer-facing role (such as Customer Success, Technical Account Management, Professional Services, Sales Engineering, or strategic customer service)
• Ideally combined background of post-sales and pre-sales experience
• Good understanding of security product lines (firewalls, sandboxing, SIEM, forensics-type platforms)
• Knowledge of TCP/IP, DNS, VPN and SSL technology
• Good understanding of current security technologies and risks
• Project management skills with a high attention to detail
• Experience in supporting software for Fortune 500 or other large companies
• Strong empathy for customers AND passion for revenue and growth
• Proven record of establishing and building successful C-level relationships
• Service management minded with strong commitment to customer service
• Excellent presentation and communication skills, both verbal and written, with proficiency in French.
• Excellent organizational, analytical, negotiation, and influence skills; strong attention to detail
• Relevant Bachelor’s degree; preference for computer science or related degrees

Core qualifications:

• Leadership excellence: 5+ years of engineering management experience, including managing managers and staff engineers across diverse technical domains
• Team building: Proven ability to recruit, develop, and retain exceptional engineering talent
• Technical depth: Strong foundation in software engineering, distributed systems, and architecture, with the ability to guide technical decisions across mobile and backend systems
• Strategic vision: Ability to translate business objectives into technical roadmaps and align engineering efforts with company strategy
• Healthcare passion: Genuine interest in healthcare innovation and improving patient outcomes through technology
• Growth mindset: Track record of scaling engineering organizations while maintaining culture and quality
• User-centricity: Deep empathy for users and commitment to building products that address their needs

Bonus points for:

• Experience building consumer health products or working in healthcare technology
• Background in AI/ML systems, recommendation engines, or content platforms
• Track record of launching and growing successful mobile applications
• Experience working with medical professionals or in regulated environments
