Since we opened our doors in 2009, the world of commerce has evolved immensely, and so has Square. After enabling anyone to take payments and never miss a sale, we saw sellers stymied by disparate, outmoded products and tools that wouldn’t work together.
So we expanded into software and started building integrated, omnichannel solutions – to help sellers sell online, manage inventory, offer buy now, pay later functionality, book appointments, engage loyal buyers, and hire and pay staff. Across it all, we’ve embedded financial services tools at the point of sale, so merchants can access a business loan and manage their cash flow in one place. Afterpay furthers our goal to provide omnichannel tools that unlock meaningful value and growth, enabling sellers to capture the next generation shopper, increase order sizes, and compete at a larger scale.
Today, we are a partner to sellers of all sizes – large, enterprise-scale businesses with complex operations, sellers just starting, as well as merchants who began selling with Square and have grown larger over time. As our sellers grow, so do our solutions. There is a massive opportunity in front of us. We’re building a significant, meaningful, and lasting business, and we are helping sellers worldwide do the same.
Square is seeking a Recruteur - Consultants Indépendants to drive the sourcing and recruitment of independent sales consultants (auto-entrepreneurs) across France. As Square continues its rapid expansion in the French market, this role is critical to building and scaling our field sales force through high-volume, quality recruitment.
This is a high-impact, fast-paced role for a recruitment professional who thrives in volume hiring environments and understands the unique dynamics of recruiting self-employed sales professionals. You will be responsible for identifying, attracting, and recruiting 20-30 independent consultants per month through diverse sourcing channels. You'll work in close collaboration with Regional Sales Managers, Team Leaders, and the Training & Enablement Manager to ensure a seamless candidate experience and successful integration.

We encourage you to apply even if you do not believe you meet every single qualification. Not all strong candidates will meet every single qualification as listed. Research shows that people who identify as being from underrepresented groups are more prone to experiencing imposter syndrome and doubting the strength of their candidacy, so we urge you not to exclude yourself prematurely and to submit an application if you're interested in this work. We think AI systems like the ones we're building have enormous social and ethical implications. We think this makes representation even more important, and we strive to include a range of diverse perspectives on our team.
Your safety matters to us. To protect yourself from potential scams, remember that Anthropic recruiters only contact you from @anthropic.com email addresses. In some cases, we may partner with vetted recruiting agencies who will identify themselves as working on behalf of Anthropic. Be cautious of emails from other domains. Legitimate Anthropic recruiters will never ask for money, fees, or banking information before your first day. If you're ever unsure about a communication, don't click any links—visit anthropic.com/careers directly for confirmed position openings.
We believe that the highest-impact AI research will be big science. At Anthropic we work as a single cohesive team on just a few large-scale research efforts. And we value impact — advancing our long-term goals of steerable, trustworthy AI — rather than work on smaller and more specific puzzles. We view AI research as an empirical science, which has as much in common with physics and biology as with traditional efforts in computer science. We're an extremely collaborative group, and we host frequent research discussions to ensure that we are pursuing the highest-impact work at any given time. As such, we greatly value communication skills.
The easiest way to understand our research directions is to read our recent research. This research continues many of the directions our team worked on prior to Anthropic, including: GPT-3, Circuit-Based Interpretability, Multimodal Neurons, Scaling Laws, AI & Compute, Concrete Problems in AI Safety, and Learning from Human Preferences.
Anthropic is a public benefit corporation headquartered in San Francisco. We offer competitive compensation and benefits, optional equity donation matching, generous vacation and parental leave, flexible working hours, and a lovely office space in which to collaborate with colleagues. Following the merger of Teads and Outbrain in 2025, a powerful and differentiated Performance portfolio has emerged, enabling brands to drive measurable outcomes across the open web and Connected TV. By combining exclusive premium supply (inRead, Feed, CTV) with cutting-edge AI optimization, Teads now empowers Enterprise advertisers to generate high-quality traffic, engagement, and conversions - while maintaining the highest standards of brand safety and quality.
As we continue to unify these capabilities into a single, actionable platform within Teads Ad Manager, Performance is becoming one of the company’s most strategic and fastest-growing areas.
As VP Product, you will lead the vision and development of our Enterprise Performance product suite - shaping the next generation of AI-powered advertising solutions that help the world’s largest brands drive results across the entire marketing funnel.
As VP Product, you will report directly to the Enterprise CPO and lead a team of Product Managers and Product Data Analysts responsible for shaping and delivering Teads’ Performance product strategy.
You will play a central role within the global Performance leadership team, working closely with senior leaders across business, engineering, operations, and marketing. This role offers strong visibility with the executive team and the opportunity to directly influence one of the company’s most strategic growth areas.
Success in this role will come from your ability to bring teams together around a clear vision, foster strong collaboration across global and local stakeholders, and translate complex market opportunities into impactful product outcomes.
Your leadership will be key in empowering your team, driving innovation, and delivering measurable impact.
Together with your team, you will lead several key areas:
Define and drive a clear product vision for Performance solutions, translating market opportunities and client needs into a best-in-class roadmap. You will prioritize initiatives through a data-driven approach, establish meaningful success metrics, and identify the north-star indicators that guide long-term product impact.
Lead the design and development of scalable, resilient, and innovative solutions that push the boundaries of performance advertising. You will work closely with engineering, design, and cross-functional teams to ensure strong alignment, transparent communication, and efficient execution from concept to delivery.
Drive the successful rollout of complex, cross-team product initiatives. You will engage regularly with clients, publishers, and agency partners to validate product value and accelerate adoption. Working hand-in-hand with marketing and business teams, you will help shape the positioning, narrative, and go-to-market strategy of your product portfolio while continuously refining and improving solutions based on market feedback.
At Teads, Product and Engineering work hand in hand and are aligned towards the same goal: to scale our business while continuing to create new and exciting products.

We’re not just a highly ambitious, large-scale technology company. We’re a highly ambitious, large-scale technology company with a soul. Fundamental to our mission to help build a better Internet is protecting the free and open Internet.
Project Galileo: Since 2014, we've equipped more than 2,400 journalism and civil society organizations in 111 countries with powerful tools to defend themselves against attacks that would otherwise censor their work, technology already used by Cloudflare’s enterprise customers--at no cost.
Athenian Project: In 2017, we created the Athenian Project to ensure that state and local governments have the highest level of protection and reliability for free, so that their constituents have access to election information and voter registration. Since the project, we've provided services to more than 425 local government election websites in 33 states.
1.1.1.1: We released 1.1.1.1 to help fix the foundation of the Internet by building a faster, more secure and privacy-centric public DNS resolver. This is available publicly for everyone to use - it is the first consumer-focused service Cloudflare has ever released. Here’s the deal - we don’t store client IP addresses never, ever. We will continue to abide by our privacy commitment and ensure that no user data is sold to advertisers or used to target consumers.
