The Role:
We are seeking a dynamic Senior Director; Field Marketing to help build, scale, define and operationalize a world-class regional marketing organization that drives pipeline, accelerates strategic deals, and strengthens customer engagement across EMEA. The Role
As a Staff Software Engineer for Developer Tools, you will be responsible for delivering the next generation of quantum compiler tools and features, with the focus of integration into quantum software applications, overall developer experience, documentation and developer tooling. Your work will involve setting high-level technical standards, mentoring senior engineers and scientists, and providing deep expertise to solve the most challenging problems in quantum compilation, optimization, and hardware interfaces. The base pay range for this position is $100,000.00 - $120,000.00 / year; however base pay offered may vary depending on skills, experience, job-related knowledge, and geographic location. Certain positions may also be eligible for short-term incentives as part of total compensation.

The B2B Experience Team is responsible for the platform tools within the marketplace ecosystem. We solve problems for operators, partners, and third-party merchants, driving efficiency, scalability, and trust across the platform.
We focus on creating intuitive, reliable experiences that enable our partners to run their businesses effectively, make confident decisions, and deliver great outcomes for end customers. Working closely with product, engineering, data, and commercial teams, we balance complex operational needs with simple, well-designed solutions—always grounded in customer insight and business impact.
Job Location: Remote UK or Portugal
This role is a remote position in the UK or Portugal. Occasional travel to company offices as necessary.
Evaluate pillar-level opportunities and challenges, contributing meaningfully to product strategy and roadmaps.
Translate research and data into clear problem definitions, recommendations, and success metrics.
Challenge assumptions constructively and advocate for customer-centred, evidence-based decisions.
Own end-to-end design across multiple areas, from discovery through delivery.
Plan and conduct user research, synthesising insights into actionable direction.
Create flows, maps, IA, and prototypes to communicate and test solutions.
Ensure design quality through collaboration, Design QA, and strong attention to detail.
Use and contribute to the Design System to ensure consistency and scalability.
Work closely with product, engineering, marketing and commercial to create alignment and progress.
Communicate clearly and persuasively, tailoring your approach to different audiences.
Mentor and advocate helping peers connect our work to customer and business goals.
Proactively identify and remove blockers, maintaining momentum without sacrificing quality
