Food has lost its soul to modern convenience. And with it, it has lost the power to nourish, inspire, and connect us. So in 2018, CookUnity was founded as the first-of-its-kind platform that connects the world with the source of truly great food: chefs. Today, CookUnity delivers 50 million meals a year from the industry’s best chefs to homes all over the country. Fresh. Ready-to-eat. And crafted with the passion that nourishes body and soul.
Unwilling to stop there, CookUnity is expanding beyond delivery to become an ever-innovating marketplace focused on our singular mission: empower Chefs to nourish the world.
If that mission has you hungry in more ways than one, you’ve found the right job posting.
AI is no longer a roadmap item — it's the operating system for how modern growth teams win. We're hiring a AI Native Engineer, Growth Marketing to be the hands-on builder who embeds AI into every corner of how our Growth team works: performance marketing, creative production, CRM, landing pages, growth ops, and beyond.
This is a rare hybrid role. You're equal parts engineer and growth practitioner — someone who can write a Python script in the morning, ship a Braze-connected AI workflow by afternoon, and explain the business impact to a non-technical stakeholder by EOD. You don't need to have done this at scale before — you need to be obsessed with building at the frontier of what's possible and have the technical chops to make it real.
You'll report directly to the Head of Growth and work across every subteam in the Growth org as their embedded AI engineer.
What Success Looks Like

🥘 A generous amount of CookUnity credits to enjoy our amazing meals, added to your account, monthly.
🧘🏽♀️ Wellness perks: fitness subsidies to build a healthy lifestyle
👩🏾🏫 Personalized Spanish coach
🚀 Awesome opportunity to join a company that is looking to change how we eat and how chefs work!
If you’re interested in this role, please submit your application, and if we think you might be a fit, we'll get in touch with you. Thank you for your time!

A quick note for all candidates
We’ve recently seen an increase in recruitment scams across the industry, and we want to make sure you (and your data) stay safe while applying to CookUnity. We also want you to know that we take this seriously — sometimes, as part of our process, we may ask for a brief “proof of humanity” to confirm that we’re connecting with a real person, not an impersonator. Here are a few tips to help you protect yourself and know what to expect from us:
@cookunity.com and interviews held through official company platforms (Google Meet or Zoom) — never WhatsApp, Telegram, or SMS.If something ever feels off or you’re unsure about a message, we’d much rather you double-check with us. You can always contact us directly through any of our social media channels. We appreciate your interest in joining CookUnity — and we care about keeping your experience (and safety) as genuine as possible.

Knak is a mission-driven company
Why? Because our time is limited, our competition is fierce, and our margin for error is small. For us to have the greatest impact on the world, we need to be laser focused on our core mission, which is...
Empowering people to be creative.
That’s why Knak exists.
We are a world-class enterprise email and landing page creation platform with a focus on making successful and happy customers by providing them with an incredibly powerful, yet easy to use creation platform.
Our industry leading SaaS solution is built by Marketers, for Marketers. We know that it’s the small things that make the biggest impact and that emails and landing pages are where the rubber hits the road when it comes to Marketing Automation. We change the way Marketers work by making them more efficient, while improving conversion rate of their campaigns and helping them stay on brand.
Oh, and we have a bit of fun while doing it, too!
We’re looking for a digital-first marketer who knows how to take bold brand stories and make sure they actually get seen. As Knak’s Senior Demand Gen Manager, you’ll own the channels that amplify our content - paid media, SEO, retargeting, and distribution mechanics - and make sure every campaign reaches the right buyers in the right places.
You won’t be starting from scratch. You’ll collaborate closely with our new Director of Brand & Content to bring campaign narratives to life, and you’ll manage our SEO and Paid consultants to execute with precision. Your superpower is knowing how to translate a creative idea into performance - connecting storytelling with measurable growth.
This is not a “post and pray” digital role. It’s about amplification, targeting, and optimization - ensuring Knak’s content and campaigns cut through the noise and drive real impact.
What We Offer
At Knak we have four foundational pillars. Culture, customers, product and growth. Culture is our number one pillar because we know that is at the core of building a strong company that can build amazing products and delight our customers. We do this with a laser focus on hiring the right people who are smart, positive and who want more than the typical nine-to-five offers.
We offer an extremely rewarding, second to none work environment as acknowledged by Ottawa’s Best Places to Work 2025! We show our investment in our people through our competitive salaries, equity in the company, great benefits, paid vacation, Life leave days (because life happens), team lunches and off-sites, and most importantly our commitment to YOUR career growth.
If this sounds like something you’re looking for, then we’d love to hear from you!
If you don’t see yourself fully reflected in every job requirement listed on the posting above, we still encourage you to reach out and apply. Research has shown that women and underrepresented groups often only apply when they feel 100% qualified. We strongly encourage applicants of all genders, ages, ethnicities, cultures, abilities, sexual orientations, and life experiences to apply. Knak believes in creating an inclusive, barrier-free working environment. If you require ANY accommodation to the interview process please contact culture@knak.com.
At Knak, our recruitment process includes AI screening for keywords and minimum qualifications as well as video interviews which are transcribed with AI. Humans are still at the core of our decision making!
