The Role:

We are looking for a Client Value Partner, Utilities & Energy—a seasoned industry executive who can bridge the gap between energy transition strategy and operational excellence. You will act as the primary accountable lead for one of America's largest strategic energy companies, translating C-level vision into clear, realized value.

As a Client Value Partner, you are a "go-to" strategic advisor within our Energy go-to-market organization. You will move beyond standard customer success to link Celonis capabilities to key outcomes specific to Power Generation, Transmission & Distribution, and Renewable Energy assets.

You will work in partnership with the Celonis Sales Teams and have full responsibility for the end-to-end value journey of our top-tier customers. You are our customers’ trusted advisor, helping them mobilize resources, achieve their strategic goals, and realize significant value using the Celonis Process Intelligence Platform.

In collaboration with our partners, Product, and Engineering teams, you will drive measurable business impact across complex, decentralized operating environments. You will blend deep utility expertise with a proven strategy consulting skill set to spearhead data-driven transformation at the forefront of one of the fastest-growing tech companies worldwide.

The work you’ll do:

Identify & Frame Value

• Translate Strategy to Operations: Analyze the client's strategic goals (e.g., Decarbonization, Rate Base Growth, Grid Modernization) and map them to a long-term vision utilizing the Celonis platform.
• Target High-Impact Areas: Architect the "COO" or "CFO" agenda—optimizing end-to-end value chains such as Capital Projects (EPC), Enterprise Asset Management (EAM), Meter-to-Cash, and Supply Chain resilience.
• Build the Business Case: Construct robust, board-level business cases that articulate the financial impact of Process Intelligence (e.g., impact on O&M efficiency, ROE improvement, or Storm Response agility) to C-Suite executives.
• Build demos and strategic roadmaps, leveraging industry benchmarks and best practices in order to embed Celonis as a core pillar of the client's digital utility strategy.
• Undertake Value Assessments and communicate the value opportunity and strategic roadmap to C-Level executives.

Realize Value

• Drive Engagement Success: Lead the executive relationship and value workstream for large-scale transformations, ensuring the program effectively delivers on its "digital twin" promise across diverse operating companies.
• Orchestrate the Ecosystem: Guide customers on organization design and the maturation of Centers of Excellence (CoE), mobilizing global cross-functional teams (Services, Product, Engineering) to ensure seamless delivery across a federated organizational structure.
• Solve Systemic Challenges: Work cross-functionally to tackle difficult implementation hurdles, helping customers define standards for regulatory reporting (FERC/NERC), work order management, and enterprise-wide change initiatives.
• Facilitate business value workshops and use Celonis to identify and qualify opportunities for process enhancement in Operations, Finance, and Procurement.
• Derive improvement measures in core business functions and initiate improvement actions and enterprise-wide change initiatives.
• Present results and realized value to senior management and C-level executives.

Scale Value

• Codify Best Practices: Turn our client successes into reusable assets, playbooks, and thought leadership for the broader Energy & Utilities practice.
• Mentor & Enable: Act as a senior leader for the team, coaching junior members and managers on executive relationship management, utility regulatory nuances, and team performance.
• Product Feedback: Serve as the "Voice of the Customer" to our Product teams, ensuring our development roadmap aligns with the specific asset-intensive needs of the sector.
• Responsible for the end-to-end customer value journey, landing, expanding, adoption and renewing.
• Build a strategic expansion roadmap for customers, embedding Celonis Process Intelligence Platform as a strategic business transformation platform in their organization.
• Provide feedback to our product development teams to enhance the Celonis platform and Apps based on new use cases.

The qualifications you need:

• Deep Industry Experience: 15+ years of relevant experience, ideally combining time at a top-tier Utility, Energy Conglomerate, or Renewables developer with Strategy Consulting. You understand the complexities of regulated vs. unregulated markets.
• Domain Expertise: You possess granular knowledge of the value chain, specifically in areas such as Asset Lifecycle Management, Capital Project Controls, Supply Chain, and Customer Operations (CIS).
• Value Realization Skills: You have a track record of driving large-scale transformation programs. You understand how to impact the P&L through capital efficiency, outage reduction, and working capital optimization.
• Technical Fluency: You understand the modern utility stack (SAP IS-U, Maximo, Oracle Primavera) and how to translate Celonis use cases into the customer's specific business landscape.
• Stakeholder Management: Extensive experience presenting to and influencing C-Level executives (COO, CFO, CIO). You can navigate complex holding company structures and have the power of persuasion through data, facts, and confidence.
• Builder Mentality: You are comfortable working with ambiguity and possess an entrepreneurial leadership style that inspires teams.
• Degree: MBA strongly preferred; Degree in Engineering, Business, Economics, or related field required.

• Lead the Charter School’s teacher evaluation program and ensure all teachers have opportunities to meet their professional goals and are expertly executing ACCEL Schools instructional best practices.
• Evaluate teachers as per the State Ohio teacher Evaluation System (OTES).
• Overseeing the Charter School’s professional development program ensuring a strong, collaborative professional community, regular training opportunities and a meaningful summer experience.
• Creating a student support system that addresses students’ academic and behavioral needs holistically and involves parents, teachers, and all relevant staff. 

Organizational Leadership

• Manage the school’s daily operations, including: facilities management; information/instructional technologies; food services; student data management systems; academic assessment tools; office management; budget and fiscal controls; and, student recruitment and retention.
• With support from the Home Office/Operations Team, exercise full engagement on compliance, budget, procurement, student data, academic assessments, and campus safety.  Cooperate with the back-office service provider where necessary to meet all school administrative activities.  Make recommendations for improvement as necessary.
• Partner with Human Resources to execute a highly effective talent management system of recruiting, selecting, hiring, retaining, recognizing, and supporting all school site staff.
• Ensure non-discrimination practices in the selection process of faculty and staff by adhering to Equal Employment Opportunity (EEO) requirements.
• Collaborate with Home Office/Operations Team on the review and reporting requirements of the State, charter authorizing agency and Federal regulatory agencies, school sponsor, including the charter renewal process.
• With support from the operations team, oversee maintenance of school census data, attendance data, and other reporting requirements as mandated by the state or school sponsor. 
• With support from the operations team, implement the national school lunch program, transportation, audits, student application distribution, collection, approval, and verifications as applicable.
• Complete all accountability reports and oversee all student enrollment reports to the state; ensure compliance in all areas.
• Manage student recruitment and retention and achieve goals of retaining 85% of students annually.
• Understand and address all compliance items as they relate to the school’s Sponsor Agreement.
• Maintain a master school calendar to be posted for all stakeholders in all appropriate mediums (i.e. website, social media, student/parent guide, employee handbook).  Work with the Home Office staff to ensure all marketing and communications tools are up-to-date and active. 
• Engage in regular communications with the Home Office/Operations Team about the needs, successes and general operation of the school.
• Maintain open and ongoing daily and/or weekly meetings with the Regional Vice President
• Ensure the safety and wellbeing of all students and colleagues.
• Assist with updating parent and student manuals, policies, and handbooks.

Community Leadership

• Act as the Charter School’s point person to the local community, effectively communicating the school’s mission and vision and soliciting input from parents and families about school performance, areas for improvement, and their needs.
• Understand, accept, abide by, and implement the school’s philosophy and mission statement in all school activities.
• Contribute to a positive climate and culture by exhibiting high professional standards.
• Engage and build strong professional relationships with parents, characterized by timely and regular communication, involving parents wherever possible in the life of the school.
• Cultivate partnerships with external organizations that enrich the culture of the school, as well as strong working relationships with other local districts and charter authorizers.
• Plan and conduct student and family orientations.
• Coordinate special projects, such as peer mentoring, service learning, and community involvement.
• Conduct home visits as needed.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

• Demonstrated skill in developing and maintaining a rigorous academic program that meets the needs of all scholars
• Experience in public education accountability, compliance, and related legal requirements.
• Experience in coaching teachers to improve their instructional planning, instructional practice, and classroom culture

Pathfinder Career Academy of Ohio is an online public school for students in grades 6–12 that focuses on career exploration and college preparation. Our unique framework allows students to discover their interests through engaging activities before choosing a specialized high school major aligned with state standards.

The Principal serves as the instructional and administrative leader of the ACCEL online school – responsible for the development, implementation and achievement of the school’s academic vision, student advancement and daily operations. • Serve as the instructional leader in the building by facilitating a growth-focused professional environment
• Develop and/or modify the school’s cultural programming and school - wide PBIS process with an emphasis on personal and academic growth

About You

We’re seeking a hands-on, motivated Maintenance Specialist to ensure our vehicles are in peak condition. In this role, you’ll repair and maintain our electric fleet, support warehouse operations, and work with a tight-knit team that moves fast and thinks green. 

What You'll Do

• Diagnose and repair scooters (and electric bikes in some markets) from easy win/quick fixes to full refurbishments
• Keep our warehouse efficient by moving scooters and managing inventory
• Collaborate with your team and communicate learnings and roadblocks
• Lead by example — stay organized, safe, and positive

What You Bring

• Mechanical skills or a quick-learning mindset
• Comfort with hand tools and smartphone apps
• Strong communication, time management, and problem-solving skills
• Ability to lift 40 lbs and be on your feet for up to 8 hours
• Weekend availability and a “let’s do this” attitude

• Prior experience in maintenance, logistics, or warehousing
• Passion for tech, mobility, or sustainability

Job Summary

The Operations Partner role is a key partner to Bird’s Operations Team. The Operations Partner will work with our local City Operations Manager to manage our fleet of e-scooters in Columbus, Ohio to ensure it stays maintained and deployed to meet the transportation needs of the community. The ideal candidate for this partnership should have a “doer” attitude, excellent time-management and execution habits, and the ability to communicate clearly. As an Operations Partner, you will use our mobile technology to monitor, transport, rebalance, and maintain our vehicles to ensure a safe, environmentally friendly scooter is always available to ride nearby. This is a full-time contract role.

Responsibilities

• Deploy vehicles to designated locations as directed.
• Ensure vehicles are parked safely, compliantly, and in approved areas.
• Recover vehicles for charging or maintenance as needed.
• Rebalance vehicles by relocating them from low-demand areas to high-demand areas.

Must Haves

• Registered Business LLC
• General liability insurance (ability to acquire within 30 days of onboarding)
• General commercial auto insurance (ability to acquire within 30 days of onboarding)
• Valid Drivers License
• Ability to commute to Columbus, Ohio
• Access to a reliable vehicle for work-related duties
• Strong knowledge of the local geography
• Flexible availability and willingness to work daily, including weekends
• Comfortable learning and adapting to new concepts and using new tools
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds; stoop, bend, walk, and stand for long periods of time.
• Self-motivated, energetic and driven individual with the ability to learn new skills and build a team
• Ability to simplify difficult problems into actionable and solvable tasks
• Must have a warehouse space with sufficient electrical capacity to charge vehicles onsite
• Must Own/Rent Van

Important Details About The Role

• This is an independent contractor position, not an employee role.
• You are responsible for your own tools, equipment, and any associated expenses required to complete your work.
• As an independent contractor, you manage your own schedule and workload to meet the operational needs of Bird.

Pay Range

• $500 - $2000/week
