As an IT Specialist, you are the "connective tissue" of our organization’s technical operations. You aren't just a troubleshooter; you are a business enabler who ensures our local and remote teams have the tools, connectivity, and support they need to succeed. You will act as the primary owner of the Columbus office IT infrastructure and the technical onboarding experience, managing everything from the full device lifecycle and physical inventory to the maintenance of a robust knowledge base, high-performance conference rooms, and the strategic execution of on-site IT initiatives.

Veo is seeking Repair Technicians to maintain and repair our electric bike and scooter fleet. This role is ideal for mechanically inclined professionals who enjoy hands-on problem-solving and want to help make communities safer and more sustainable.
Electric vehicle experience is not required. However, experience (professional or hobby-based) repairing bikes, scooters, cars, or motorcycles is highly valued.
Perform comprehensive repairs on electric bikes and scooters, ranging from minor adjustments to full motor replacements
Conduct routine inspections and quality checks to ensure vehicles meet safety and performance standards
Accurately log and track maintenance records using established processes
Monitor and manage spare parts inventory
Maintain an organized warehouse and set a positive example for teammates
Perform field tasks as needed, including battery swaps and fleet redistribution
Support additional operational duties as assigned
1+ year of experience in maintenance, mechanical repair, or automotive work
Ability to lift, carry, push, and pull equipment weighing up to 80 lbs
Strong problem-solving skills and a self-motivated work style
Comfortable using smartphone applications and digital tools
Excellent communication skills and a team-oriented mindset
Experience repairing bikes, scooters, motorcycles, or automobiles

Lead Clinical Robot Associate - Columbus, OH (on-site)

Job Summary
The Operations Partner role is a key partner to Bird’s Operations Team. The Operations Partner will work with our local City Operations Manager to manage our fleet of e-scooters in Cincinnati, Ohio to ensure it stays maintained and deployed to meet the transportation needs of the community. Job Summary
The Operations Partner role is a key partner to Bird’s Operations Team. The Operations Partner will work with our local City Operations Manager to manage our fleet of e-scooters in Columbus, Ohio to ensure it stays maintained and deployed to meet the transportation needs of the community. The ideal candidate for this partnership should have a “doer” attitude, excellent time-management and execution habits, and the ability to communicate clearly. As an Operations Partner, you will use our mobile technology to monitor, transport, rebalance, and maintain our vehicles to ensure a safe, environmentally friendly scooter is always available to ride nearby. This is a full-time contract role.

Clinical Robot Associate - Part Time (3, 8-hour shifts per week) - Columbus, OH (on-site)
We envision a future powered by robots that work seamlessly with human teams. We build the artificial intelligence that enables service robots to collaborate with people and adapt to dynamic human environments. Join our mission-driven, venture-backed team as we build out our customer-facing operations arm.
As part of Diligent Robotics’ founding operations team, you will uphold the highest standards for safe clinical use of robots in real-world hospital environments. Through excellent communication and documentation, you will work alongside the hospital staff and our engineering team while assisting a cutting-edge fleet of robots. As part of the founding team, you will help design and implement processes as the organization scales. Clinical Robot Associates will solve unexpected situations that might arise during a shift, and work effectively as a team to ensure exceptional results to our hospital partners.
This position is located on-site in Columbus, OH and is not a remote role, you must be local to be considered. The position pays $20/hr.
This is not an engineering position and a background in robotics or engineering is not required. If you have ever been an outstanding customer service representative helping busy customers with their needs, you may be a great fit for the role.
